Beautiful cabin! Great view of mountains. Love how the host had everything labeled (lights, cabinets.. where everything was located) made finding what we needed super easy. The cabin was very clean and well prepared for our stay. We will stay here again!

Beautiful setting and close to blue ridge town

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was everything we were expecting and warm. Lovely neighborhood and proximity to Blue Ridge were wonderful as well.

The cabin is great very well maintained. The company who is in charge of the communication is hard to communicate I have to send several messages and the call for finally gets some answers regarding the place, need to improve the communication.But the place where is located is beautiful so the cabin .

The cabin we rented was perfect for our friends weekend. It is a great place, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time there.

Great rental and location

Rental was spotless and great location. Very close to town and tubing. Loved the pool table and outdoor fire pit area. Great accommodations. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend Getaway

Excellent location. Very close to downtown, yet still quiet and serene. The cabin is gorgeous and very well appointed. We had a great time and look forward to going back.

Beautiful home and scenery

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the balconies are awesome. We loved the wrap around deck. The owners checked on us just to see if we needed anything, such a sweet jesture.

Cabin Comforts

This cabin was extremely clean and attention was given to details. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare meals if staying in. It is conveniently located near downtown if choosing to go out. The decks and hot tub were wonderful for hanging outside and enjoying mountain views. The decor of the cabin was very inviting and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect weekend

We had such an amazing time. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking the whole weekend. The views were beautiful 😍. Hiking in the area was terrific and then comfy beds kept us well rested. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome place!

Went with my two sons for some R&R, golf and fishing. The HB lodge was very clean and comfortable. I read all the great reviews and it still exceeded my expectations. My concerns when doing cabins are bugs, AC and being able to sleep in if I feel like it. Well, the AC works amazing, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom on separate floors, that had room darkening treatments, and I never saw a single bug anywhere on any floor. It's obvious the place is very well maintained and cared for.

Mother Daughter’s Weekend

Cabin was perfect. Roomy, cozy and the neighborhood was gated.. plus for us. Bed on main level was too soft for my liking. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice cabin out of town but close enough for multiple trips if necessary.

Had to call management company to gain access to the cabin, keys would not open doors. Otherwise, had a great time.

July 4th Weekend

Really enjoyed the cabin. The inside is almost all wood and gives it a great cabin feel. Lots of balcony/porch space and a brand new grill that was ready to use. Fire pit area is also nice. It is close to the downtown area and to One of the whitewater rafting companies in McCaysville, GA, where you can tune on a lazy river or catch bus to Ocoee. Th

Mountain getaway

Cabin was nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Only problems were some of the cooking pans were terrible. I understand that you can’t leave great pans because people will not take care of them but, these were some of the worst I ever had used when staying at a cabin. Minor problem with no batteries in the tv remote upstairs. Overall would recommend.

Ok for the price

The property is fine and priced well for what you get. However, we called the management company about a clogged toilet and no propane for the grill after the first night and no one called us back or cam out to fix it.

We most certainly did call you back and actually sent a plumber out to take care of the issue. When the plumber got there he was not permitted in and was told that you guys had plunged the clog and it was fine. We also addressed the propane because we knew there was 2 tanks there and the lady we spoke with said you thought the new tank was empty but it was a mistake, it was full.

Summer vacation

This is a great rental! Very clean and organized. All the different porches gave us room to enjoy the beautiful view as a family or privately while the kids enjoyed the hot tub or pool table. Be aware if you like to cook most of your meals the kitchen is well stocked but small with little space to store food. We worked it out by using the shelves in the bathroom and laundry area. Overall this house is great and we would consider renting it again.

Good experience - just a little musty smelling

It was a very nice space and location for a weekend getaway. Everything looked very clean and they provided amenities such as shampoo, sponge, dish soap, etc. They do a great job communicating and leaving notes in cabin. My only complaint is the smell. We could smell it for a little bit but then got used to it and well now I have washed my clothes 3 times (in vinegar) and the smell hasn't come out. Now I feel compelled to purchase a new pack and play and travel crib as I cannot have kids sleeping in a musty smell- especially a newborn. I don't know if this is something they could help so not faulting them- but just wanted to note that in case others have sensitive smells like my family. Again, it was very clean and maybe this is just a thing with cabins.

Hi Chris, Although we are disappointed that you only gave us "2 Stars" even though your comments about the cabin, location and customer service all warranted a 5 Star, we do apologize that you smelled something that has lingered in your clothes. We have never had a complaint of this nature about this cabin nor has any of our staff ever noticed any musty smell there. We are not saying you did not smell something but for clothes to have been washed 3 times and you can't get the smell out leads us to think it would have had to be very strong, which just does not make sense. Regardless, we apologize that there was an issue for you.
