Perfect vacation condo

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this condo’s location, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, and ease of parking! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Rental

My family of 7 really enjoyed this unit. The view of the ocean and with outdoor seating was amazing. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus for my large family when getting ready to go out. Overall, the unit description is very accurate and I was pleased with our week stay there.

We'd do it again.

The size fit our family of 8 really well. It was right on the beach so we could go back and forth numerous times a day. We spent a great amount of time on the balcony.

Nice beachfront condo with large balcony

Nice rental for the value in a great location! Possible Areas for Improvements: - Kitchen had aluminum foil over drip pans - Counters were worn - Would be nice to have had at least two trash bags instead of one

Great Location and nice accommodations

Property was as advertised. The only disappointment was that the listing said there was a workout/fitness room and we were not successful in actually finding it. Other than that the property was well located, the condo was clean and seemed well maintained. Beds were comfortable as well. Elevators were on the blink a couple times but no real impact to our stay.

Summer vacation 2022

Easy process with check in. Wish we had 3 keys instead of 2 bc we had 6 adults Would say though the property needs a paint job in the hallways. Not a good first impression however the condo itself was in good condition. Perhaps HOA needs to get their act together

Verandas

Was a nice and clean room. Cons: the couch was not a pull out couch as it said in the description. The pool area is locked at 10 pm so if you are out past that time you have to get in another way and have no way to wash your feet off. Our cooler also was stolen from outside our door.

Thank you for the review. Very happy that you enjoyed the stay. I did look to confirm about the sleeper sofa... It is not showing in the property listing as having a sleeper and the unit only sleeps 8 persons with no sleeper... Am very sorry for the misunderstanding. we regretfully have no control over when the pool area closes but would imagine that it is poster(?) Bottom line is we are happy you enjoyed your stay and regret what went wrong. Thank you again!

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice room. Loved the pool, hot tub and lazy river. My only issue was that we got there about 5 hours before check in and we went to brunch to take up about 2 hours of time. We thought maybe we could swim in the pool and go to the beach in front of the condo and they wouldn't allow us in the pool area. There wasn't even anyone there so it wasn't like it was packed. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay!

Awesome views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was awesome, clean, roomy, the view spectacular. The rental company was so nice and easy to work with. The whole experience was easy from start to finish. The only thing that I have to say that isn't positive is the master bathroom shower had a little mildew on the inside shower curtain, and one of the bathrooms the toilet seat was broken but there were two other toilets to use so it wasn't a hardship. As far as everything else goes there are not enough good things i could say about our condo rental. I would rent the same one again.

Verandas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very clean and well laid out. The 3 bathrooms were a plus! All of the appliances worked well except the icemaker did not work well. We were in walking distance to main street shopping and restaurants. We loved the ramps to the beach as opposed to having stairs. There was no place for luggage carts so you had to search all of the floors to find them. You also had to throw the trash bag over a wall into a dumpster. There was ample parking in the deck.

Room Dirty and very dated. Linens not clean pillow cases had slobber stains had to be washed. Other pillows had no cases on them took 2 days and 3 phone calls to get pillow cases. Toaster was already broke. No coffee pot. Told management but had to go buy toaster and coffer pot myself. Toilet ran all tge tine and was extremely loud. Door didn't lock right and would stick to open. Pool gates were broke every day. Only one elevator would work.

wonderful trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and Carolina Resorts was wonderful as always. Had an issue with bathroom which was solved immediately. The only other issue we had was that 2 of the tvs in the secondary bedrooms. Both tvs were Vizio and there were no vizio remotes in the entire unit so we were unable to control the tvs without getting out of bed. The only other problem was the lazy river was closed the entire time we were there. Otherwise, everything was wonderful
