A beautiful place to stay, very well located, peaceful, and with excellent connections to the city. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The garden is lovely, and you can even hear the sound of the sea, which makes the atmosphere especially relaxing.Parking in the area can be a bit challenging, so I would recommend booking a private parking space through JustPark in advance. Sally is highly responsive, incredibly helpful, and very accommodating throughout the stay. We felt very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay in this well-equipped apartment in Brighton, with a good level of cleanliness throughout. Communication with Sally was excellent, and the location was ideal for starting to explore the city, with the sea close by and a bus stop around the corner. There were also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and delis nearby, which made everything very convenient.

Perfect location. Not in the busyness of Brighton but easily accessible.

Perfect base for enjoying Brighton London and easily accessible to Gatwick airport. Fabulous bus and train service.

Beautiful property. Great central location to Brighton. Close to all bus services. Very clean & quiet. Handy convenience stores right around the corner.

Great stylish flat near the beach

Very stylishly furnished flat close to the beach. Very good communication with the landlady in advance and good description of the flat. Lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Very well equipped kitchen and tips on restaurants. We had a great stay there.

Far above and exceeded our expectations

Various surprises such as the welcome basket, the accommodation very close to the sea. Everything we did and wanted to do was in comfortable walking distance.

Delightful Flat

This flat was a perfect place to stay for my husband , son, and I when we visited Brighton during Christmas break. It was a perfect location as it was close to the beach, store, and restaurant. The flat had everything we needed to feel like our home away for home. The owner, Sally communicated well through writing about the check in process and how to take care of her place. Beds were very comfortable and so was the couch in the living room. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Feels like a home away from home!

This was our third stay in Sally’s flat and, as usual, it was superb. Fantastic location for either walking or catching a bus to town or surrounding area. Lots of stores, restaurants and pubs within walking distance as well. Manager Terry was so sweet to prepare the flat early so we could get in and sleep after traveling overnight. Really clean, comfy beds and sitting area. We did not really cook but kitchen has what you need to do so. Hope to stay again! Book this place, you won’t regret it!

best holiday

Everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable. The bus station is around the corner as well as a baker and a grocer. But you can also walk to the city center in 20 minutes. The contact with the landlady quickly and easily.

Excellent Stay!!

We were extremely pleased with the flat! The owner left all the essentials for us and even supplied us with tea, sugar, milk and shortbread, which was very thoughtful. The flat was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom had every essential needed and the decor was soothing and beautiful! Great having a radio too! The bedding and towels were spotless and of very good quality! Brighton is a fantastic spot, kind, happy people everywhere. We will definitely plan on re-booking this flat again!! 😊

Light, Bright & Quiet Flat

I came down to Brighton for a week and stayed in this fabulous flat. It was absolutely stunning, bright, spacious and just a stones throw from the beach. It's a great position, with some fabulous bars and cafes round the corner. The beach this end of Brighton is lovely and peaceful, though it's a relatively short walk to the hub bub if you want it. The beds were really comfortable, the curtains really well lined and with such a peaceful location I slept like a log. The flat itself was beautifully presented and it felt like a really loved home. Big, spacious with amazing tall ceilings, it felt almost palatial!

Everything we needed...and so much more

We absolutely loved our stay in this flat! Sally provided us with all information in advance, so getting settled in was easy. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos, fully equipped with everything we needed. The flat is in a quiet residential area near the beach, with shops and supermarkets within walking distance.There is a bus stop only one minute away, but we were happy to get our steps in. It is a fifteen minute walk to the marina and about twenty minutes to reach the pier. After our first week, we even got our bed linens and towels changed by Terry. This was our third trip to Brighton, and the nicest holiday flat we ever had.

Lovely property

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and charmingly decorated. The open living room with beautiful high ceilings and well-equipped kitchen allowed us to spend a lot of time there together without feeling cramped. We really appreciated this as we were visiting with family from abroad and wanted to spend as much time together as we could. The parking situation caused some trouble at times, especially as it was a long weekend. The price of parking had increased drastically from £5/day when we booked to £7.60/day at the time of our stay. It was also often difficult to find a spot, but unfortunately there was no local parking permit available for guests to use. Overall though it was a lovely place to stay.

Wonderful gem in perfect location

I stayed for 3 weeks - over the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was perfect. Nicely decorated, cozy, everything was considered (even converters for us US guests), umbrella, etc. Good water pressure in the shower. Really nice having a washing machine - especially staying 3 weeks. I loved the ground floor - easy to get in, it was a pinch higher than street view so your not in a fishbowl. I would never stay in a basement flat as I feel they are dark and nice not having to climb stairs with luggage. A great view of the ocean! An easy 25 min walk to city center. Quiet and safe area. I cooked a Thanksgiving meal and there was everything I needed to use to cool. Wifi was fast. I would absolutely stay there again!

I have always enjoyed spending time by the sea and have got to know Brighton very well over the years. This town has it all - vibrant night life, fantastic shopping, a cosmopolitan arts scene and outstanding natural beauty. When I viewed this apartment it was love at first sight, it has real character and is my favourite place to relax and unwind.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

For me the best thing about this apartment is its tranquil atmosphere. It is a well-proportioned space with high ceilings and is full of sunshine and natural light. It is a wonderful place to escape to, yet only moments from the buzz and action of Kemp Town and the city centre beyond.
