Very good communication from the start. Julian looks after the villa for Susan and was very informative and helpful and will deal with any issues if they arise. Good location, taxi button very close. Villa well equipped.

Lovely comfortable villa.My family had an enjoyable stay, and of course the highlight was the pool. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. And nice to find milk in the fridge and tea bags. Also having Julian receive us at the house and show us round was special. Susan was very understanding and allowed us flexibility with check in and check out. Happy to recommend.

Villa was beautiful and as described. Great comms throughout with the owner and Julian, the villa maintenance manager.Located in a nice quiet area within walking distance to great restaurants like Badem’s and The Choice. Catching Dolmus to Olu Deniz really easy and only 56tl per person each way. We had a rental car through Circular (not recommended) but didn’t use the car as everywhere was easy to walk to.Pool was cleaned everyday and the gardens were well maintained and nice to chill out in. Villa has everything you need facilities and utensils wise.Would definitely stay again.

Superb villa in a prime position with easy access to amenities and the Dolmus on your door step. Susan is a superb host who provided clear and welcoming communication and additional options post check out. The villa itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was well maintained daily, with the exception of Sunday (everyone needs a day off). Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this villa or recommend it to friends and family - you will not be disappointed by your choice

Beautiful villa in a perfect location. Beautiful Mountain View’s. We had a fantastic family holiday and would definitely go back. All within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Owner/manager was so helpful and made the whole process easy and was there if needed.

Perfect retreat

My wife and I were fortunate enough to have stayed in this Villa and found every to be just what we wanted it to be. Great location for Olu Deniz and Hisaronu , lovely sized Villa with room to spare, excellent pool and outside area for enjoying the sunshine. Communication was excellent throughout our stay - highly recommend.

Fantastic villa holiday

Susan was fantastic to communicate with and even helped us with a couple of issues we had during our stay which had absolutely nothing to do with the villa. The villa was absolutely lovely and a gorgeous pool. We had a wonderful family holiday

Very enjoyable

Great property, communication with owner was brilliant. Location is great, short walk to shops and restaurants. Main town 15/20 mins walk, nice and quiet. Pool was fantastic, property well supplied with everything u need. Great stay. Defo be back in the future.

Beautiful villa with perfect location

This villa is just perfect. Lovely layout in side with all the amenities needed, 3 bedrooms with lovely furnishings. The pool and garden are well kept and tended to everyday. There's a taxi button just down from the villa and just a five minute walk to shops and bus stopThe host arranged the transfers (we paid the driver directly) and was available if we had any questions.We stayed here for 2 weeks and would highly recommend this villa.

A little gem in a tranquil location

From the moment we booked the villa, Susan was always available with information and helpful advice about the villa and the surrounding area. Upon arrival we were instantly impressed with the quality of the villa and garden area, although it is in a quiet and tranquill setting, restaurants and bars are only minutes away. This is a little gem of a villa and we will definitely be booking again in the future.

Villa holiday

Lovely villa but uncomfortable sofas and hard beds.Could have more instructions on operating patio lights and machinery

Sorry you found the sofa uncomfortable and the beds hard. It's difficult with beds as everyone has a different preference. The pool and outside lights come on automatically at the set time. Patio lights can be switched on by flicking the light switch by the patio door. I do apologise for these problems as I say to all my guests please email or call if I can help I always will.

Our last minute booking was well worth it.I stayed with my partner and 2x teens.Villa was bigger than anticipated with loads of room. It was clean, tidy and well equipped.Pool is amazing. Big enough for us to swim/play in.Really good WiFi which is obviously essential for teens !We did have an issue with one of the Aircon units but the owner was super helpful and got it actioned straight away.Villa is well located....quiet enough to enjoy peace and quiet but just around the corner from shops, restaurants and bus stops.Owner was super friendly and helpful with organising our transport/welcome pack etc.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family/friends

Outstanding stay

Unbelievable holiday. Susan has full attention to detail and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem and she was contactable at all times. The transfers from the airport which Susan arranged were perfect, would highly recommend. The villa, is modern,clean and very comfortable with all cooking facilities available should you need them. Outside space is breathtaking with fantastic views, along with the L shaped swimming pool which i have to say was the cleanest pool we have ever had in any holiday rental. Shops,bars and restaurants all within walking distance and an abundance of taxis available. Great value for what we paid, thank you Susan for renting your home. We will be returning for sure. Lee, Louisa and Louis.

Great villa and host

The villa was spotless and very comfortable. The beds are lovely. the shutters keep each bedroom pitch black if you like it that way. The pool is larger than it looks in the photos. The master bedroom en suite is very generous and is not included in the photos. The photo of the bathroom is not up to date and is actually modern with a large walk in shower. The owner was really responsive and kept in touch in the run up to our holiday and whilst we were staying there. The location is good. There are plenty of good sized supermarkets nearby and restaurants alongside bars and restaurants. It is about 10 minutes on the bus (dolmus) from the villa to the town where there are cheesy bars, restaurants, loads of shops. Another 15 minutes depending on the traffic from the town to the beach but this can be more if the traffic is bad. The dolmus costs around 30 Lira to the beach. You can get the dolmus to Fethiye for the same amount. All in all, this is a great location, great villa and a great host.

A Peaceful Two-Week Stay in a Stunning Villa – Highly Recommend!We’ve been to this part of Turkey around five times now, and this was by far the best villa we’ve stayed in when it comes to the living space and the garden/pool areas. The villa is in a beautifully peaceful spot, with well-maintained gardens that made for a relaxing and scenic backdrop to our stay.The pool was fantastic — a great size and the same depth all the way round (about 5ft), which worked perfectly for our family. We spent many evenings in the lovely outdoor eating area, enjoying meals and playing cards together. The seating was really comfortable, and the seamless access between the indoor living area and the garden made everything feel open, light, and sociable.The interior was equally well presented. Bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated — though a touch more space and a full-length mirror in the smaller bedroom would’ve been appreciated. The open-plan kitchen/living area was a big hit, with loads of natural light and everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We travelled with our young adult children and found the location ideal — close to the main road where you can easily catch a dolmuş (local bus) to Hisarönü, Fethiye, or Ölüdeniz. There’s even a handy taxi button on the lamp post just outside the neighbour’s property, although you might need to give the driver a little direction in the final 30 seconds of the journey! All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you Susan

Relaxing villa in the sun

This is a lovely villa, just as described. It was clean, stylish but welcoming. Also everything worked well - kitchen was well equipped for self catering, the internet signal was fast and allowed streaming etc. Bedrooms were comfy with quality cotton sheets, ample storage and mozy nets which kept the bugs out. The bathrooms were modern with decent showers. The outside dining area was covered so gd for dining, watching the sun go down and drinking wine. The established gardens and pool were well maintained. The pool was not as deep as most which meant that the water heated up quickly. The villa enjoyed a gentle breeze. During our stay the surrounding area was mostly quiet, no barking dogs or cars - just the sounds of the mosque. The villa was handy as you can walk to the waterpark or catch a bus to the ghost town, beach, fethiye for boat trips or cable car from the main road, a 3 min walk. There was also a local shop close by. We found there was plenty to do. The transfer company Susan arranged were spot on and we also went on a sailing trip with them, which was good. Found the local restaurants too close to the rd but Badmen's deliver Turkish food and enjoyed authentic meals at the ghost village. Susan was lovely to connect with, responsive & helpful. At one point the AC failed but Susan arranged for this to be mended quickly. We had to get out at 11am on the last day but Susan had a word with Yakamoz hotel so we spent the PM there, a real gem!

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this Villa. Susan the owner could not be more helpful, always answers your WhatsApp messages with any information you require, she also booked our transfers to and from the airport, and when we had to leave a couple of days early due to a medical emergency back home she responded quickly changed our transfers and made sure everything was okay for our return .Julian the maintenance guy was equally as helpful came on our first holiday. They gave us all the information we needed checked on us via WhatsApp and run through all the appliances in the Villa..The Villa was lovely , everything we needed and the oool was amazing cleaned every morning at 7am . The Villa is in an excellent position literally not even a five minute walk and you’re on the main high road which is full of restaurants shops supermarkets everything you could possibly need. A further 15 to 20 minutes walk and you’re in hisaronu , weather are numerous restaurants bars so many shops, and if you enjoy being at later in the evening for those there is plenty going on until the early hours.If you don’t want to walk, there is a taxi button on the lamp post outside or a five minute walk away brings you a taxi rank where you can easily get a taxi to anywhere you like. The bus is run regularly and fetiye market is well worth a visit on Tuesday. It cost us the equivalent of 95p each way on the bus to the market.Will definitely be back

This villa was fabulous and in an excellent location close to all amenities. Susan (the owner) was very helpful prior to our stay giving us lots of valuable information about the property and local area. Would love to return again next year. 😁😁😁

Fantastic villa. Fantastic location with great communication between us and Susan!

We spent a week here in June and had a really great holiday! The villa was clean and well equipped and in a perfect position for local shops and restaurants. The pool was a really good size and I loved the well established garden that was well cared for. We hired a car but local transport and taxis easy to use. So much to do! Trips are brilliant! Can’t wait to go back next year Many thanks Susan!
