Ejendommen, der har en stor solterrasse, er perfekt til afsondret solbadning og beundrer den uspolerede udsigt eller stjerne stirrer på nattehimlen og ligger i det grønne med malerisk udsigt og vandreture lige uden for døren. Inden for tagterrassen er der et fantastisk boblebad / jacuzzi til afslapning, der nyder udsigten til landskabet. Der er et terrassebord og 4 stole til den alfresco-spisning, derudover er der en separat første sal balkon. Med solskin året rundt; 20 grader Celcius, selv i december og januar; bare slappe af, udforske og opsuge oplevelsen.

Din lady house manager "Sadia", taler engelsk og fransk og bor i landsbyen.
Sadia er tilgængelig for at hjælpe dig med at få mest muligt ud af dit besøg; Hun vil hilse dig ved ankomsten og kan endda arrangere en velkomstmiddag ved din ankomst, eller eventuelle yderligere måltider, du gerne vil have tilberedt til dig, enten engelsk, fransk eller marokkansk stil [mod et mindre gebyr]
    Hun hjælper dig med eventuelle spørgsmål og kan hjælpe dig med at arrangere de ture, du måtte have behov for.
Den udvendige swimmingpool er placeret i mine repræsentanter Sadia ejendom; det har et 4 meter højt, højt vægget haveområde, og poolen har en konstant dybde på 36 tommer, perfekt til børn.
Puljen er 16 fod lang med 10 fod bred bestway-pool. Poolstigen er også aftagelig for sikkerheden, når den ikke er i brug.
På det nærliggende badeby ligger en Aqua-Water-park med 2 svømmebassiner og adskillige lysbilleder.

An Oasis in the Desert

The property was exactly as described if not better. It was clean,tidy and very welcoming without being over the top. The Riad is ample for 2 families of 4 but we were just a family of 3 so had plenty of room. Positioning of the house is in a quiet area which led to a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. On the roof terrace was a secluded area that overlooked the foothills of the Anti Atlas Mountain and had a jacuzzi along sun lounges so that you can spend endless hours chilling out just like we did. If you want to experience real Moroccan life then the area is the perfect place for you. The people who live in the village simply leave you alone to get on with your holiday and are very friendly when approached but you must be able to speak some French. Ian was very helpful throughout the holiday and so was his Representatives whilst we were there. You must in our opinion hire a car either from the start as in the airport you land or from Cosmos in the town otherwise you will not easily get around. We would definitely go again

Les seuls points positifs: le calme (maison en lisière de village face à la colline), la vie en immersion dans le village, la sympathie des habitants et même du propriétaire mais il est âgé et un peu dépassé. Pour le reste: il a fallu que nous fassions le ménage à l arrivée..., la femme de ménage citée dans l annonce n existe pas, la chaudière à gaz pour la douche tombe régulièrement en panne donc ces jours là douche froide... il y a très peu de vaisselle, nous avons dû acheter 2 casseroles... le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas, l eau ne dépasse pas 20 degrés, fenêtres et portes sont des vraies passoires: vent, poussière, pluie qui un jour a inondé le canapé et le sol... Alors avis aux amateurs d autant que le site Abritel n aide pas les vacanciers qui ont ce genre de problèmes!

The client had the use of 3 showers,2 worked perfectly for the complete 6 weeks of clients stay. The other we had a call after 20.00 hours,we responded immediately, and a new part was fitted and installed before 21.30 that same night. Re the Jacuzzi, the client ,on first arrival informed of a temperature problem with Jacuzzi . The problem was looked at by my mechanic,and remapped. we were not later notified by our client that they were still unable to configure the temperature .

deçu j'ai quitte la location le mercredi au lieu du samedi matin

jaccuzi pas chauffe pas de télé (le propietaire m'a prevenue 3 jours avant que le satellite ne fonctionne pas )néanmoins je pensais que l'antenne locale été utilisable mais pas du tout, saadia nous a dit qu'elle s'en occuperai mais elle a été occupe donc pas dispo. le wifi fonctionne a peine et il faut recharger souvent Le lecteur dvd et cd fonctionne La plage se situe a 20 minutes de marche en deux temps du lieu de location jusqu'a la grande route 10 min et de la grande route jusqu'a la plage 10 min attention le taxi ne rentre pas dans le village sur la montagne voiture indispensable a mon gout . le cote positive est la vue degagé et calme

C'est l'histoire de l'invité qui ne communique pas avec le propriétaire. cet invité a réservé 5 semaines avant leur date d'arrivée, le client n'a pas communiqué avec le propriétaire à nouveau jusqu'à 10 heures du matin de leur date d'arrivée, le propriétaire a reçu un e-mail, avec le client demande devrait nous louer une voiture ou prendre un taxi pour la propriété; J'ai répondu rapidement, avec la meilleure solution; avec ni moi-même ou mes 2 gérants de maison ayant de nouveau contact avec le client jusqu'à environ 17,00 heures, sept heures plus tard, lorsque l'invité a dit qu'ils arriveraient bientôt. À l'arrivée, les invités ont été accueillis, et le directeur de la maison a ensuite remis les clés de la propriété; personnellement, je n'ai rien entendu de cet invité, jusqu'à leur jour de départ! Peu après la date à laquelle ce client a réservé, a "Welcome Pack " e-mail a été envoyé à ce client propre adresse e-mail, et aussi par le "Abritel.fr " sites Web propre boîte de réception e-mail, à ce client, détaillant les caractéristiques et les installations de la propriété, et aussi mon 2 maison numéros de téléphone mobile des gestionnaires. Note ... également situé dans le salon principal du Riad Casablanca, sous la télévision, est un pack de bienvenue, écrit en français et en anglais, détaillant à nouveau les installations et comment les utiliser. 4 jours avant la date d'arrivée de ce client, j'ai envoyé un email à ce client pour lui dire que le récepteur satellite avait rencontré un problème et que la réception par satellite était une exigence importante de leur forfait vacances? encore une fois je n'ai rien entendu. Les responsables de ma maison ont confirmé que les lecteurs Jacuuzi et CD et DVD fonctionnaient parfaitement après le départ de cet invité, donc pour tous les futurs clients "non communicants" qui souhaitent savoir comment augmenter la température du jacuzzi, pour faire ... un bouton sur le panneau de commande du jacuzzi, doit être maintenu enfoncé pendant au moins 3 secondes, avant d’appuyer sur un autre bouton pour augmenter la température, au-dessus de la température ce jour-là, qui était de 22 degrés Celsius. De plus, il y a beaucoup de boutons sur la télécommande du DVD, ainsi la lecture du pack de bienvenue fourni montrerait aux invités comment l'utiliser. Le directeur de la maison, Saadia, le jour du départ des invités, son enfant a dû être transporté à l'hôpital pour une opération d'urgence.

Spacious house in friendly village

Casa Riad was great value and situated in a nice, atmospheric setting at the edge of the village. The house was spacious, well equipped and clean, and Ian provided us with lots of useful information. We really enjoyed the village and I also enjoyed walking on the scrubby hillsides out the back. The people were very friendly, even though they had suffered from the devastating floods a couple of weeks earlier. It would have been great to interact more, but most daylight hours we were off exploring (and my French is much rustier than I feared!). Our 6 year old daughter was often transfixed by it all and the locals certainly took to her - several ladies enjoyed patting her on the head and giving her kisses! A car is pretty essential (although there seemed to be lots of modern green buses plying between Tiznit and the coast, and taxis are relatively cheap) and roads are fine, so could quickly along the coast or take trip to Tafroute in the hills. Beaches are better down towards Mirleft, so a 25 minute drive most days. Tiznit is only a few minutes drive away and seemed a nice, fairly quiet town, with a couple of small supermarkets shops and plenty of markets. We really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Casa Riad and would be happy to visit again.

thanks for your kind review Keith, Re the comment about the local beach , and the "once in a 100 years storm" which occured last year,which temporarily washed away some of sand ;since Keiths review.... the beach has thankfully returned to normal ,and the beach now has its full quantity of sand once again. Oh and the mosque mentioned in another guests review is actually a school although it looks like a Mosque!!

Quiet and restful close to 3 Kilometre long beach

Tranquil village with easy access from main road between Tiznit and Aglou Plage[ the Beach Resort] Uncluttered spacious home with superb terrace and jacuzzi. Terrific view looking out across the village to the mountains and another of the very nearby hills- free of dwellings- Many useful amenities including 2 satellites, DVD player, TV with loads of personal music CD's, BBC DVD's and movie DVD's and No WIFI (thank goodess) but lots of WIFI signs in cafes at Aglou Plage-2 minutes away- and Tiznit (Titanic Cafe- great cappuccinos ) 8 minutes away. Beds were a lttle bit on the firm side (some folks like that), showers were a tad cold but the owner is so so personable that he cares and soon adjusted the showers to temperature required. The owner saw to our needs and concerns by supplying Info guides for his guests,it felt like home. Incredibly safe and secure seeming. Easy parking behind and above the village mosque and short walk to the front door or drive through the windy roads to a private parking space next to the house. We witnessed timeless, daily life in this tranquil village of friendly, humble welcoming people. We made day trips,not only to the local beach resort,but also to all the cities and villages in the area to include- Agadir-70 minutes, Mirleft- lots of sandy beaches-25 minutes, Tiznit- shopping and Tuesday, Wednesday souk market, and medina, Guelmine- changing terrain, Tafraoute- beautiful red rocks in and around the town, and Sidi Ifni the Spanish style hilly town and discovered many beaches of different personalities. The place was so quiet despite the proximity of a mosque. The bathrooms and showers are separate and also available on the terrace! The stairs to the living area and to the terrace are large and made easier with heavy banisters. As a person with physical limitations, I found the space easy to navigate without assistance. And by the way, it was incredibly affordable! The best quality for the least price we experienced! Thx Kimi and Lee.

Tranquil village of Zouite- easy access from main road between Tiznit and Aglou Plage or Mirleft. uncluttered, spacious home with superb terrace and above ground jacuzzi. Terrific views looking out across the village to the mountains and another of the very nearby hills- free of dwellings- which sometimes had sheep, goats and herder. Many useful amenities including 2 satellites, DVD player, TV with loads of personal music CD's, BBC DVD's and movie DVD's and No WIFI (thank goddess) but lots of WIFI signs in cafes at Aglou Plage- 2 minutes away- and Tiznit (Titanic Cafe- great cappuccinos) 8 minutes away. Beds were hard(some folks like that), showers were a tad cold but the owner is so, so personable and considerate that he cares and fixes and enquires about your needs and concerns. Info guides for everything and everywhere tenderly prepared for his guests. Felt like home. Incredibly safe, secure, relaxed. Easy parking behind and above the village mosque and short walk to the front door or drive through the winding village unpaved roads to a private parking space next to the house. Witness timeless, daily life in this tranquil village of friendly, humble, welcoming people. It's always a pleasure to hear from valued guests about their holiday experience - especially when it's such a lovely review, nothing is quite so rewarding and so genuinely appreciated when the comments are so lovely as these. So many of our first-time guests have enjoyed their holiday so much that within days of returning home they've been in touch; I am impressed! I must be doing something right. The Shower was easily fixed when we showed the guest,that they have overlooked the location of master temperature control; and the matress has now been swiched to one less firm. This is a wonderful recommendation for everyone thinking of planning a relaxed holiday, for winter or summer sunshine.

I looked at various propertys in the vicinity ,however when i came across this charming ruin in a fantastic setting,and i thought, yes this is the location for me.

I then spent 2 years restoring the property , renovating it in a fusion of traditional Moroccan style with a modern twist,the house has been refurbished using traditional materials, but also furnished with every modern convenience.

This part of Morocco is unspoilt, and the noise of the local birds is the main interruption to this tranquillity. Plus you are a short walk from the beach - surfing or fishing anyone? It's a place removed from the rest of the world - perfect for unwinding from a high-pressured job; it is a haven of peace and quiet for guests seeking a truly private retreat from the melee of the bustling modern lifestyle.

The property, has a large sun terrace is perfect for secluded sunbathing,and admiring the unspoilt views, or star gazing at the night sky, and is set in the countryside. situated on the edge of a rural village.
