Privat Cottage i Cupertino

Unikt sommerhus beliggende i vores dejlige have, beliggende på samme ejendom som vores hovedhus, men fritliggende. Føreren suite har en komfortabel dronning seng og arbejdsstation, mens ovenpå hems har en fuld og dobbeltseng og fremragende naturlig belysning gennem to ovenlysvindue (Bemærk, at der ikke er nogen dør adskille loftet ovenpå og soveværelse nedenunder). Vi har yderligere gulv madrasser, som kan bruges til at rumme yderligere gæster. Føl dig hjemme med et fuldt udstyret køkken og morgenmadskrog for at nyde dine måltider. Vi tilbyder køkken essentials (krydderier, kaffe, te, etc.) samt sølvtøj og køkkenredskaber. Huset er omgivet af en smuk fransk have, tilbringer din fritid udenfor eller se en film på 65 tommers tv. Nogen er normalt hjemme, hvis du har brug for noget eller har spørgsmål, er vi mere end glade for at hjælpe.

Beliggende i hjertet af Silicon Valley, er dette en fredelig oase blandt trængsel og travlhed i Bay Area. Vi er 5 minutter fra Apple HQ, 10 minutter fra (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) og 20 minutter fra (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Levi's Stadium ligger 15 minutter i bil med nemme offentlige transportmuligheder for at komme dig derhen. Downtown San Jose er 20 minutter og San Francisco er 40 minutter (uden trafik). Gåafstand til dagligvarebutik (Trader Joe's), Starbucks, Bank og RiteAid (Apotek).

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a cozy space and the hosts were really warm and welcoming and were super responsive whenever we needed any help. The kitchen was well equipped, and there’s a lot of cute furniture around… It felt like home! :)

Perfect for long term stay

AJ and his family were extremely welcoming and couldn’t have possibly made it easier for us to stay! My friend and I both had internships in the Bay Area and spent 2.5 months staying at the cottage and it was great. There is one room on the bottom floor that has stairs leading up to the top floor room, so the top floor room definitely has more privacy but we got the hang of no doors between us after a couple weeks. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need and there is a huge TV to watch everything! The couch is also super comfy, definitely fell asleep on it a number of times!

Great central location for South Bay Area

My daughter and I were visiting friends in the area and the location of the cottage was perfect for us to get to Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, Half Moon Bay and more. We were greeted by AJ who gave us a tour of the property, provided some suggestions for restaurants and excursions, and let us know that there was milk in the fridge (along with other snacks). My daughter loved the lofted area and it was equipped with dollhouses that she really enjoyed. The living room was cozy and we enjoyed watching movies. Eat-in kitchen with all the cooking supplies you could need. The bathroom is small as is the shower stall which could be a problem for someone built like a lineman. It is right by the highway and you hear the din of traffic in the background but it is not obnoxious. The 2nd floor loft gets quite warm in the day and cool at night but the place was equipped with fans, heater and portable ac unit to accommodate for various conditions. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Peet’s, Starbucks and Rite Aid is a bonus. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit the Bay Area.

Visit to Santa Clara

The previous reviews are absolutely accurate. We chose the cottage based on the reviews and would like to add. The cottage is a cozy place to stay. It can be a bit cool in the evenings, but there are extra heaters and blankets. The location is convenient, and the hosts very responsive. The cottage was clean, and even though finding everything to cook our dinners was a scavenger hunt through the kitchen, we usually found what we needed. We would certainly stay at the cottage again.

Just what we needed!

We rented this cottage because of it’s proximity to my parents’ house for a place to stay during the holidays. It was perfect for my family of 4! Clean and quiet, it was nice to come home to after long days of visiting. The Kevals are kind and attentive and were always just a text away if we had a question. I highly recommend Casa Keval!

Great location, quiet, and comfortable

This location worked out perfectly while visiting our kids in Mountain View. Also, AJ & Lubna are very kind and gracious hosts and made sure everything went smoothly. The cottage was so relaxing with everything we needed and just blocks from SR 85 which made our commute effortless. Quick access to Trader Joe's and Safeway along with other shops was a huge plus in an area we weren't familiar with. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet -- great for taking a walk. The garden area walking up to the cottage from the driveway is a wonderful transition and adds to the charm. Beds, bedding, living room were very comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. The bathroom is small but adequate and the shower worked great. We hope this cottage is available next time we visit!

Wonderful Cottage with lots of space.

I had a wonderful time staying in the cottage. It was very spacious and well stocked. AJ was a very gracious host that made sure we were comfortable each day And gave us some wonderful recommendations (local flea market, and Sunday brunch spot). I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay while in the South Bay Area.

Home away from home

We were enchanted the moment we entered the gate. The cottage had a wonderful feel and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for our trip and easy to find. AJ and Lubna were very kind and friendly. We would definitely recommend this cottage for anyone visiting the area.

A coworker and I were in town for the RBC granfondo event and each night it was wonderful to come "home" to a comfy and relaxing cottage to recover for the next day!

Cozy cottage

The cottage was just as described. Had everything that we needed. We were arriving late, so our hosts made a point to stock the kitchen with some breakfast items to get us started which was a bonus and greatly appreciated. The bottle if wine was also a nice touch. AJ was also very helpful with suggestions on a day driving the coast which was amazing.

Adequate Cupertino Rental

The basic facility was comfortable, and generally roomy- seating, beds, kitchen with current technology. Storage spaces-closets,drawers- were cluttered- difficult to find things. The bathroom was small, shower only, with no heater or ventilation except a window- not practical with cold, rainy weather. Parking in driveway and close to several freeways.Owner AJ Keval was welcoming and accessible for questions, problems. There is a shopping mall nearby with Rite Aid and Trader Joe's. Generally, an ok rental.
