En moderne villa med 3 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser beliggende på en privat gated plot med rigelig parkering, haver, terrasser og pool alle med vidtrækkende udsigt over frugt gårde til Middelhavet i Cullera, lige syd for Valencia.
Villaen, der ligger 40 minutters kørsel fra det centrale Valencia, ligger på bjergsiden i en halv landdistrikt og har det, vi føler er de bedste udsigter i området. Solopgang og solnedgang fra terrassen er fantastisk, og udsigten ændres natten, når alle landsbyer og ejendomme ved strandpromenaden lyser op.
Villaen er tilgængelig året rundt med køling aircondition om sommeren og en log brænder, der holder villaen og dets beboere varme om vinteren.
Denne placering handler om visningerne, fra solopgang til solnedgang og selv om natten er udsigten fantastisk.

Beautiful and peaceful place

The house is lovely and well equipes. The view and the pool are wonderful, the kids loved it! We had had a great time.

Visited end of September early October weather was late 20,s / early 30,s Amazing view, great pool & gazebo area. Lots of outside space to lounge around. Ideal for a family holiday.

Fantastic View

We spent a wonderful week not too far away from Valencia. Our teenage kids enjoyed the pool even though it was still a bit chilly in April. Mel and Dave are great hosts, very responsive and communicative!

Wonderful villa with amazing views

The villa is very spacious inside and the kitchen has everything you need including a coffee pod machine. The large pool is fantastic with loads of comfortable sun loungers and sun all day. The owners even provided towels and inflatables for the pool. The views are just spectacular during the day and beautiful in the evening especially with the pool lights on. There are a few large supermarkets only 10 minutes drive away to stock up on everything you need. The owners are very responsive and provided excellent information and directions. We had a very relaxing, chilled stay and had everything we needed. This villa is excellent value for money and we would defiantly consider visiting again.

Summer Get Away Aug 2023

The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. A visit to Valencia is a must, There are some great markets, and the beach was 5 stars. Also, a very good Shopping Outlet just outside Valencia. There is also a nice Waterpark only 40 mins drive from the Villa. In all we had a very relaxing holiday and would highly recommend your stay at Mel and Dave's Villa.

Beautiful villa in a quiet urbanisation. The villa is not far from a few local shops and supermarkets and only 40 minutes drive away from Valencia. You will need a car to get around. Perfect if you prefer being away from it all but you still want the option to go out and about. We went to Oceanografic Aquarium and the Coves de Sant Josep. We all loved both but the children were happiest at the villa, playing in the pool! We saw some of the best sunrises and the views from the villa are amazing! A little haven. The villa is well equipped and has a BBQ outside (which annoyingly we never got round to using due to a heat wave during our stay!) Again, the pool came to rhe rescue and helped us all to cool down. The communication with the owners before travel and whilst we were away has been brilliant. Nothing has been too much trouble. Well worth a stay and we hope that it won't be our last visit!

Lovely villa in peaceful spot with amazing views

A modern and spacious villa in the heart of real Spain away from the hustle and bustle of tourist Spain. Very clean, tidy and well presented offering all the requirements for a relaxing holiday. There was only the two of us on this occasion and the villa coped very well for our needs. We enjoyed the spectacular views at all times of the day and the pagoda over the outside eating area not only protected from the daytime sun but created a cosy spot for evening dining. It was just so peaceful! There was a minor problem of keeping the pool completely clean during our stay due to dust from a storm or the farming, but it was not an issue to us and it was regularly maintained whilst we were there. Due to its out of the way location a car is a must if you want to explore the area. The property is accessed along an unadopted road with great private parking behind a lockable gate. Valencia was an easy 40 minute drive away which we would recommend if you have not been before. We had a great time and we thank the owners for sharing their home with us. We would greatly recommend a stay at this home from home villa and we know our teenagers would have loved it if they had been with us!

Fabulous location, but in dire need of some TLC! Facilities and villa maintenance were quite poor. Had to sweep all of the patios before able to use them. Gardens very overgrown. Complete lack of shade and very little usable outdoor space due to lack of shade and lack of furniture. No parasols. Only 3 sunbeds and a dining table chairs, some with cushions some without. Patio off of the main bedroom unusable as no furniture and was very dirty, covered in dust and cobwebs. Completely inadequate for a villa that potentially could have 6-8 adults staying. The impression is that the owners are no longer interested in the place Such a shame as could have been so much more!

Thank you for your review, we are disappointed you feel this way especially when we were at the property getting the guest areas ready when you arrived early. The wider plot is left wild as these are not areas for guests. The outside area is as shown on our listing with a large covered pergola, table & chairs & loungers. New loungers are on back order and unfortunately had not arrived before your stay however given that we saw you regularly none of this was mentioned at the time, had it been we would have arranged to deliver additional loungers & seating to you. The villa is located in a semi rural position & sand and dust is sometimes blown up the hillside due to its location, there is nothing we can do about this, but all guest terrages were jetwashed prior to your arrival, furniture was cleaned & gardens maintained. No parasols stated on our listing. You don't mention our prompt response when there was a water leak, which was fixed the next morning, nor that we checked in regularly during the issue & delivered bottled water while the water was off. We are aware that the villa needs some updating and have the work scheduled in at the end of the season but to say we seem no longer interested could not be further from the truth. We offer a decent product for a reasonable price, perhaps the more relaxed location was not suitable for your expectations & we wish you all the luck in getting a similarly priced villa in a different part of Spain.

Pour commencer, je dirai évidemment que le grand point positif est la vue et la superbe piscine, de grands espaces autant extérieurs qu’intérieurs. Cependant, la villa pourrai avoir un renouvellement des équipements électroménagers qui ne sont pas simple à utiliser comme la plaque de cuisson qui manque de sensitivité. La mise en place de rideaux occultants dans les chambres aurait été apprécié pour ne pas être génés pas la luminosité. On a été également dérangés par les guêpes pendant les repas en extérieur, pe sez à prévoir des pièges. L’arrivée autonome était un plus.

Entspannter Urlaub

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und einfach.Durch die sehr netten Gastgeber war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten 1/2 Anliegen und es wurde sofort erledigt.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, eine tolle Aussicht und Geschäfte zum einkaufen direkt zu erreichen.Nach Valencia benötigt man ca. 45 MinutenWenn ich das nächste mal wieder dorthin fahre, würde ich mich definitiv erneut für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.Danke an Mel & Dave!Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber

Geräumiges Haus mit sensationellem Pool

Das Haus hat eine gute Größe für eine Familie mit Kindern (wir waren zu fünft), die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr vorteilhaft. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind sensationell, exakt wie auf den Bildern! Die Ausstattung ist völlig in Ordnung, alles ist vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Goede vakantie bestemming

Voor de 3e keer verbleven in deze villa huis. Rustige plek om te verblijven met winkels in de buurt en op 35min. Rijden naar Valencia. Het zwembad is heerlijk evenals het terras om lekker ‘s avonds te kunnen ontspannen.

El enclave es maravilloso

El chalet está muy bien pero había muchas hormigas y el exterior de la propiedad está bastante descuidado. Lo mejor es la piscina. La zona exterior de sombra tenía las telas de la estructura un poco rotas y se terminaron de rajar una noche de viento.

gracias por tu reseña, lamentamos que hayas tenido un problema con las hormigas, sin duda buscaremos resolver el problema con urgencia. Con respecto al exterior de la propiedad, desafortunadamente, con el clima tan seco, el yeso exterior se ha agrietado y esto está en nuestro programa de mantenimiento para reemplazarlo a continuación. Espero que esto no afecte su uso de la parcela y considere quedarse con nosotros nuevamente en el futuro. thank you for your review we are sorry you had a problem with ants we will certainly look to resolve the problem urgently. With regards to the exterior of the property unfortunatley with the weather being so dry the exterior plaster has cracked and this is on our maintenance schedule to replace next. I hope this did not affect your use of the plot and you would consider staying with us again in the future.

Voor de 2e keer de villa gehuurd. Heerlijk genoten van de zwembad en de mooie uitzicht. Genoeg faciliteiten in de villa en winkels in de buurt. Kortom zeker weer voor hervat baar.

Splendide !!!

Lieu avec une vue magique. Une piscine avec une vue de rêve. A 30mn de Valencia. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Ce sera un immense plaisir d'y retourner un jour. Merci Dave

Séjour reposant en famille

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine du 9 au 16 juillet 2022. La piscine est immense et bien chaude, nous nous sommes baignés et avons bien profiter de la vue magnifique sur les collines, Aucuns vis à vis et maison au calme. En revanche le quartier est un peu éloigné de Valence environ à 35 min en voiture et l accès à la maison se fait difficilement en voiture à cause de la route abîmée vous devrez avoir de préférence un suv. La maison est bien équipée. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de clef et le propriétaire est joignable et très réactif. Valence est une très belle ville

Villa au calme avec belle vue

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et la quiétude de cette location. Malgré les fortes chaleurs, la situation sur la colline procure toujours de l'air, ce qui est fort appréciable ! La piscine est grande et très agréable avec une descente par des marches et pas une échelle, ce qui est bien plus sécurisant. Les matelas sont confortables, ce qui est un plus bien entendu. Nous n'avions pas noté qu'il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle ... mais bon, ce n'est pas trop grave. La villa est spacieuse, équipée de l'air conditionné (sauf 1 chambre) et très lumineuse, ce qui est très agréable également et plutôt rare. Elle aurait cependant besoin d'un petit "revamping". Le village de Catadau n'est pas très loin et on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut. Il est important de savoir que la route qui mène à la maison est en très mauvais état et comporte beaucoup de trous importants. Il vaut donc mieux avoir une voiture style SUV. En résumé, nous avons passé 2 très agréables semaines au calme, à profiter des lieux !

We note your comments about revamping and agree that some areas the villa need a bit of love.We had already scheduled works to be completed earlier in the year however the terrible weather in the spring has delayed us being able to complete the upgrades before our rental season started again. Silencio y comfort

Hemos pasado unos días en familia tranquilos y sin sobresaltos, desconectando de la gran ciudad. Vistas preciosas. Nos hemos quedado con ganas de usar la piscina, pero sí hemos utilizado la estufa, muy bonita y relajante

We have owned this property for many years and love to share it with families and groups who want to get away from it all but also be close enough to Valencia and major routes. We are tucked away in a quiet and largely undiscovered part of Spain where guests are made to feel welcome by locals and there is plenty to discover.

We have refurbished this property over the years and replaced the pool and terraces to provide a spacious area to swim, sit and relax. The villa is a modern 3 bedroom villa with family shower room, master ensuite shower room and outside shower. There is a spacious kitchen diner and large lounge and with all the conveniences you'd expect from a holiday home like fast wifi and streaming services.
The pool is stunning and the terraces are great places to sit, lounge, chill out & relax but ultimately it is all about the big skies & far reaching views across the fruit farms to the sea which we think are the best in the area.
Hot and cold air conditioning in the lounge and two of the bedrooms which keeps the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter plus a fantastic log burner in the lounge makes this villa a year round property. The master bedroom has a private terrace perfect for quieter moments. The villa is gated and self contained and whilst there is one property nearby it is used as a holiday home occasionally.
The villa is located in a semi rural location the villa is only a short drive from the city centre of Valencia, the coast & a well connected road network.

Views, views, views, its all about the views!!
ever changing from sunrise to sunset and at night the views are an amazing backdrop to your vacation, with big skies and peace and quiet its a perfect spot to stay. Oh and the 10m x 5m pool is pretty spectacular too!
