Fantastic Villa in Costa Tequise

Lovely Villa in walking distance of the sea and local shops restaurants. Very spacious and well laid out. Pool was a bonus being heated.

Lovely clean property with all the amenities needed. Our family ranged from children 11 years to their grandparents in their 70's and everyone enjoyed their time here. It's spacious and the pool with views were a great hit. So easy to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Cara answered all my questions quickly prior to travelling and the property managers were also great from day one.

Great stay

We had a great time in this fantastic villa, the pool was the highlight for our young children as it was so warm, which was such a plus as we had cooler weather during our stay. Highly recommended for a family trip. Thank you

Fantastic Location with a tired Interior

A spacious villa in a fantastic location. Great outdoor space for the whole family to enjoy however internally the villa is quite tired and in need of some TLC.

Spectacular!

What an amazing place to stay. Where to begin. The views are incredible, the villa is stunning with everything you need, a fantastic pool and all the space you would want. A great location with a supermarket and restaurants within 5 mins walk and the centre of town a lovely 20min walk away. Perfect!

Beautiful villa, amazing location

Beautiful villa, great location and amazing views. The heated pool is excellent and was cleaned during our week stay.I would recommend this villa for families and people of all ages. The little Hiperdino supermarket is only 5 mins walk away, restaurants 3 mins away.You can access the promenade through the gate at the front of the villa, so great for a lovely walk anytime of day or night, lots of lights.It took us 17 mins to walk to the square along the promenade, and only 3 Euros in a taxi back.

Fabulous

The house was great and the location was spectacular. My only recommendation would be a propane bbq for outside . The refrigerator needed a shelf . The hostess, property manager were excellent and responsive. I would absolutely go back and rent that house . I recommend it !

This was our second day at the propertyLocation and view is brilliantHowever regrettably very little money has been spent on this property for sometime and certainly not since last yearThe kitchen and all of the bedding and linen generally needed upgradingA shame because otherwise

Amazing location and fab views of the sea

Fantastic villa, made by a quiet location with a stunning view of the sea from the terrace (and great pool). Just slightly out of Costa Teguise, but easy walk along the front to beaches and town centre with local shops and restaurants very close have us the perfect location. We had a car which was great for getting further afield and days out and the driving is easy. Villa is spacious (we were 7 adults) and the outdoor space is great. Well equipped kitchen, which we used quite a bit. The internet is not great and the air con a bit of a pain, but we loved it here and had a fabulous holiday. We didn’t need to get in touch for anything during the week, but check-in and out were very easy. Thanks!

Fantastic Location but Interior needs updating

The location is wonderful and the heated pool was a bonus. Easy walking to restaurants etc. However, the interior, as others have mentioned for some years, is in need of refurbishment. Mismatched, damaged and dated furniture. Whoever did the painting needs training! Towels are like sandpaper, pillows need replacing, Windows that don't open and a faulty outside bedroom door lock. We were told there would be a gas BBQ but there was only a couple of old charcoal ones which we don't like anyway. The Manager was helpful with regard to extra keys. Despite all this we had a lovely family holiday but would not return to this villa in its present condition.

A lovely family holiday

The rooms were bigger than they appeared on the website and very clean.Certain parts of the outside, such as the steps leading to the roof terrace had not been swept before our arrival and the stone seat could not be described as clean. The pool was very clean with a very pleasant pool man coming twice during our week. The location alongside the promenade was excellent as was access to a supermarket and restaurants. Directions for the villa could have been more accurate by giving the address as Villa 6 Playa Roca rather than 6 Avenue del Mar and we didn’t see Hotel “Be Live” - think the name has changed. Adriyana, the cleaner who was covering for Phillips, was very helpful - she wasn’t informed that we requested a cot and high chair. A query about he parking of two cars was not answered a couple of days before arrival but again Adriyana was helpful. Not having two key fobs for the size of this villa is irritating to say the least. Plenty of kitchen equipment and towels. We enjoyed our stay.

A great location, spacious house. Nice shaded seating area. Well-stocked kitchen utensils. No air con or fan in 1 of the 4 bedrooms. WiFi is terrible, almost non existent. Air con poor- switched off once coin meter ran out so sleep was impaired. No parking which was disappointing as we hired a car, had to park outside complex which was free and only 200m away, just not as convenient. No cover on pool so we had to clean it frequently.

Agréable avec les enfants

Maison située dans un complexe privé sécurisé à 10 minutes à pied du centre. Très tranquille avec une belle vue sur la mer. Ce n’est pas une maison toute jeune mais elle est bien équipée et agréable avec les enfants.

Villa für eine große Familie mit Pool

Sehr schönes Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern direkt am Meer. Der Pool war sehr schön warm. Insgesamt war das Ferienhaus außergewöhnlich gut und sehr zu empfehlen.

Maison très agréable

Belle propriété en bord de mer bénéficiant d’une terrasse très agréable. L’entretien est perfectible (serrures grippées par ex, évacuation d’eau d’un bidet) Le ménage était bien fait mais la majorité de la vaisselle était mal lavée. Néanmoins, le séjour a été très agréable grâce à un emplacement en front de mer très appréciable. Excellent réactivité de la personne gestionnaire de la maison.

Spacious Villa in Lovely Position by the Sea

We spent a week in this lovely villa celebrating with the family. It is in a lovely position directly overlooking the sea with direct access to the promenade. The villa itself is very spacious and well able to accommodate a family of 6 adults and 2 children. The three bathrooms were a bonus and the two main bedrooms are roomy. Lots of storage space. Outside the pool was excellent and the covered outside patio was perfect enabling us to eat outside every night protected from the wind. As mentioned in other reviews the property is starting to need some tlc. We had to replace light bulbs, batteries in the air conditioning remotes, only two of which worked etc. One of the showers and the microwave were not working but Philippa the property manager was very responsive and a new shower was installed the next day. The upper sun roof had not been cleaned and was neglected. Overall though we had a wonderful time and would return. Thank you.

Good villa except for a few details

The villa is as described, perhaps a bit older than how it looks in the photos but very clean. The views are excellent and the common areas are great to spend time with friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. Excellent contact with the property management at all times. We booked last minute so the rental management had to get the villa together very quickly, unfortunately this meant that a few things had to get fixed during our stay: the cleaning of the pool, fixing the pool pump, adding a missing curtain so that one of the bathrooms with a door that leads to the common area had some privacy. The rental management was very reactive and they offered a discount to compensate. There are 3 bathrooms. The new one is perfect, the middle one had barely any pressure in the shower, and the third one unfortunately has an odd smell. Sheets and towels could use updating.

Villa mit traumhaftem Panorama

Die Lage und Aussicht der Villa ist einzigartig. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Blick aufs Meer, die unbeschreiblich schönen Sonnenaufgänge sehr genossen. Auch der warme Pool ist herrlich, vor allem im Winter wenn das Meer noch kühl ist. Wir waren insgesamt sehr glücklichen in der Villa und haben für das nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht.
