Lovely property, fantastic location. Simple check in, lovely pool area and outside kitchen. Off road parking. Excellent communication with Andrew. Quick response to questions, and advice about the local area. Nice selection of bars and restaurants nearby and great base for access to wider area. Thanks Andrew. We hope to return!

Very spacious, with great outdoor spaces. Comfy beds (with excellent ceiling fan in the main bedroom - no need for air con). Great pool, which is a decent size.

We found the property to be just as listed, clean, spacious and well equipped. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and roomy. The pool was amazing. The view is lovely. The owner was very helpful and gave us us great local advice.

Great pool and bbq area

Overall great property for a family who enjoy a large pool and outside BBQs which we loved. Lovely views to the sea and close to supermarket and some restaurants. Bedrooms could do with some updating and main shower but we had a great time here.

Nice Holidays

We was the first time on this location. The house is very nice and the outside place perfect with a realy nice view to the sea. we like it and hope to enjoy it again.

Spacious villa, perfectly situated

The villa is exactly as described and offers everything you need in a holiday home, including reliable and fast internet. The pool is big enough to actually swim in, the terrace offers a lot of room and breath taking sea view. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Wonderfully quiet area.

We had a good stay. Checking in is super smooth.The pool is excellent!We had wonderful barbeques and great dinners in the outside eating area. The kitchen is equiped well, though the machinery is heavily used (the dishwasher is already rusty, though functional). The coffee maker is a pure joy!The important thing to know about the house - is that water pressure can hardly cover the needs of people taking showers, requires some patience for water to heat on.

Relaxing family holiday

Lovely villa, great location, superb pool. Unfortunately a lack of maintenance in recent years caused us a few issues. The owner was however very reactive and helpful which made a difference and made for a relaxing family holiday. If the same effort was applied to maintenance the villa would be 5* We all very much enjoyed our holiday and would visit again.

Excellent property

The property was as listed and communication with Andrew the host made for easy check in and a comfortable stay. The property is well maintained, in a great area and perfect for the whole family. Pool is large enough to swim in, the Villa and the outdoor kitchen catered easily for 4 x adults and 1 child. Andrew is a great host and on hand with any support and advice. We'll hopefully be back for a visit in the not too distant future!

Moraira

Wonderful stay in villa, good return contact with host, any concerns were dealt with quickly! Good position, if everyone is fit you can easily walk to bars and restaurant's and the beach. Taxi company Moraira taxi’s are the best, as the villa is on the cusp of Benissa some say you have to phone a Benissa taxi, not helpful but Moraira taxi’s come, the sun always shines in Moraira! Njoy x

A spacious villa but some TLC needed. Vrbo description needs updating as no Sky or freeview or hairdryer available. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen was in need of a deep clean. Some guests quite clearly don't clean up after themselves. Location is great and the view is fabulous.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. It was disappointing to hear that the kitchen was not as clean as it could have been, and this has now been addressed with our cleaners to ensure they spend more time preparing it to a suitable standard. With regards to the Freeview and/or Sky, this isn't referenced in VRBO so it is regrettable that you had the expectation to receive UK TV. It is in fact illegal to provide UK TV in Spain, and for this reason it isn't a service we provide. We are pleased you enjoyed the location and view, and thanks again for leaving the villa clean & tidy.

We had a lovely stay at the villa after a few initial hiccups. On arrival, the villa wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, but after a bit of cleaning it was comfortable for our stay. The kitchen and bathroom areas would benefit from a more thorough deep clean, and some of the fittings are showing their age. The dishwasher handle is broken, which makes it difficult to open, and the inside is a little rusty. The mattress in the master bedroom could also do with replacing for added comfort.That said, the villa itself is charming, with beautiful outdoor spaces. The pool area, BBQ, and outdoor dining area were highlights of our stay, and we spent most of our time there. Andrew was very accommodating and friendly, and overall we had a lovely, relaxing holiday. With a few updates and a deeper clean, this villa has the potential to be truly exceptional.

Your comments on the need for a deeper clean are well noted. Particularly for guests later in the season we will try to use vacant periods to get caught up on the deep cleaning that on changeover days in peak season we sometimes don't have time for. The comment on the dishwasher is also noted, and that will be on my list for renewal in preparation for the 2026 season. It pleased me that you enjoyed the outside area so much, as this is also the space that me and my family enjoy the most.

Relaxing break, STUNNING views!

We stayed as 4 adult friends, looking for a relaxing break in the sun. We were not disappointed! The villa is exactly as listed! Check in process was smooth, largely helped by the excellent communication from the host and help with directions etc. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The efficient aircon throughout was much appreciated as outside was scorching! Outside, the pool, gardens and patio area were well maintained and the various plants had clearly just been trimmed & tided ready for our arrival. The pool is a fantastic size, deep and a fabulous temperature. The view from the pool area and even more so from the upper terrace is stunning! The surrounding streets and area is lovely, with a very 'up market' feel and is very peaceful. There is an excellent supermarket a 7 - 10 minute walk down the road, although it is at the bottom of a hill, so we were glad to have a car to bring the shopping back! Once at the bottom of said hill, there are many good restaurants and bars (also a pharmacy, Tabac and other small shops) If you walk a little further towards Moraira itself (about 23 minutes from the villa) there are some great beachfront restaurants with fabulous food & stunning views! It is easy to get a taxi back from any of these if you don't fancy the walk back - just ask the restaurant to order you one! Moraira beach is sandy, with a couple of good bars/restaurants, toilets and a huge, free carpark. An excellent holiday!! We will be back!!

Totally chilled, relaxing lovely Villa.

Having had holidays in Moraira for almost 20 years, staying in many lovely villas, this particular villa was one we looked forward to due to its position on the Urbanisation of San Jaime, a very prime position of Moraira. We weren't dissapointed, it's position very well established with a very private yet elevated backdrop, allowing beautiful vistas down over the green hillside dotted with other properties with the lush Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The Villa was short of nothing to make our stay as unique as we wished it to be; the villa was full of resources to entertain, ranging from a range of inflatabls fof young and old to enjoy the large pool, Bluetooth audio system with outside speakers for music whilst enjoying the large sunbed area and outside dining area and kitchen, as well as a serious gas bbq and Pizza oven ( we didn't use the pizza oven) . The bbq we particularly found extremely versatile for lunchtimes as well as the odd evening bbq. With beautiful restaurants so close such as Maxim at the bottom of the hill, easily walkable, and Katmandu Nepalise/Indian Restaurant a short drive away, i can confidentlyrecommend, the Kathmandu is simply the best Indian restaurant we have ever experienced, and I'm alm9st 60!. The Villa as a great raised veranda looking over the backdrop which we ended every night enjoying the wonderful view whilst drinking whatever our fancy. All in all, the villa promoted on Verbo is as good as it appears, relax and make memories to last.

Great vacation

We just had a 10 day vacation in the house and it was great. It was easy to navigate to and the communication with the owner on arrival was easy and very helpful. The house was very clean and the rooms were great and all rooms had AC. The kitchen could use an upgrade but worked fine. 2 great terraces and the one upstairs had an exceptional view. The pool was massive and we had enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all. Could be great with some lounge furniture outside to relax in. The whole plot was very secluded and private. No one could look inside. Grocery shopping and a few restaurants nearby and only a short drive to sand beaches and shopping area i Moraira downtown. During the entire stay the communication with the owner was easy. Overall a house we can easily recommend to others and can see we rent again another time.

Belle villa au cœur d'un quartier calme

Très belle villa à 2 pas de la mer dans un quartier chic de Teulada. Très fonctionnelle en particulier pour le coin piscine avec son bbq / plancha. La piscine est magnifique et profonde, le jardin très dépaysant. Je recommande cette villa parfaite pour 2 familles de 4 mais pas plus. Contact avec le propriétaire simple via WhatsApp et très réactif.

Beautiful villa

Best villa and pool we’ve stayed in. Villa has everything you need, even beach equipment in the laundry room. Good location, 5 mins drive to local beach, 1 minute to supermarket. Pool is huge, and orchard has oranges/grapefruits growing! Every room has air conditioning. Outdoor kitchen made life so much easier! We will definitely be back!

Nice location, good communication, good standard house

Very good and fast Communication with the owner. Nice house with best location. We had a nice Holliday and we're good recovered. Good Standard in the house, everything was working. Potentially come back and make further holidays in the House.

Great place to spend holidays

This house is fantastic. You have plenty of space both inside and outside. Inside you have plenty of room and it is very confortable. Bedrooms are big and the beds are quite confortable. All the bedrooms have aa and there is another once in the living room. It was very clean when we arrived. Outside, the place couldn’t be better. The swiming pool is huge and there is a very nice place to eat. The owner was very nice and answered all our questions and concerns. We will repeat for sure.

brilliant

It's just the best home we have ever stayed. Spacious, comfortable, with a pool large enough to swimm. Andrew, the owner, kept us informed about everything, answered any question in very short time and immediately solved a problem we had reported. Our children appreciated fast internet connection. Several parts of equipment are tired but they have been replaced gradually and they not affected our comfort.

Tolle Villa mit Top Ausblick aufs Meer.

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt von der Buchung bis über den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Andrew. Alles professionell,freundlich und sauber abgelaufen. Super Lage und Mega Aussicht aufs Meer. Jedes Mal ein Genuss. Der Pool war für die Kids das Highlight.Der Essbereich draußen am Pool war fürs Frühstück, Mittag-und Abendessen perfekt. Ruhe und relaxen pur.Danke nochmal an den Vermieter Andrew der mir seine Villa für 2 Wochen überlassen hat. Muchas gracias Amigo✌

Villa with a view

We are just back from a wonderful two week break staying at this villa. The pool and outside space was fantastic with a really lovely view from the upstairs balcony. The location is very private and peaceful. The villa is well located with a supermarket and restaurants just a walk down the road and the villa is a very short drive into the centre of Moraira. There is also a golf course a few minutes drive away. We would highly recommend a stay and Andrew was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our questions. A great holiday!
