Denne smukke 6 soveværelser villa har udsigt over havet og bjergene. Det luksuriøse indkvartering er delt på 3 etager, med et veludstyret åbent køkken, vidunderligt dekadent stort soveværelse med påklædningsværelse og en-suite faciliteter. Villa Yaz komfortabelt plads 12 voksne eller kan tilpasses til familier. Interiøret er rummelige, cool og designet til at opfylde alle dine behov. Hver af de værelser har sin egen karakter, men er alle forenet af en sans for detaljer, fine materialer og overdådige komfort. De rigt marmoreret badeværelser skaber en følelse af diskret luksus. Du må ikke ønsker at forlade villaen! Men hvis du gør, vil du finde masser at se og gøre. Der er en strandklub kun 300 mtrs væk tilbyder adgang til havet og den uspolerede landsby Kalkan, med et udvalg af restauranter og spændende butikker, er ca en 20 minutters gåtur, GJ en 5 minutters taxatur tilbage til villaen efter en aften ud, hvis du ikke har lyst til gåtur. Villa Yaz er ideel til en afslappende ferie.

The villa was amazing, everyone in my group loved the ambiance and the location, it was a beautiful setting. The views are off the charts great, and the pool was spectacular, very close walking distance to restaurants, we had a great time visiting the nearby restaurants and had awesome mealsWe had a few issues, we ran out of gas but it was replenished within an hour, water was also replenished quickly as well, the owner, Ty was great and communicated well with us all through the stay if we need an issue resolved, but there were minimal issuesBedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, everyone had an ensuite which was outstanding, I would definitely recommend this villa and I already had requests from friends for details on renting the unit in the futureWe had a great trip to Turkiye and this villa capped of a great two weeks!!

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Yaz, the villa was clean and tidy on arrival and was also exceptionally well equipped! We were a group of 8 made up of 2 families with older children and there was more than enough room for us all. The rooftop bar was well used with its spectacular view over Kalkan Bay. There is a villa construction Infront of the property, but you soon get used to it and it’ll become another tasteful villa soon, so I wouldn’t let it put you off. The host, Ty, was great providing any information in advance and he arranged a local representative to meet us at the Villa on our second day. The rep, Kaan, provided us with a taxi contact who we used several times, they were quick reliable and reasonably priced. He also provided us a drinking water delivery supplier who delivered bottled drinking water directly to the villa so no long hot walks with heavy water! Be warned the hills aren’t for the faint hearted, especially the one immediately outside of the villa, so if you have mobility issues bear this in mind. This said the taxis manage the hills with no problems! The walk to Kalkan itself is a pleasant, after the initial hill, 20 minute walk downhill. And a quick taxi ride home. We did find the local area expensive mainly due to it being a tourist hotspot so it’s worth looking around at prices at different supermarkets, we did find the local people very friendly. It is very difficult to fault the villa in any aspect and I would highly recommend Villa Yaz

A few minor maintenance issues that were dealt with fairly promptly.Plenty of space throughout the inside villa and outside dining and pool areas.Very well stocked with kitchen equipment utensils and crockery etcGood value for the region.Overall great stay with our family.

Fantastic property, great location in Kalkan and a great view over the bay. The villa is in excellent condition and the host was extremely helpful before, during and after in all dealings. We stayed as a family of six people, mixed ages and all loved the week. The villa's size gave everyone a chance to relax and the outdoors area was large enough to swim..great pool, eat, large table and sunbath, a large number of sunbeds. Everything catered for... highly recommend.

Lovely, spacious villa with beautiful flowers and lemon trees. The kitchen and garden were great for spending time together as a family.A few surprises: construction right in front blocks the pool views, and the rooftop has no canopy or umbrella. The listing doesn’t mention that the heated pool costs extra and takes a couple of days to warm up. Water pressure and hot water dropped when more than one shower was running.One room’s bedding wasn’t fully cleaned at check-in, fixed the next day, but we were later told the sheets hadn’t been dirty (the rest of the rooms were clean).When we raised these issues, we got denial and a lecture instead of accommodation, even though we only asked for what the listing showed & set the expectation. VRBO support did eventually help, getting the pool heated for the last couple of days at no extra cost.Overall a nice property with great potential, updated photos/listing and better communication would make the stay even better.

Thank you for your response, we always appreciate feedback which allows us to improve the standard of the villa and service. As we are based in the uk we rely on our maintenance company in kalkan for feedback to issues raised and pass these directly back to guests. We have updated the website to clarify that the pool heating will only be available out of season and needs to be requested by guests prior to arrival as it is not permanently on. We apologies there was no cover over the roof bar. This was not brought to our attention but has now been dealt with. Many thanks

Beautiful Villa Yaz

Just enjoyed a week at the lovely Villa Yaz. Highly recommend a stay here as it’s spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely big pool area. The owner has thought of everything. Any issues, he responds in a timely manner and sorts immediately. My only comment would be, not for the faint hearted as the hills are very steep but taxis available within 10 minutes of calling.Lovely restaurants in a couple of minutes walking distance. Highly recommend a boat while staying in Kalkan.

Amazing Villa

Simply Amazing, the villa had the best sea views ever and plenty of sitting spaces and views to choose from. You can never get bored ! The villa was very clean and well equipped from all aspects (including board games!) For someone who travels alot, it was definitely the most comfortable place we stayed at and it made us feel like we are staying at our own home.

WOW

Where do I start with this. The villa is absolutely stunning. 10 of us stayed and there is no shortage of space. The view is incredible. The villa feels like home with everything supplied that you need which is so rare in a holiday villa. Its spotlessly clean. The owner is really helpful before and during your stay. Kalkan is beautiful. We simply loved it and didn't want to leave. I would recommend you look no further and get this wonderful placed booked asap!

Amazing Villa & Location

The villa was amazing, very well equipped with little extras inc water machine & ice maker we didn’t expect. We had a contact throughout our stay that organising daily fresh bread & water for us. The Villa is located in Kalamar just outside of Kalkan. We preferred being in Kalamar. You can walk into Kalkan easily or a taxi ride is only 20TL. The Kalamar beach club is a 5 minute walk away. Sok supermarket was the cheapest we found, it doesn’t sell alcohol but far cheaper than the others for everything else. Lots of restaurants & things to do. Would recommend the villa especially for a large group 😊

The best villa I have ever stayed in

We have been travelling to turkey for 10 years now. We have stayed in many many villas. Beautoful villas but none of them came close to villa Yaz. The cleanliness was incredible. You could walk all day barefoot on the stone floors and your feet are still as clean as you stepped out of the shower. The bathrooms, kitchen area, living area met every expectation - and we have very high expectations! But the views! Aaah the views. The best we have enjoyed yet. There is not one negative I can say here. The owner was helpful and accommodating in every way. The property manager was responsive whenever we needed something. All in all. The very best villa in Turkey that we have experienced. Rest assured. If you are looking for safe and secure and stunningly beautiful place to stay on the coast of southern Turkey- this is it.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Incredibly spacious and every room has been finished to a very high standard. There is plenty of room for everyone to feel they have privacy when they want it, balanced with fabulous communal areas which made for a perfect family getaway. The pool was perfect both in terms of size and temperature, and there is ample space to sit in sunshine or shade - and a particularly beautiful dining table. Fresh lemons from the tree and fresh rosemary in the garden added to the ambience and were used every time we BBQd. We have stayed in Kalkan before and this was our preferred location. Easily walkable to nearby supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The Kalamar beach club is a 5-10 min stroll and they offer a complimentary lift back up the hill in the afternoon. Even in the June heat, we wandered into Kalkan centre every other day (approx 20-30 mins) (but taxis are readily available for those who don't want to walk).Ty was incredibly helpful and communicative. We have rented villas for nearly 30 years and this might just be the best one yet. Thank you Ty - you have a beautiful home.

Perfect Getaway in Kalkan!

We had an amazing stay at the villa in Kalkan. The property was exactly as described, offering stunning views and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, close to the town and the beach, yet very peaceful. The villa was immaculately clean, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Kalkan! Kalkan'daki villada harika bir tatil geçirdik. Mülk, tarif edildiği gibiydi; muhteşem manzaralar sunuyor ve rahat ve dinlendirici bir tatil için ihtiyacımız olan tüm olanaklara sahipti. Konumu mükemmeldi, kasabaya ve plaja yakındı, ancak oldukça huzurluydu. Villa tertemizdi ve ev sahipleri son derece misafirperver ve ihtiyaçlarımıza karşı duyarlıydı. Kalkan'da mükemmel bir kaçamak arayan herkese burayı şiddetle tavsiye ederiz!

A truly luxurious villa in an ideal location!

We went on a family holiday to this property for one week but we wish we could have stayed a lot longer. The views were stunning, the bedrooms were even better than on the pictures and the owner has thought of every tiny detail in this villa. For example, a huge variety of board games, books, and even a ping pong table. The condition of the villa was exceptional and there was more than enough garden furniture for 12 people to have an amazing time in the sun. Would definitely recommend. Very easy access to restaurants, shops and beach also!

I am Turkish but live in London. We discovered the area some 20 years ago and know the area of Kalkan & Kalamar very well. We have many friends and local contacts here from restaurants, boat hire to tours. We built an apartment and villa complex several years ago and now have friends and family who rent and live here all year round with us.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Stunning location originally as a small fishing village many years ago, but now a boutique coastal resort with no mass tourism. The area has the Lycian walk, Kalamar beach club, Xanthos ancient ruins and Islamlar mountains.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Amazing views from all levels, larger than normal bedrooms, large open plan kitchen , diner & lounge and beautiful large outside dinning and pool area with table tennis table. Large roof terrace with bar & seating area.
