Hi Jon Thank you for your 4 star review. We appreciate your positive comments. We welcome all feedback as it helps us to improve our offering. I’d like to take this opportunity to address some of your comments. Our fantastic management team are always on hand to deal with any queries or issues that may arise. All guests are given the team’s contact number. I understand that the only issue raised during your stay related to the password for the internet. In some of the information sent to you prior to your visit it was explained that the wifi password was located on the bottom of the router. I find that most of my guests like to do their own research into local restaurants and places of interest as this is all part of the experience of going to a new place. Likes and dislikes are all very personal. However, prior to your arrival I did give you a restaurant recommendation for your first night in Luz. I believe that the management team also gave you a recommendation. I’m currently staying in the villa and can confirm that none of the light switches are broken. The lights on the stairs can be turned on and off at both the bottom and top of the stairs. The switch at the top of the stairs is located outside the three bedrooms. I cannot understand how you managed to miss the switch. Also, I can confirm that all air conditioning remote controls do work with the existing batteries. As regards the two single beds being converted into a king size bed, this simply does not work as we have tried this in the past. I did advise you that the option of converting the 2 single beds to a king size bed was not available prior to your visit. There was another double bedroom with a double bed available to you as described on the website. The pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. I have found that when I have made pool equipment available, the equipment tends to get misused. Probably, I should have let you know that a pool net was available on request. I apologise for this and will ensure that it is included with the information on the villa. I'm disappointed that you did not raise any of these queries with us during visit. I'm confident that we would have been able to resolve all of these quickly and efficiently.
