La Vinya er en luksuriøs ejendom med 5 soveværelser og 5 badeværelser på et lukket 4 hektar stort område beliggende tæt på Puerto Pollenca. Huset er en blanding af moderne stil og tradition med smukke stenfasader og ren interiørstil. *** Tjek VIDEO *** Gæsterne drager fordel af de store terrasser med alle nye møbler, superhaver og en dejlig swimmingpool få skridt væk fra huset. 4 nedenunder king size soveværelser og badeværelser, 3 kan konfigureres som to enkeltsenge. Super rummelig suite på første sal med mallorcanske stengulve har eget bad og brusebad og omfattende balkon. Kælderen indeholder et spillerum / tv-stue. Detaljer såsom fittings af Hansgrohe, Villeroy & Boch og Silestone brusere demonstrerer den smukke finish. Et moderne køkken, der støder op til vestterrassen, med køleskab i fuld størrelse og kvalitetsapparater sikrer let madlavning og rydding. Stueetagen er tilgængelig uden trin, hvilket gør den ideel til flere generationers familier, og den interne layout hjælper til besættelse af flere familier. Der er et lille / lille barn overfladisk stænkende område i poolen for de unge (altid under opsyn). Nye frugtplantager og tilføjelser til haven er for nylig blevet plantet, hvilket supplerer nogle dejlige gamle træer og skaber en dejlig farverig aura. Fremragende store terrasser mod både øst og vest tillader solen at nydes på ethvert tidspunkt af dagen og giver alternative steder at spise al fresco (eller lad 2 grupper spise separat). En super ny pergola og store parasoller giver skygge til komfort, og stenen grill er designet til at gøre madlavning måltider til en fornøjelse. Nye wifi og klimaanlæg overalt i stueetagen og første sal. Puerto Pollenca er et kort hop væk mod øst, og i den anden retning ligger Pollenca by med dens. La Vinya er tæt og praktisk for vandrere, cyklister og familier, mens den er langt nok fra hovedvejen til at nyde roen i omgivelserne. På køligere tider i året giver en brænder i stuen et hyggeligt miljø for at nyde den fantastiske lokale naturskønne udsigt. En sovesofa giver mulighed for et par ekstra gæster.

Fantastic villa

Perfect property for large groups- lots of outside space and well equipped. We hired bikes to get to and from the villa which helped as it’s quite a walk to the port in the heat.

Amazing stay

This villa gives more than you expect Beautiful views and gardens We had a family week here 3 generations enjoying the pool and the outside space We liked the options of different outside areas to sit day and night Buses and taxis are easy and both old town Pollença and Porto Pollença are very nice Recommend if anyone is looking for a family holiday

Well presented, well equipped and ideal for a family holiday. The pool area was beautiful and enough to keep us all occupied for large parts of the day with a choice of areas to sit and relax or have lunch. We really appreciated that the pool was heated and this significantly increased our enjoyment of it. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and the aircon throughout the house meant we always had a cool refuge when the heat got too much. We'd definitely recommend La Vinya.

Superb villa with everything we needed. Household stuff of good quality and and in good condition. Plenty for the children to do and keep entertained. Superb pool at a lovely temperature.Perfect location for Pollenca and Port pollenca and cycle rides. We love the area.

Family Villa Holiday

Excellent well equipped villa. Would be difficult to find fault with the accommodation or facilities. The host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend for a family holiday.

Wonderful second visit

Six adults and two children particularly loved the pool and barbecue area. Table tennis and relaxed areas around the villa were perfect. Easy access to supermarket and both Old town Pollenca and Puerto Pollensa for evening meals. Wow……..fantastic time. Planning to visit again in 2025.

Gorgeous villa

Great size Villa & lovely gardens/pool. Well equipped with floats, toys & table tennis - also kitchen well equipped to make dinners at home. Great communications too from the management company. Would come back again!

Lovely holiday

We had a great family holiday. The house and grounds are spacious, the mountain scenery is a wonderful backdrop. The villa felt very private and secluded but still close to amenities, we could walk into Puerto Pollensa in half an hour. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen modern and well equipped and plenty of towels were provided. We would highly recommend.

Fabulous Villa

Myself and 3 friends rented the villa for a week. We had a fabulous time. The villa is lovely, really well equipped in beautiful surroundings. We rent a villa every year and this one is up there as one of the best. The property manager was very helpful in suggesting where to visit and helped with car hire. The owner was very responsive to all my questions prior to booking. I would recommend and we will definitely be returning.

Amazing!

We stayed in August and had a truly amazing stay. This villa was beautifully clean and well equipped. The layout of the villa was great as each bedroom had it's own en-suite or bathroom right next door. The rooms are so spread out that you are not all in rooms next to each other. This would be great for larger families/groups. The outdoor space also had plenty of seating areas and loungers and the pool was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Brilliant property for a large family gathering

We loved everything about this property including its location. Pollença and Puerto de Pollenca were only a few minutes away by car and the local supermarkets were even closer.The beautiful pool was a real hit particularly with our grandchildren. The air conditioning in all areas of the house was a real asset and essential with the very hot weather when we were there. We enjoyed all the different seating areas outside but particularly the area for al fresco dining. We all agreed that it was perfect for us all and certainly plan to come back again!

Fantastic

We spent a week in the villa. We were a group of 10 people between the ages of 5 and 65. We loved everything. Unfortunately, the coffee machine broke – we reported it and received a new one immediately. Thank you for that. The villa is large, spacious, and clean. The only negative thing was the large number of ants – which were mainly found in the kitchen. We would come back and give it 5 stars!

Superb Villa & great family holiday

My family of 10 were blown away by this villa. The exterior stood out to us the most with the most amazing view, best pool, comfortable furniture with everything placed perfectly. The interior is top notch as well with its excellent air conditioning, clean and comfortable beds and a very cool basement with a huge TV for the children to use. We would also like to mention the location as it was situated perfectly with a local supermarket super close by and the local town just only a 5 minute drive away! The villa catered for all ages starting for 8 years old filled with pool toys and a ping pong table. We would highly recommend this villa!

Excellent Villa

This was our second visit to the villa. The facilities and pool are excellent. All the things are there for a comfortable visit - the only disappointment, was the lack of communication with the local property manager. We had a couple of small issues, including a broken toaster, which we wanted to report, but we had no welcome visit, or any subsequent contact from Claire! Would definitely visit again, as all the issues we had were minor!

Brilliant property for all ages

We were a family of 10. 7 adults 3 young children. The layout was perfect everyone wants to come back another year. Only 10 minutes from 2 decent supermarkets, and 10 minutes from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa but such a lovely quiet spot, it was heaven. We loved the pool and all the facilities were excellent. The children loved the play/tv room as it was nice and cool during the hottest part of the day. Could do with a sail type awning over the outdoor seating area for shade and a dozen new pegs !! Otherwise perfect

Heaven!

Villa Vinya was a fantastic find! We wanted a villa without neighbours ,a pool,garden,BQ,and near the port it ticked all the boxes and more! They had thought of absolutely everything (except outside shower!) the kitchen was especially very well equipped and we loved the two different seating areas ,ping pong table also a huge success as were all the other outdoor games and sun loungers! Cannot recommend it highly enough!.Having never treated ourselves to such a high end holiday it was worth the two year wait despite half the party not being able to make it! Claire and Paul David both very pleasant to deal with.We will be back!

Expectations weren’t met.

We had such high hopes for the villa but sadly it didn’t live up to our expectations. Upon entering there was an extremely musty smell and we had to open all doors and windows which we thought would solve the problem however it became apparent that all bedrooms have damp issues, even some of the bathrooms. One bedroom was especially unpleasant but luckily we didn’t need to use it. There are several areas which need maintenance but it’s evident that nothing has really been done since the villa was new. Two of the shower cubicles need a really good clean or replacing. Some of the sun beds need replacing and the property could do with a solid roof terrace or very least replacement of the reed covering and there’s a lack of light around the BBQ area. Behind BBQ was used as a dumping ground. We had to put everything in the fridge because of ants. Fridge has many broken shelves. The swimming pool was great and the location perfect and with some major maintenance the villa could be too.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We were sorry to hear that you felt that the property didn’t live up to your expectations and wrote to you personally. This response is for future guests. It can rain heavily in Mallorca and when it does it can create a musty atmosphere outside as well as inside when the property is aired as it was before the arrival. However, it normally clears quickly. I was at the property myself a week or so after the guests had left and it was all fine. The reference to damp issues refers to old paintwork generally behind furniture and curtains that should have been corrected and will be now. Two showers were replaced last winter and the remaining 2 are currently being replaced; considerable maintenance and improvements are made every year. Unfortunately the Neff fridge shelves keep getting broken so we are going to replace the whole fridge. It is a disappointing way to end the year after so many positive 5 star reviews. Has the potential to be outstanding but fell short

Lovely villa in a great location but the cleanliness and maintenance was not up to standard. When we pointed this out we were told this was due to a busy season on numerous occasions and nothing was actually rectified while we were there. In particular the fridge had broken shelves and was dirty, the outside table looked like it hadn't been cleaned for 6 months and when we asked the cleaner she said this wasn't one of the jobs to do. The sunbeds had exposed rusty screws where slats were broken. The general cleanliness of the kitchen was not what you would expect for the price we paid which also led to many ant invasions. Tumble dryer was broken. One of the showers constantly backed up and leaked everywhere probably because it was blocked. Another shower had mould and dirt on the shower tray and the reason given was because the shower tray couldn't be cleaned. All in all not the quality you would expect for what we paid.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at La Vinya. We have spent some time looking into your comments and I appreciate that there were a few issues, which is both unfortunate and unusual, but I am reliably informed that the team dealt with the issues advised swiftly and your party confirmed at the time that they were happy. As regards specific observations, we were told one evening that the drain on one of the showers had blocked (due to hidden debris that had been missed) and this was completely cleared by maintenance early the next morning. Three of the eleven sunbeds had been damaged in the 2 recent storms (one storm the day before you arrived) and whilst not perfect all were usable and used; and the damage has now been completely repaired. The tumble dryer was brand new this year and appeared to work fine when I used it a week or so later so we don’t understand the reference. We don’t understand how you say that the outside glass top table looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for 6 months and the cleaner said it wasn’t a job to do. I can assure you that it is cleaned every week and if it hadn’t been cleaned for 6 months it would be completely filthy and all the previous guests would have been up in arms. Apart from the shower debris and some debris hidden under the lazy suzan on the middle of the large outside dining table, the property had been fully cleaned before your arrival; unfortunately ants are attracted by food being left out, which our cleaners do not. One of the important factors about La Vinya is that we aim to charge less than similar properties in the area whilst maintaining our signature high standards, making La Vinya an attractive place to stay. We pride ourselves on client satisfaction, and the continued positive feedback we have received. Indeed guests a few weeks prior to your stay have already booked next year. We’re sorry to hear that you felt your time in beautiful Mallorca maybe didn’t match up to your expectations; we have noted your comments and will ensure that we continue to enhance and deliver our top quality service and speedily attend to all concerns, no matter how minor or major. The best Villa for Families of all ages

We have been coming to Mallorca for 10 years and have always stayed in villas in and around Pollensa. This is without a doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in. It was easy to find, check in and find our way around. There was a lovely welcome basket with a few essentials to get you started. The Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more, there wasn't anything we couldn't find or wanted for. We had young kids, pre-teens and toddlers and there was everything we could possibly need from plastic bowls and cutlery to wine glasses and silverware. There is also a water cooler in the kitchen which was a really nice touch, it saved money on buying bottled water and also meant there was cold water to hand at all times. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all well laid out, clean and spacious. The basement was great for the older kids to play in and the outside space was more than enough to let everyone play freely. The pool is fantastic and the shallow end was great for the two toddlers to paddle about and play. There is a trunk with inflatables and buckets and spades, we bought a few things from the shops and left these for the next guests like some before us clearly had done. The only additions I would say this villa needs is a stair gate - we had to keep all eyes on them when we were inside and the two 18 month olds thought it was a great play area and the the door to the basement needs a lock as its just the right height for little arms to open - we got around this with positioning chairs so it isn't a deal breaker. All in all everyone had the best week away, we will definitely be booking for next year as no-one has stopped talking about it since we got back. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone coming to Mallorca. Thank you to David, the owner for being so welcoming and on hand if we needed anything during our stay.

Det er et super dejligt hus veludstyret med alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Rigtig god kommunikation med Claire, som sørgede for at hjælpe os ved mindste behov. Dejligt med 3 adskilte områder med soveværelse(r) og badeværelse(r), hvilket var perfekt for vores familie. Den opvarmede pool er fantastisk og børnene nærmest boede der. Skøn udsigt til bjergene. Vi var der i oktober. En periode med en del regn og tidlig mørke. Vi kunne godt have ønsket os et udendørsområde med en vandtæt overdækning, så man kan sidde ude og spise ved det dejlige udendørs spisearrangement selvom det regner, da det jo er lunt alligevel. Også en overdækning og lys ved grillen kunne være skønt, da det var mørkt, og regnen jævnligt fyldte grillskuffen med vand. Vi vil dog absolut anbefale dette dejlige hus.

We have travelled to Mallorca and the Pollensa area for many years; as a couple, with our own children and with family and friends.
Having rented many villas over the years, we decided to buy a property to use and rent to others.

The location is absolutely superb. Fantastic scenery, which walkers and cyclists can enjoy in close proximity. Super restaurants, the beaches, the yacht club. So much to do and the island so enjoyable to explore.
And the weather!!

We chose this property because of its quiet location and easy connections to both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa town. So the beach is easy to get to with young kids and the lovely old world style of Pollensa town for those wanting more culture (and lovely restaurants).
What you get is a newly fitted out home with 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a basement with TV and games so that those wedded to soaps can watch while others can enjoy the fabulous views from the main lounge.
The large gardens and rustic area provide privacy and quiet from the world around.
Substantial landscaping, completed in 2014 to increase the enjoyment, is already maturing and the character will continue to develop over the years.
