This will be our place for each vacation. Room was cute and perfect for 2. The beach is just a short walk and not over crowded. It was a peaceful getaway. Restaurants, shopping and fuel was within minutes. Highly recommend.

The VRBO was only a minute walk to a quiet beach and the VRBO was the perfect size with great value for an anniversary getaway.

This is a nice place if you are a single vacationer. It can work for a couple who don't mind being close. It has all the basics that you need. It's in a beautiful neighborhood that gives you quick access to the Venice Beach area. The pool is massive and a throwback to yester year Florida. All in all a good value for the area.

Clean, nice decor, efficient kitchenette with a full refrigerator. Just a short walk through the parking lot to a very quiet beach. Gorgeous sunsets. Quiet location super close to downtown Venice. App 1 mile from the fun Sharky's restaurant on the beach by the pier. Perfect spot for 1-2 people. Great host responds quickly!

Melisa was extremely helpful with checking in. Being steps from the beach is our favorite thing about staying here. It has been beautifully decorated. We are also walking distance to town, restaurants, grocery stores and especially the Venice Croissant cafe! Look forward to staying next year.

The property is exactly as described and it fit the need for two of us & 5 nights of beach shark hunting. The room was clean, the area is safe, There are very nice neighbors who chat and will give you advice on the area. The restaurants close by are amazing. - if stone crab is in Season- try it! You will not be disappointed. We went to Captain Eddies for the Stone Crab. The room is a Kitchenette, so know that is what you’re getting. I love the fact we parkIn front of our door. I loved being within a 100 steps of the beach as short walk through the parking lot. The sunsets are gorgeous. The room has the basics of what you’d need. There is a coin laundry near the swimming pool area-Bring quarters and detergent. The pool is big and nice but we didn’t use it. We were shark tooth hunting and that we did! The host was wonderful & moved our stay up aday so we sisnt have to travel suring the hurricane storms. The only disappointment was finding out that the part of the beach that you can walk to from the room is NOT an area you can find shark teeth anymore. The locals told us the sand in this area of Venice Beach is pumped up onto the shoreline. They said this area used to be big rocks and no sandy beach and the shark teeth would get stuck in between the big rocks and were everywhere. Now there’s none in this area. We found Manasota Beach, Blind Pass & Stump Pass to be the best beaches for finding shark teeth. We found hundreds of teeth each day along with 3 magaldon teeth.

So happy you had a nice day, it is nice. They did a beach renovation, but not to worry. The shark teeth will be back soon, it is necessary every so many years just to keep the sand level and the beach, beautiful. It is amazing the sharks teeth that are found, safe travels home.

Great location near beach

This condo met our all our expectations and was a great location, near the beach, located so that we could visit Sarasota and Naples. Great value, very comfortable, beautiful sunset, walking distance to the beach.

Great condo! We did have a mix-up at check-in, the host had a mixup and provided the wrong lockbox code, and since we arrived late at night, it was difficult to reach her or Vrbo for support. Once we connected, though, she was wonderful and made things right. We loved the area and would highly recommend the unit. The only suggestion would be to add another mirror somewhere in the unit.

Lovely studio so close to the beach!

Nice studio with all the things you need and a very comfortable king size bed, steps from the beach, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Small unit but as advertised. Best feature is private beach entrance to nice section of beach at end of parking lot. Good location in Venice - close to nice downtown with many shops, restaurants etc.

Location is terrific

Overall I enjoyed everything, the pool great, the private beach quiet, the location excellent. The room small but exactly what I expected. No complaints from me. If/when I go to Venice again will most likely stay there.

Great Getaway For Two

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay in Venice Villas, the place was as pictured & clean. Affordable pricing for the value received. Enjoyed the private beach and the peaceful quite location. Hope to visit again next year, but will have to wait to see what the economy will be like then. Thanks for a Great vacation!

Beach Getaway

Marisa's condo is perfect for a relaxing beach trip! The beach is just a short walk down the parking lot. The kitchen makes it easy to fix your meals as well. Sharkys is just a mile away and downtown is easy to access. This is our 3rd or 4th stay here and we will definitely return!

Clean and one block to the beach

Loved our time this week! Nice area and exactly as advertised. Very small condo but includes a comfortable king bed and full kitchen. Every evening, people walk a block from other units to watch the gorgeous sunset! We will be back!
