Holland Northside. Komfortabelt sommerhus med en gas pejs at nyde på kølige nætter. To værelses sommerhus inden for 5 minutters gang til Lake Michigan. Dette er en to soveværelse sommerhus med 1 king size og 1 queen size seng. Der er også en sovesofa, queen size, i stuen. (Med memory foam madras!) Huset har et fuldt møbleret køkken, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, håndklæder og sengetøj. Beliggende nær flere offentlige strande. Der er et stort dæk ude tilbage til udendørs spisning og en gårdhave foran, hvor du kan nyde din kaffe. Der er miles af cykelstier med adgang lige foran huset.

Our host, Norm, was absolutely great to us throughout our stay. He was friendly, welcoming, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and overall amazing. Everything was exactly as described, and we were impressed with how well-maintained the space was. The location was perfect, with a very short and easy walk to the beach, which made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay or a more attentive host. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely love to come back again.

Wonderful property close to the beach

We stayed a month so we could spend time with grandkids and family. The house is comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay. Walking distance to the beach! Would rent again.

Cozy cottage

Perfect little spot!

An ideal location that had lots of sweet touches! The space is very inviting and offered a kind notebook with local places to visit & shop! The beach access is close-by (approx. 2 blocks) and there's a walking trail right outside the front door! Host was easy to contact with any questions, too!

Perfect getaway!

We loved our week in this sweet little cottage! Perfect for the 5 of us to come back to after a day on the lake! Cabin was clean and had all we needed! Great biking trails and short distance to tunnel park (our fav) and Holland state park! Thanks for the great stay!

Truly Cozy & ver clean cottage

We had a wonderful time ...this cottage was everything we expected and more. So comfortable perfect for relaxing and great location for hiking & walking on Lake Michigan At Tunnel Park. Sunsets are gorgeous too

A+ Stay

Check in and check out was a simple process. The cottage was cute and very functional. It had a beautiful backyard with a deck and grill. The beach was a short walk. There were many good restaurants in the area. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Beach Cottage Getaway

Visiting Holland, Grand Haven and Saugatuck over the Fourth of July Holiday week with my mom for a mother&daughter getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better place or location! The cottage is clean and cozy with everything you need. The beaches, restaurants and grocery all nearby. We went to the beach everyday and had a lovely time. I highly recommend staying at Norm & Anna’s cottage! Very nice people!

GREAT SPOT NEAR BEACHES

This accommodation is very nice, clean, newly updated, includes everything needed, and plenty of space. Short walking distance to a small beach and short driving distance to large beaches. We very much enjoyed our short visit and look forward to a return one day. Marvin

Adorable cottage

Perfect location, had all the amenities that i needed. Owner always ask first before coming over to manage the property. They also made sure i had everything that i needed. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Beach and lake were within a short walking distance. If you like to ride bikes this is a great location for it. The property also has a nice patio to relax and enjoy a drink or do some grilling. Highly recommend staying here.

A Lovely Little Secluded Michigan Home

A lovely little home in a beautiful location, conveniently secluded but near Holland and other desirable locations to visit. The house was a great size for our family and came with everything we needed for the length of our stay. The backyard was also a good size to play with my two-year-old. The binder in the house accurately mentions that it is not child proof but we were able to make the modifications we needed. The property manager Norm was very responsive and helped us when we arrived and we had trouble getting the key. Later after a storm knocked out power for a couple days he lent us coolers to help keep keep the food we had bought from thawing and going bad. We really enjoyed our stay at the house and being able to use it for our many adventures around this part of Michigan.

Welcome to Holland!

My two daughters and I traveled here from Atlanta, GA for Tulip Time and my, our week here exemplified “vacation” for us. A slower pace, many kind folks we met along the way and of course this cozy place to call “home.” Visiting here has been a dream of mine since being introduced to an essay entitled “Welcome to Holland” when my youngest, born w/ Down syndrome, was an infant. We’d said our next trip would be to the Netherlands but honestly, not sure that’s necessary given the great time we had here in west MI.

Location location

If you love biking /running this location if for you far away from crowds We biked ever day to trials and to nearby parks with our toddler girl Tunnel Park 12 min bike Other ones 15-20 min bike There is a small steep beach 5 min walk from home .good for sunset watching Ottawa beach 15 min drive Very wide clean nice beach Anytime you will find a parking And beautiful sunsets also In the house itself you have everything you need from towels to kitchen necessities. Cozy and comfortable place We all slept good on the beds including our toddler on her own ;) You have lots or room out on the patio to relax House is right by a street but it’s not so busy overall as I thought in the beginning Very pleasant Stay! Second time was just as Great

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is great. The location is great. It is close enough to ride bike everywhere, but far enough that it's peaceful and quiet. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need. With Covid, we brought a lot of our own things, not knowing how things would be. The house didn't disappoint. Everything was VERY clean. Norm & Anne are wonderful to work with. Clean up at this property is also very easy, as it's already super clean from the start. Bring your bikes- they have a small shed out back that will hold a few of them. The house is on the Bike Path and you can easily ride to a few beaches or just enjoy the area. It's around the corner from Riley Park- this is a beautiful park that you can mountain bike in or hike. The last couple times we've stayed in Holland, we've also stopped at Bowerman Blueberries- it's around the corner as well and has amazing pies. We plan on making this a yearly retreat for some R&R.

Cottage Near the Beach

We had a lovely 5 week stay in Norm and Anna’s cottage! They anticipated our every need with every kitchen supply, shelves of books, and consistently reliable internet. They have anticipated many questions and provide answers in a handy binder, but any time we had a question Norm responded to us within minutes. Bike path out front, county parks very near by, and beautiful Lake Michigan within walking distance! This cottage was a treasure for us.

August getaway

Very nice location just 10 minutes from a Lake Michigan beach. Great walking and bike riding right from the property. An easy bike ride to Holland State Park. Nice front patio for drinking coffee and watching the world go by. There is a bit of traffic noise sine the speed limit on the road is 50 mph, but nothing that really bothered us.

We are two transplants to West Michigan who loved it enough to stay for 30 years. A year ago we found a cottage needing a lot of work. We enjoyed the remodeling and the vacation business so much that we bought a second place. Our day jobs are in elementary and graduate education.

We both like to bike and we spotted the cottage on a road and trail where we often ride. There is a bike path in the front yard. The cottage is located near the water on a tree lined road.
