10A er en stilfuld lejlighed i en victoriansk ejendom fuld af karakter og perfekte badeby tilbagetog. Sove op til 4 personer (2 på en meget komfortabel sovesofa) med alle de bekvemmeligheder i et moderne hjem. Det er blevet indrettet til en høj standard og er meget elsket. Haven er en flugt fra det hele og Mutley s Hut er en udvidelse af huset og en del af den rolige oplevelse. Hele lejligheden er møblerne blevet håndplukket og kærligt placeret med det formål at gøre det til et afslappende tilbagetog hele året rundt.

The place was well equipped and comfortable. Bed was amazing for great nights sleep. The welcome package was well received and made it feel very special as it was our honeymoon. The garden and the summer house was lovely to sit in of an evening. Our little dog loved his stay, however we wasn’t overly confident leaving him in the garden unattended due to fence on the left hand side at the bottom looking a little fragile. We have a young curious patterdale terrier who is onto everything. This so a tiny thing and wouldn’t stop us returning. See you again next year for our anniversary. Robert & Maxine

Comfortable, clean, pleasant, welcoming

Lovely flat with nice garden and summerhouse. Very comfortable bed. Some nice touches, like the low level lights coming on in the bathroom with motion sensor. Well equipped. Modern. Nicely decorated with seaside theme. Be aware that "Parking available" means finding a spot to park in the road. We did manage that. Not far to the beach and The Old Neptune, very popular beach pub. The garden summerhouse was a nice cool place to sit in the quiet and have a drink on a very hot day.

A beautiful, cozy home

We loved everything about this place and especially all the extra nice touches - milk in the fridge for tea, lots of hangars in the closet, bags to take shopping. The decor, especially the bedroom is lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked.Our only recommendation is to consider putting a fan in the bedroom, as it was very hot our first night.

One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in

What a beautiful place to stay. Not only is town picturesque, has amazing walks and beautiful scenery with lots of nice pubs, restaurants etc but to come home every day and stay in the most wonderful place. The accommodation had everything and more. Large spacious areas, great kitchen for cooking, great big shower, large bedroom with comfy bed and the most amazing garden with a snug at the end. I would highly recommend this place for a nice couples getaway, with your dog as well of course. Everywhere is dog friendly and the accommodation hosts our four legged friend as well. Big thumbs up from us.

Comfortable & quality property

I had such a good, restful, comfortable and cosy stay in the flat. It is furnished & equipped to a very high standard. I wanted a break away from the city and it was great to be so close to the town centre & beach front. Whitstable is a gem with its independent shops & places to eat.

Een fantastische vakantie in een prachtig appartement.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een heel mooi appartement. Het huis was prachtig ingericht en alles wat je nodig had was er. De inrichting was met zorg uitgezocht, de keuken compleet en een hele fijne tuin met bomen, gras, een terras en een leuk ingericht tuinhuis. Het weer was top en we hebben heerlijk in zee gezwommen. ( 5 minuten lopen ) Het kon niet beter.

Peace and tranquility

Wonderful little place that is perfectly catered for. Being dog patents we tend to make sure it has a good enclosed garden and this was perfect. We had a well needed chilled long weekend and lola was more than happy.

Excellent property to stay in, close to town centre

Enjoyed a relaxing short break, would definitely recommend and will stay again. Parking can be a challenge but did not cause any major issues. We used the local butchers (Jim's) and local fruit and veg shops, reasonably priced and locally sourced. The property has everything you need and the welcome pack was an added bonus.

Amazing Stay

This property is truly a home from home experience. The owners provide everything you can think of and the property is furnished to a very high standard and quality. The garden and ‘hut’ are a fantastic feature especially in lovely weather. We hope to visit again.

Excellent stay!

The property is beautifully presented and in the perfect position for a trip to Whitstable as the harbour, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Too cold to be outside and use Mutley's Hut, during our trip, but our dog appreciated the small garden for a trip out beginning and end of the day. The hosts are very accommodating, thinking of every need. and communicated well throughout the process.

Beautiful, stylish, comfortable

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, we couldn’t fault it in any way. A lovely basket of goodies were left for us which was really appreciated. The kitchen is really well stocked and spotless. Fantastic location, so close to the village and seafront. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay

Great Place To Stay

My wife & I stayed for two nights at 10A, the attention to detail is second to none, and is in great location for Whitstable. Parked in local street. Accommodation décor is to a very good quality . We hope one day to return.

Exceptional stay!

Upon arriving the first thing that hit us was a beautiful fresh scent as we entered the property. This was the first of many home-from-home touches the property provided. Magazines left to browse, Bayliss and Harding shower gel and soap freely available, the highest quality bedding from the White Stuff and the box of treats all made our stay above and beyond what we have experienced before. We love Whitstable and this flat was perfectly situated for easy access to the beach and high street shopping. Thank you so much Tim and Tara for a wonderful stay.

Perfect get away

A short staycation exploring the north Kent coast. This accommodation suited our needs perfectly and was a lovely home from home having everything you could possibly need. The layout was really quaint and the ideal weather in the evening made sure we made good use of Mutley’s Hut at the top of the garden. Parking wasn’t great but we managed to find a free place on the road every evening and never had to pay. A comfortable easy walk to the beach and tons of places to eat and shops to explore. Can highly recommend The Sapphire, Birdies and Jo-Jo’s. All superb restaurants but booking well in advance is essential. Whitstable is a real delight.

Dog -friendly, stylish and cosy

Great to be able to take my dog to this pretty town: poo bin provided in the enclosed garden and easily cleaned flooring. The flat is stylishly and tastefully decorated throughout with a smart seaside theme but it was also welcoming and cosy during this week's bad weather. Very well equipped kitchen and very clean. The flat is conveniently located for the beach and town in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood.

A fabulous property

Everything was faultless. A really smooth process. The apartment is full of character and beautifully decorated. It was warm and comfortable. The french themed bedroom was spacious and airy and we both slept well. The kitchen was fully equipped however we ate out at Birdies, Harbour Tapas and had a takeaway from Thai Orchid. The bathroom is lovely really modern with underfloor heating. Our stay was superb but the weather was not great so we really appreciated the comforts of this apartment.

Relaxing, very well-equipped and comfortable location.

Our short stay at the property allowed us to really relax, take long walks by the sea and enjoy the delights of Whitstable. The property is really comfortable, well-equipped and attractive; the owners have thought of everything and have provided all of the expected amenities along with many additional touches which help guests to feel like they are in a home away from home. The kitchen is great for cooking and the shower room was very luxurious. The bed was so comfortable! The garden and summer house at the end of the garden provide another attractive dimension. We had a perfect stay and really didn't want to leave; we will definitely book for a longer stay when it is possible to do so.

Great winter getaway

The perfect place for a weekend break or longer if you prefer! Lovely spacious apartment, warm and relaxing, in a quiet residential part of Whitstable but still only a short walk to the High Street or beach. Kitchen well kitted out for self catering. There is a very pretty garden and summer house which would be wonderful for a summer break (we tend to go to Whitstable in the winter!). Our small dog was welcome too. Difficult to park outside the property but we soon found a space up the road. All in all we will definitely return.

I love what Whitstable has to offer, the working harbour, beach walks and general love of the sea, sound of the Gulls. That you can switch off, as soon as you drive over the hill into Whitstable and see the sea in the distance! My wife, dogs and I thrive on soaking it all up!

Mutley's Hut at the end go the garden offers a great space to work or read or just chill. It has Wifi and seating which can be used on the deck in front.
