Exceptionally good value and really spacious, it was great being able to sit out on the balcony for sunset. There's plenty of parking on the street outside, and it's a nice quiet neighbourhood a few minutes walk from the main town in one direction, and the Pingo supermarket in the other. Easy to get to off the A22 without having to go through most of the town. We'd stay here again.

The apartment had everything we needed and was located just a 2 minute walk from the centre. The pool area was nice and we used it to relax by every day.Everything was thought of in the apartment. Everything you could possible need if you wanted to utilise the apartment fully. We ate out, but if you had a family with children there is so much space and everything you need.We would definitely look to book this apartment again. It was extremely good value for money.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely property. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool was a particular highlight and was beautifully maintained with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The location was great too and being so central with the shops, bars and beach all in easy reach makes it easy to get around with no real need for a car. It would have been helpful if the host had provided some basic supplies on arrival and there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the drains in one of the bathrooms which have both been mentioned in previous reviews so I would have hoped these issues would have been addressed. Despite this the positives far outweighed the negatives and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The overall cleanliness, comfort, excellent pool and convenient location make this a property we would recommend

Excellent Host Maria Helena. Great location and must visit Algarve. Dream vacation. Would have been better if would have got cleaning supplies such as soaps, dishwasher and washing machine pods. Store doesn't have supplies for 1-3 days so have to buy big packs. Just a suggestion.

host was very good at communicating and very helpful. Villa was lovely and very close to Alvor walking distance five minutes brilliant location lovely apartment I would say the only downside is the pool is shared which for us wasn’t a problem as there was no one in the other apartment for the first five days but that’s fine as long as you don’t mind sharing a pool. It’s only with the other apartment so it might only be three or four people so just making people aware.

Had a fabulous holiday at this villa and as there are only two apartments the pool area is not over crowded in fact we had the pool to ourselves most days. It is central therefore easy to walk to all the restaurants. It is a traditional Portuguese villa.

Great location close to town and beach

We stayed as a family of five in the top apartment. Firstly Lena who lives below was a lovely hostess very helpful and thoughtful, for example the coffee machine stopped working and within an hour Lena sent up a new one! . The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all we needed for a relaxing 10 days.

The check in was easy and the host Maria speaks good English. The property is perfectly placed on a street with a lot of very nice properties. It has everything you might need. Loads of kitchen utensils, cutlery, bedding etc. It is literally a 7 minute walk to the centre with all the restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach. Having it's own pool was fantastic and very welcome in the hot weather. I'd definitely stay again.
Veiw from the kitchen balcony.

This villa is in a great location. It is a close 5 min walk away from the lovely harbour of Alvôr with lots of excellent restaurants on your doorstep. It also has a few lively bars if you are looking for an evening out. The villa has a wonderful pool with lots of sun beds and shade. The fantastic beach is a short 20 min walk away. There is no need for a car as there are good transport options. The villa is well laid out and well equipped.
