I would like to take this opportunity to point out that the unexpected construction work was not in our apartment, but in the one upstairs. It lasted only a few days and was, of course, carried out during permitted daytime hours. Our guests proved to be completely intolerant. I found myself wondering how it was possible for them to travel all the way from the United States to Parma, Italy, only to spend the entire day inside a 60-square-meter apartment complaining about the noise made by the construction workers upstairs. Were there no sights to see? No lunches to enjoy at one of the many renowned local restaurants? In any case, I chose to refund them for the unused days just to get them to leave, as their constant complaints—at all hours of the day—had turned our experience into a nightmare.

Thank you Anna for your wonderful review and also for taking extreme care of our apartment. It is rare to enter the apartment after the guests have checked out and find it perfectly tidy as you left it. It is not even common to find guests as correct, autonomous and reliable as you. Dear Guests, thank you for your nice review and I really hope to see you again. However, I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we carefully check the apartment's amenities at every change of guest and I can assure you that nothing was missing. Indeed, the kitchen is equipped for 6 guests despite the maximum number of guests allowed being 4 and there were actually 2 of you (6 x 3 types of different dishes, 6 x 2 types of different glasses, 6 x 3 types of different cups , etc. ). Strange that you didn't find what you were looking for, however you could always ask me during your stay.
