2023 Beach Vacation

Condo was amazing! Exactly as described and pictured. This is our 2nd stay in one of Cary Wilson’s condos. Weather was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

This condo will not disappoint. It's amazing. Has everything you need for a wonderful beach week. Very nice, beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. Was great being able to communicate with the owner instead of a rental company.

Amazing stay!!!

The property was spotless, all the amenities were top of the line. It’s clear the owner takes great care of the unit. Towels, linens, appliances, beds are all the best you can get. Kitchen had everything a chef could possibly use. I’ve been to many condos over the years and none of them compare to this one. It’s truly a gem!

Great location for a great price

This place had everything you would need for a relaxing week away from the craziness of the downtown area. The beach and pier were nice. Nice local places for food, drinks and supplies.

This is the place to stay!!!

First and foremost-Cary Wilson will respond and answer all your questions almost immediately after you reach out. He is there to help you settled in-get your sea legs sort of speak! The unit is beautiful up to date simply gorgeous! If that wasn't enough to seal the deal wait until you step out on the balcony. I spent two days lounging around with out feeling the need to leave and go to the beach. Then when evening comes the sunsets-spectacular with the view of the shore line lit up at night as fare at the eye can see. No question about it-we will be back!!!

I have been to Myrtle 25+ times, this was by far the nicest place I have rented. No complaints!

The view from the wrap around balcony is just amazing. Place is completely updated, felt like home! Will definitely go back!

Oceanfront, right out of HGTV

We first vacationed at Maisons sur Mer in North Myrtle Beach thirty-five years ago. In subsequent years, we often returned to Maisons. Our reasons for returning are simple: • it is a beautiful facility, • represents good value and, • with one notable exception, Maisons has always offered predictable unit-to-unit high quality. As beautiful as previous Maisons condos we rented have been, this year’s unit topped them all, in a completely different league. It was like entering a set from HGTV! Ocean front, yet priced very competitively versus other, lesser units. Every aspect is absolutely topnotch: from an unimpeded ocean front view, to use of granite everywhere, modern stainless-steel kitchen appliances, new furniture, marble/shower—even a towel warmer in the master bath (!). The unit was absolutely spotless. The owner has additional units as well and they are no doubt of the same exceptional quality. From the start, it was abundantly clear that he and his secretary are both committed to ensuring your stay is as pleasant as possible. I never bothered to write a review of anything before. But, I certainly would have been remiss had I not taken the time to write this one.

Fantastic Condo!

Fantastic is an understatement! The condo is upscale, luxurious, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The amazing wrap around balcony is perfectly complemented by the amazing views. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is completely stocked, the towels are plentiful, and the bathrooms/showers are amazing. You cannot go wrong by renting this unit. We had super hot, amazing weather during our stay and the two beach chairs and umbrella that are set up by the lifeguard each morning are perfect for your time at the beach. The entire process of booking and checking-in was simple and flawless, and Cary was wonderful to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiries. No need to think any further, rent this condo. We will definitely return.

An Exceptional Unit

This is the place. Look no further. I will reassure you everything is there. Its all top notch, high end and comfortable. The beds, the smooth sliding glass doors, the living room furniture, patio furniture, washer and dryer, and the drapes all function as expected and look nice doing it. Want to cook or save a leftover? No, I didn't cook,but I looked over all the kitchenware. Cary has provided it all. Bathrooms are well done. Tile,marble and rainfall showerhead. Outlets well placed. Maisons now has breakfast, lunch opportunities every day and dinners on Fridays. You can also get some "bar" food things for dinner Thursday thru Sunday in the evening. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Excellent!! Very clean , 1st class accommodations. Perfect view of ocean & beach. Cary was excellent to deal with; high standards in accommodations! Kitchen was well supplied with dishes & glasses & utensils. Bathrooms were outstanding in supply of high quality towels . Washer & dryer were superb!

We had an outstanding two week stay!

This is our third stay in one of Cary's condos. The decorating, appliances, tv's, tile work, woodwork, bedding, and everything else, is first class! We would never consider staying anywhere else in Myrtle Beach, but in one of Cary's condos!

Wonderful stay at Myrtle Beach

I can't say enough about my stay at Myrtle Beach. The Unit was beautiful, everything upgraded, showers that you want to take home with you, views from everywhere, just beautiful. The building itself is great, elevator ride to the ground floor and short walk you're at the pool and steps from the beach. You're missing out on a spectacular vacation if you pass this up. Located near everything yet you don't even have to get on the main hwy 17 to go to the grocery store. Large TV's in every room, surround sound was great. I just can't say enough, well worth every penny. Hope to be back soon.

A beautiful place to spend a week.

Not only is the view spectacular from every room of this spacious condo - the condo itself is spectacular. This unit has been completely renovated and outfitted with top of the line finishes as well as furnishings. The level of comfort is above what is normally found in a rental in this price point. We absolutely love staying here - and plan to again if we return next year!

Amazing view, very relaxing !!

The condo we rented at Maisons-sur-Mer was amazing ! Newly renovated , it was roomy, clean and nicely decorated. The view of the beach from the wrap around deck was spectacular . The condo had everything you could want or need. Big screen TV in living room and both bedrooms. Keurig and coffee maker, new quiet dishwasher , washer and dryer, internet, patio furniture. Two beautiful bathrooms with new showers . Mr. Wilson was very pleasant and helpful when we spoke with him, The staff and the other tenants were very friendly . The pool area was very clean , quiet and lots of loungers available. My husband and I stayed here for a week , we golfed , walked the beach , relaxed . We did go to The Carolina Opry and the Alabama Theater , must see music and dancing show !! It was our first trip to South Carolina and will not be our last .

...oh to be 60...and retired

....our first foray into Snowbirding.... Three months flew by. #1...the view #2...sleeping (bed) #3...cooking ....best of all....not cooking (cafe downstairs) We wanted to go out.....but we wanted to stay in...such problems! Thank you Cary for convincing me to stay a year before she was even completed. We had a grand time, met some very nice people....and their dogs. We had all we needed....once we went to Green's 😎 Looking forward to your next project.

INCREDIBLE!!

This condo has everything you could imagine and more. Cary provided all the kitchen ware you need, cookware, appliances, dinnerware, including a crockpot and pizza pans! There are blow dryers in both bathrooms, an abundance of towels, washcloths, and hand towels. Extremely comfortable beds, and views that are incredible. The TVs, movie channels, all inclusive. This on top of feeling completely secure the entire time you are in the building, and all staff are extremely courteous and friendly. If you are searching for the Best of the Best- your search ends here!!! Thank you again Cary!!!

Fabulous property - with the best of everything

Maisons-sur-Mer is a lovely building, very cared for by its owners. There are many rules in place to keep everyone safe and the surroundings nice and tidy. I have never felt so safe and secure in a rental property. Better still is the unit we were in. This space has been completely remodeled and updated - with clearly no expense spared. An interior designer must have decorated, everything is upper end. I felt so at home and relaxed - it was the perfect environment. The view from this unit is incredible as well. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises - and the calmness of looking out at the ocean from every room. I just can't say enough good things, it's just absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning!

Luxury vacationing at its finest!

We stayed at the Maison the week of August 20. We have been coming to MB for many years and have always loved the Maison Sur Mer for its wide apartments and great location. Previously we have rented 2 of Cary’s units. They were both done with exquisite style and high end luxury. When Cary notified us that he had renovated another unit we were quick to reserve our spot. We were not disappointed. Everything is first class. The furniture is all new, with the quality you would use in your own home. The bathrooms had dual head showers and the beds were luxurious. He should advertise the unit as having 2 master suites. We were on the 21st floor and the views were awesome! Every room had an ocean view. The amenities were great from the 65 inch TV’s to having all the little necessities such as linens, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. These were a few less things that you didn’t have to bring. The unit was move in ready, ready for relaxation. Relaxation is what we did! We would come back again without hesitation!

Gorgeous condo!

We spent a week in this beautifully remodeled unit and it was perfect for our family of four. So much space and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need! The pool was wonderful (not crowded) and beach access was so convenient, which is important to us since we have small children. We loved that it was off the main strip but just a few minutes to everything we wanted to do in the evenings. We highly recommend and will certainly book again!

Beautifully renovated condo. Fabulous balcony!

This is my second year renting from Cary, and he is great to work with. The furnishings are top quality and the kitchen is well stocked. For those who really enjoy a balcony, I can't say enough about the size and view from this unit. You get a great view of both the beach as well as the marsh area. By far my favorite balcony on the Myrtle Beach strip (and I have been coming to MB for almost 40 years).

FIRST CLASS!!!!!!

We took a chance booking this condo while it was still being renovated but Carey assured us it would be complete by our visit AND that we would love it ...and boy did we! I didn't want to leave! It was absolutely beautiful, spotless and the view was spectacular. It has every aminity you can think of, perfect amount of space and did I mention beautiful?!?!? The location of the condo was quaint and everyone there at Maisons was helpful and so nice. The pool was clean, the ocean was awesome and we even had an umbrella and chairs set out for us daily! We are definately booking this again, but for 2 weeks instead of one... HIGHLY recommended and worth every penny!!!!!
