Villaen ligger i Lapta ved stranden og ligger i gåafstand fra Sardunya-stranden langs den nye Lapta-kystlinje, som ligger 2 minutters gang fra vores villa. Olive Press Bowling Green ligger kun 5 minutters gang fra vores villa og tilbyder bowling og god mad og drikke. Der er også flere strande inden for gåafstand. Lapta ligger ved siden af landsbyen Alsancak, og begge har vidunderlige restauranter - International køkken på det fineste, uanset om din smag er indisk, kinesisk, italiensk, fransk eller typisk cypriotisk - du vil blive forkælet efter valg, vores personlige favorit er Veni Vici i Lapta. Du finder restauranterne meget billige og meget venlige - normalt tilbyder du en gratis kaffe og konjak efter dit måltid. Lapta har en spektakulær natur, afkøling af havet og bjergbrisen i de varme sommermåneder og en konstant forsyning med hovedvand. Området er ideelt til dem, der kan lide stranden og vandsport eller ferie ved poolen, såvel som for dem, der kan lide at gå og udforske det spektakulære bjerglandskab og ruiner osv. Cypern er også kendt for dykning - der er mange skoler og dykkeklubber tilgængelige lokalt. Du kan være dristig og tage nogle paragliding fra bjergtoppen eller bare hænge der inde fra bagsiden af en båd !!!! Lej en Jetski eller Jetbike - det er alt her, du kan nyde med urørte strande også at nyde. Just stayed at this villa July- August 2026This villa was absolutely perfect for our large family of 10 adults The accommodation not only provides luxury but outdoor living space was perfect the swimming pool was a fantastic size and was cleaned twice a week This place has everything from Netflix to x box to board games And books to readWe have been around the world and can honestly say this villa was great 10/10The plugs are uk based so no adapters everything is labelled from air con to dishwasher All I can say is a big thank you to the host David for always responding to a few questions and settling inI will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend A kind thank you and regards The Hassan family

Check-in is easy once you get the instructions from David. The kitchen is a great space, with plenty of proper utensils and great to cook in, I am a chef. The pool is a decent size for the family, the house is grand, and you can have your own space from the rest of the family if you wish. I will be returning next year.

Wonderful 2-Week Stay in Lapta, Cyprus We had a fantastic two-week stay at this beautiful villa in Lapta, Cyprus with my family of 4. From the moment we arrived, everything was made so easy and welcoming, thanks in large part to our excellent host, David.David was incredibly helpful and approachable throughout our stay. Before we arrived, he took the time to find out whether we had visited Cyprus before and whether there was anything we might need. The Villa is absolutely stunning and I highly recommend. 110% stay again. The information pack provided at the villa was absolutely spot on. It included lots of useful information, recommendations for restaurants, and places to visit and explore. We really appreciated having those local recommendations available and enjoyed trying some of the suggested places.David advised us with a taxi service to collect us from the airport, which made our arrival completely stress-free. The same taxi company also provided us with a rental car for the duration of our stay, making it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the area.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better host or a smoother experience. David went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable throughout our two weeks.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lapta and would happily recommend this villa and David as a host to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cyprus. We would definitely stay here again. Carl

Absolutely Fantastic

We have stayed in Northern Cyprus many times and this villa is definitely up there as the best we have rented,We booked for a month and from the very start David and his team were always there if needed and the communication could not be beaten,The villa itself was in a great location 3-4 mins walk to the seafront where you would find a very popular walking trail,To the left in 15 mins you could walk to Sardunyas bar & restaurant which overlooks a beautiful beach and if you went right in 25 minutes you could walk to Silver Rocks bar & restaurant which by day also has a swimming pool which is free to use,Straight out of the villa just a 7-8 min walk and you can eat and drink at the wild duck and the food there like everywhere is amazing,Up on the strip about 10 mins you will find lots of shops,bars & restaurants catering for everyone from Indian to chinese and of course local cuisine.The villa itself has an amazing outdoor area with sunbeds,chairs and tables which are enough for everyone,and as for the pool its stunning and always clean and a real good size,All the bedrooms are a great size and all very comfortable.The living room is really nice too.If anyone asked me about renting in Northern Cyprus I would recommend this villa for definite as the service and communication that you receive cannot be beaten,David thank you so much for letting us have the villa for a month and I will definitely be in touch when we come back out again as we all loved it so much.Thanks Again !!

Beautiful Villa and Location

The villa is amazing, beautifully presented and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly want. The pool is fabulous and we spent a lot of time in it, lots of comfy sunbeds and loads of places to sit in the garden which is also beautiful. Wi-Fi good, tv's good. Beds really comfortable. Lots to do in the area and lots of great places to eat. All in all, loved our stay. Would definitely return to this villa.

Paradise found

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks September 19 in a party of 5 , the villa is amazing, it has so many outdoor seating options it’s hard to decide where to sit. The outdoors are absolutely stunning with the large pool and the Astro turf plus all the sun beds are all day sun traps, we can’t speak highly enough of it , would we stay here again 1000% we would. The owner was extremely kind in letting us stay at the villa on day of check out as we had a late flight and the new arrivals weren’t due in till late themselves, if you want to relax and unwind there’s nowhere better, it’s so quiet at night it’s bliss. There’s plenty of things to do with the new walkway only a few minutes walk away and a few bars restaurants in walking distance. A car is needed to get to further places but also there’s a bus service anywhere along the main rd. we have been coming to laptop for about 8 yrs now and this villa is by far the best we have stayed in, the villa has everything you need and more , the furnishings are of a very good quality. There’s games dvds etc to keep you occupied if needed although we didn’t really watch tv as we sat outside until bedtime. This really is a little gem and you won’t be disappointed , the owner also gave us information on certain places to eat etc. Definitely 5 stars plus Mark West Midlands

Amazing Villa, Beautiful location

We stayed at this lovely Villa in Lapta for 2 weeks in August and had a fantastic holiday. The villa itself was amazing, very spacious, modern and very well equipped. The pool was very large with astroturf around it making it very safe and comfortable to walk around, our 2 daughters loved spending most of the day in its warm water. The views of the mountain were great and the outside area was beautifully lit up at night. We hired a car and an airport transfer through a contact that David gave us which was very useful as on the way from the airport we stopped off at a 24 hour supermarket to get some supplies ready to start our holiday. The car was very handy for shopping and eating out in the evening, our favourite restaurant was the Silver Rocks which is one of the closest to the villa, although we also enjoyed breakfast and dining out at the Wild Duck. The villa is very large and whether you wanted to lie in the sun or escape under the canopy over the terrace there is always somewhere to go . We would love to go back in the near future and would highly recommend this holiday Villa, David and Karen were very accommodating from booking through to our arrival in North Cyprus, and they made us feel very welcome.

A beautiful villa, spacious and lots of room to relax & chill out

The property is well 'advertised' as the photos are reflective of how great the villa is in real life. There is lots of room inside (which is beautifully furnished and layed out) plus tons of room outside, with a really good sized pool. Lapta is a lovely location with some great bars & restaurants very conveniently located - either within a 5-10 minute drive - or easily walkable, although you will need a torch when walking back from Sardunya beach bar (which is very fun!). The Lapta coastal walk is very close by - 5 minutes walk - if you are a runner it is a nice 2 mile run, plus there is great countryside to run into also. Even if you want a little more pedestrian holiday Zihini's beach cafe is within a 15 minute walk and is run by the loveliest man. I think he is reflective of all the people in Northern Cyprus - they are so friendly, hospitable and welcoming. Be aware that Lapta is in the North of Cyprus and that not all hire car company's will loan you a car because of the border control that you will need to go through to access Kyrenia and onto Lapta. Additionally, see if you can get some precise instructions from the hire company about how to access the border in Nicosia, it is not easy to find. Overall, this is a great villa for a laid back relaxing holiday with good food, environment and local things to do. We had a fantastic week.

Lovely spacious villa

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing week in the villa near Lapta, as I said in the review title it was a lovely, spacious, private villa. It had everything you could want, large comfortable beds, all the amenities in the kitchen, plenty of TV's if you want them, the only slight problem was the Internet didn't seem to be working. There was a lovely large clean pool, which we used every day, and a well kept garden. We ate out every evening in several different restaurants, mainly along the Lapta strip, a favourite of ours being Veni Vechi, a very nice Italian , we we could recommend. While we were there we visited Bellapais Abbey, st Hilarion Castle, and the harbour at Kyrenia, all well worth a visit. We also took a ride up into the mountains, along a very winding road which had some spectacular views. We would recommend this villa to anyone needing a quiet relaxing holiday.

Great Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in this fabulous villa, and the description and photo’s don’t do this property justice – it is extremely spacious and very well appointed and had everything than we needed. Great outdoor space, and a fabulous pool, that allowed for the best use to be made of the glorious weather. The only minor downside was the distance to the nearest shops and restaurants, [except for the Olive Press that was very welcoming and friendly], that meant that a car is essential unless you are a fan of walking, and it would have been nice to have had a sandy beach within walking distance, but you can’t have everything. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this villa to anyone, and the owners David & Karen were very willing to do anything to help their guests have an enjoyable stay, and the airport transfer by Ozy that was recommended to us was faultless. I would certainly stay there again.

Wow wow wow

Have just returned from an amazing two weeks! The villa was everything we could have wished for and more. The pool is huge, the views fantastic, mountains to the rear and side and sea views in the front.you need a car but driving very easy in and around Lapta. If you have young kids THe WIld Duck is great family pub serving food with a brilliant play area and just a ten minute walk away.SOme fantastic restaurants within couple of minutes drive, several on the beach, THe Cabin was a favourite , boys loved to play on beach after dinner. For local meze THe Cenap is brilliant.Lovely beaches again within couple of minutes with safe bays for small kids as well as watersports, not crowded even in peak season.Helped with baby turtle release which was so lovely.People very friendly and welcoming. Everything great value for money as its LIre not Euro, some fantastic shopping available in Kyrenia. Arranged a transfer from Larnaca and car hire delivered to villa with OZy recommended by owner and everything went smoothly with easy passage over border.Thanks Karen and David, your villa is truly amazing - we would love to come back soon, Karen, Andy and kids
