Denne 4 soveværelser, 3 komplette badeværelser, Coast Home er den perfekte strandferie. Smukt dekoreret i ø-indretning. Bare en 4 minutters gang til stranden. 3 dronningssenge, 7 enkeltsenge og 1 sovesofa og 1 futon, 12 sovepladser. Denne enhed ligger kun et par døre ned fra swimmingpoolen. Du kan sidde og nyde havbrisen på dit private dæk efter en sjov dag på stranden. Dette hjem har til mange faciliteter at nævne, herunder Keurig kaffekande bekvemt placeret ovenpå til din morgenkaffe på balkonen. Hvis du er interesseret i at spille en runde golf, er dette stedet til 1 blok væk fra Newport Dunes Golf Course. Gulfside Beach Condos vil helt sikkert være en af dine favoritter. Placeret ligesom du kommer til Port Aransas på Access Rd 1-A, som er det vigtigste knudepunkt til stranden. At komme til stranden kunne aldrig være lettere på gaden fortovene. Great property for 3 gen family.

Good bedroom space. Need more counter space. Outside of building tired. Pool area was nice just small.

Wonderful trip

This was absolutely wonderful! Nothing to do with the property but Port A has a horrible mosquito issue. Don’t forget your Off!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 3 nights during spring break with 12 teenagers and we had a great time. The house is in the perfect location and can sleep a ton of people. I don’t think we would stay here for a long trip simply because the kitchen is very small with no storage and I cook every night and bring almost everything with me but for a short trip, if you eat out often or shop on the island it’s perfect. Loved the ladies of Port A Escapes and I’m already trying to book our longer summer trip in another rental with them.

Never again!

Arrived at property at 3:45 it was told it could possibly be 5 o'clock before we get in because the room hadn't been cleaned. We sat there for an hour. Nobody showed up to clean and we finally received our check in text. You lost my business.

It’s spacious especially upstairs, the beds were comfy, and it was so clean and fresh smelling. Having the water hose in the front and back outside was a plus to wash the sand off. Having the pool so close to us was awesome too. The outside was perfect for hanging out and people watching. The grill was nice to have too and the condo had all our necessities. So near the beach and the stores. Communicating with Port A Escapes was a plus. They are very responsive. We love your condo will definitely stay here again ❤️

Perfect Spot for a Beachside Vacation

Great location

Right on beach access road so very close to beach. Slept 9 easily, could have slept 1 more adult and 3 more kids. Everything was great except we did have to wait till 4:30 to check in and we were there at 4. Also living room not as big as pictures would indicate but not a big deal. Would def stay again.

Meh- Leaves you wanting more

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For starters -I have visited Port A almost yearly for the past 10 years and stayed in a variety of rentals.For a house that can host 12 people, there was not ample silverware or bowls available. Considering there are 6 bunk beds, one would also hope that there was some plastic cups/plates for kids. No luck there. We had a chocolate lab stay with us, on arrival there were several large clumps of white/grey hair/fur found throughout the house along with a vape and open bag of BBQ chips. There is only one AC but it kept up okay, would have liked it cooler at night. I imagine it would struggle during the high heat days. There is no pantry space. The bookshelves (added after pictures- opposite side from the kitchen) served that purpose. There's also several things that have changed since the pictures were taken. All rooms do not have a dresser like pictured. I did like that all 3 bathrooms were main access. The DVD/VCR player did not work (missing a cable). Showers could use declogging or replacing entirely. Both grills available are in awful condition. The listing states two queens, they are definitely full size beds. One night neighboors (also renting) made things very uncomfortable. Would be great to have curtains in the bunk room.There's obviously a leak from the shower above the king room that has been repaired before, I think it is still leaking though based on the current damage.The bunk room was cool for the kids. The king was comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great.

Sand Fest 2025

Easy check-in. Host was very responsive. House was very clean, with plenty of places for everyone to sleep. Note: the 3 full baths are all "community" - I had expected at least one "master" bedroom with two common bathrooms - but having 3 full baths accessible to everyone turned out to work well. Location for SandFest was perfect - a short walk down the road takes you right to the South Entrance. If just playing on the beach, showers are right there so you can get clean before returning the home. Upstairs balcony and downstairs picnic tables were great. Would stay again with a big party.

The only complaint would be the futon was broke, so we had to put the mattress on the floor. Also if you have a place rented by a large group we should have a bit more supplies. We had to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper.

The house was wonderful for our family trip,

We all had plenty of room in the house. The kids loved the bunk room♥️ I was worried about parking but it wasn’t a problem thanks the the dead end street beside the property. People had reviewed there were no plugs in the kitchen there are plenty they are on the bottom of the overhead cabinets. Not uncommon at all. It was clean and roomy and great for us, we had a group of 10. Would definitely return!

Good location

Close to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants. We had a great time with our children and their families. The community pol is Abit small for all the condos in the property but we made it work
