Din feriebolig ligger på 3. sal med udsigt over den smukke rekreative pool ved Regatta. Over 1600 kvadratmeter boareal, herunder en skærm-i-lanai, der er tilgængelig fra både opholdsstue og soveværelse - ideelt til spisning eller afslapning. 3 soveværelser og 2 fulde bade. Master soveværelse har en queensize seng, fladskærms HDTV, walk-in closet, dobbelt håndvask og et stall brusebad. Andet soveværelse har også eget badeværelse, queensize-seng og HDTV. Tredje soveværelse indeholder to enkeltsenge, kommode, natbord og skab. Spisestue bord kapacitet er 6 med 5 yderligere barstole rundt om køkkenbordet. Køkkenet er smukt indrettet med marmor bordplader og fyldt med alt hvad en kok kræver. Gratis højhastighedsinternet med wi-fi. Vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i enheden. Strandstole og badehåndklæder leveres også. Nyd kaffe om morgenen og cocktails om aftenen, mens du nyder den smukke udsigt fra Lanai.

Regatta er et luksuriøst gated resort resort ved Vanderbilt Beach i Napoli FL. overfor det 5-stjernede Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort. Regattas største swimmingpoolområde har loungestole, et vandfald, spa / boblebad og tilstødende fitnesscenter. En tiki-hytte ved poolen med komplet køkken, ismaskine og to gasgriller er tilgængelige og bruges ofte til happy hour-begivenheder i sæsonen. Regatta er en kort to blok gåtur fra den prisbelønnede Vanderbilt Beach, der har leje af stol / paraply, private kabaner, skift / toiletfaciliteter og en strandbutik til dine mad / drikkevarer / solcreme behov. The Condo was well located with an easy entry and great extra parking right by the door. Hosts were very receptive to any questions we had. Pool was absolutely beautiful. The condo was very well stocked. It was a great vacation.

Perfect winter trip

Excellent choice for us. Condo was nice and the beach toys were wonderful. Great location to Vanderbilt Beach, an easy and pleasant walk. Close enough to restaurants and shopping. I’d def stay again.

Wonderful Host

The owner/host of this property is so responsive and helps to immediately address any need or issue. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and the pool is a great option to have as well, my kids loved it🙂

Terrific week in Naples at two beautiful condos. Both condos were comfortable and well-furnished; well-stocked with paper goods and beach supplies too. Owners are gracious and responsive.

Great facility in a great location

Our stay at the Regatta was awesome. The unit was very clean, spacious and well equiped. It is located just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Vanderbuilt Beach. The pool area is beautiful. Steve and Chistine were very gpod hosts. They were great communicators and made sure we had everything we needed.

Another year at the Regatta

Another great stay and beautiful weather. Nothing but great things to say about Christine Ross. So easy to work with and reaches out to you and answers any questions you might have. Unit is well stocked for the beach and the pool. This is at least our fifth time down to the Regatta.

TAKE ME BACK!

Once again, our stay here did not disappoint. For a family of 6, the condo is spacious and supplied with everything needed.Gorgeous views, 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants all surround the beautiful Regatta. The pool is fabulous with a waterfall you can enjoy inside the pool or sipping your favorite beverage on your balcony. Wonderful owners make the stay even more worth it. Definitely will be making a return trip here!

Excellent location and well appointed accommodations

Wonderful experience for our Danish family. Condo was well equipped and we settled in quickly. White terry cloth robes were a welcomed addition and used in the cool mornings. We used the pool and exercise room almost every day. It is a huge plus to be able to walk to the beach with sand chairs and toys from the condo. Staying at the Regatta was a true vacation and the condo more than met our needs.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo. Everything you needed is at your fingertips. Perfect location close to beach, dining, shopping. We would rent from Christine & Steve were wonderful to work with. We were able to check in early and leave when we were ready. The robes in the closets were a added perk. Clean neat and easy to keep clean while you stay there. Thanks for making out Christmas a memorable one.

We had another great Spring Break at the Regatta! Our 3rd time returning to this condo complex and once again, we found the pool, gym, and clubhouse facilities fit our family very well. The proximity to Vanderbilt beach also keeps us coming back and we will be back for next Spring Break!Regarding this particular unit, it has quite a bit of wear and tear on it. Baseboards and tile grout are in rough shape and there was some water coming up from a cracked piece of tile in the main living area when we arrived. This was attributed to a leak that was happening while the previous renters were there. The water eventually stopped, but it made the tile floor feel dirty and dated. The lanai and sun shade were in good shape but the outdoor furniture and the sectional couch in the main living area have signs of heavy use. The outdoor swivel chairs are especially worn down. I do appreciate the responsiveness of the host to some of the issues that were occurring with the unit. They had a handyman come out the same day and they even personally dropped off a new coffee maker!We booked this unit because it was a lower cost than others at Regatta and I would say it was still a good value despite the issues listed above. I gave 4 stars overall because I don’t think it’s accurate to say this unit is newly redecorated with all the wear and tear on the furnishings and finishes!

Thanks for the review. We do pride ourselves on maintaining and updating our condos every year. Each off-season we update/replace at least one major piece of furniture or appliance. This last summer we purchased a new refrigerator, all new pots and pans, and we purchase new linens (towels/sheets) every year. Re-doing the grout and baseboards is on the schedule for summer 2026. The outside patio furniture is 3 years old and we replaced the cushions this last summer. Being so close to salt water does have almost immediate effects on medal, but all the furniture swivels and rocks appropriately. The water leak, from the week before, came from behind the shower wall in the second bathroom. We sent our GM out within the hour we were informed of the leak, and I even sent him back (after hours and at an added expense) to explain the small, persistent leaking to you and to assure you it was not "dirty toilet water", as you texted. We strive to offer a good value for price, and will continue to redecorate and update every off season.

Regatta- April

Great communication pre-stay and during stay. Was so nice to have beach toys- beach wagon- paper products - high chair- pac and play provided. Only suggestion would be to get a different blind that blocks stair lighting coming in thru the master bedroom window.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. So easy to take care of. Everything you need at your fingertips. Our family loved cooking out on the grills by the pool. Great location easy access to the beach shopping and Mercado for eating or shopping. Beach chairs available and towels. The pool is kid friendly and we met so many nice people. Steve & Christine were so wonderful to work with and easy to get a hold of. Thank you again you made my parents so happy that we were able to be there for Christmas would rent this unit again in a second.

Best place in Naples

Christine has to be the best owner in the market. She was eager to resolve any tiny inconvenience we had, and her energy towards making our stay great was the best! The apartment is great for family's. The rooms are big and independent, the kitchen and living room are great for sharing family moments. They have all the stuff needed to go to the beach (which really is a 7' walk away). The place is great, the pools are very enjoyable for the kids and adults. Parking is very comfortable. Location is perfect: walking distance to the beach, to the park and a short drive to Mercato, Waterside Shops, hospitals, supermarkerts... Everything is perfect! We'll be back soon!

A Thanksgiving to Remember

We had a great late Fall getaway in beautiful Naples. This is an attractive and very convenient rental. It’s an easy walk to Vanderbilt Beach and a Publix and WholeFoods minutes away. The unit is in a very secure, well-maintained community. There is a very nice pool for a dip after viewing a gorgeous sunset. The apartment had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for our party of six. Our only gripe was that we had to go home. Chris and Steve were great hosts! They helped us get through the paperwork we needed for the building. They were very flexible about arrival and departure times. But what we appreciated most of all is that they did not burden us with a cumbersome checkout list.

This condo is a perfect fit for a family… no worrying about booking multiple hotel rooms. Let the little ones nap in the back bedroom after a day on the beach while you prepare a meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Or, walk or short drive to a different restaurant every night!
