I’m sorry that you have missed this information in the description. Maybe you should have asked if this was important for you. Most of the complexes with this pool size is closed during low season. And I do understand it was dark inside the apartment as unfortunately it was rainy and very bad weather during your entire stay ;(

Dear Lynn, hank you for your feed back. marbella house is a residential complex, that some of the neighbours are also renting out their properties for short time, we never know who is going to be living next door. i think this issue is everywhere also in all hotels. but one thing is that, no one sleeps at 22 oclock here, especially when they are here on vacations. anyhow, we have been there a few times to speak to them and asked them to be more quiet, we could not do more, as its not in our power how people behaves in their own homes. but i'm very surprised and disapointed for your one star, that you have given me, after all that i have done for you that you even didn't mentioned, that i organized a private day trip for you, and also your transfer to the airport. feel it is also unfair that you didnt appreciate the newly reformed apartment with all new furnitures , with the cosy patio that you could sit outside and enjoy your meals and not to forget the best location in marbella. just disappointed.

Ola, jätte tråkigt att ni kände så. Denna lägenhet är en av vår mest populära lgh, där våra gäster alltid återkommer. Den brukar vara uthyrd hela året runt, därav lite slitage som vi är medvetna om. Vi är just nu i process o göra om lägenheten totalt. Kommer upp nya bilder när vi är klara i januari. Poolen är öppen tills slutet av oktober. Under october månad bara vid bra väder. De flesta urbanisationer har samma regler här. Och den andra poolen som visas på bilderna är ingen pool, det är den stora fontänen. Skulle aldrig sätta en bild som inte existerar i komplexet. Maria

I'm sorry to hear this Mark, This year we had loads of mosquitoes. However, its not only here, it has been everywhere. We have a few anti-mosquitoe plugs inside the apartment that you could have used. Anyway, this and the weather is out of my control. Your wife mentioned about the sofa getting old in the salon, we are going to do a big renovation here in november, so the house will be as new. This apartment is one of our most popular. the guests always come back here and are very happy with it, as you can see on the other reviews. maria
