This is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location in the heart of Cuenca. This is the third time we have rented this space and highly recommend it. The manager, Cecilia, is a great person and easy to get in touch with. The apartment is lovely, clean, and walking distance to so many of our favorite places.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. We’ve stayed there 6 times. You couldn’t go wrong renting Terry’s place. We’ve already rented it for next winter.

This is a wonderful condo with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, a garden room on the main floor and a lovely little balcony with huge views of the city on the second floor. The complex has lovely courtyards beautifully planted. It’s an absolute oasis from the very busy El Centro. Great location; 4 blocks to the main square, two blocks to the huge fresh food market. The amenities were in great condition and the view was fabulous. The host was very responsive and helpful. There was even a welcome basket of some food items, wine, chocolate. It was a very welcoming atmosphere.

Great location beautiful

This property was awesome great location residents at place were friendly and very welcoming felt like home. beds we comfortable very clean had everything you would need to cook and there they even had welcoming food and drinks would definitely stay again longer next time

This condo is a 10 out of 10! I was greeted by Cecilia, who stocked the condo with an abundance of treats and food to get started with my stay. The condo is well- designed and quiet, and is in the center of the city. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Historic Downtown location

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. In the center of the activity of this city but yet quiet once you enter the gate.

Perfect home away in Cuenca

We loved staying here for the few weeks we were in Cuenca. It felt like home away from home. Perfect location to historic district but also a quick walk to the other side of the river with other supermarkets and restaurants. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

A perfect apartment in Cuenca

We have had the good fortune to rent this apartment twice. Perfectly located in old Cuenca and on the river, we have enjoyed the beautiful architecture, landscaping, views and great service.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location

We’ve stayed at Terry’s place 5x! It’s perfect for our needs. Everything works. Can’t beat the location. Overlooking the newer greener part of the city yet just three blocks from the Central Park. It’s an oasis of tranquility in a bustling Latin American city. Already booked for next winter!

Fabulous condo

The condo is beautiful and in a great location in El Centro. I would highly recommend a stay at Terry's place. The property manager, Cecilia, met me at the door and showed me around. She also provided some essential food and coffee to get me started. Everything was wonderful! Thank you so much!

Two Time Guests at Casas del Nogales

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in C2 while in Cuenca for the fifth time. This condo is well appointed and located on Calle Larga with good access to all downtown sites, markets, restaurants, etc. We will be back.

Great Apartment and Great Trip

A great apartment and very well supplied with everything needed for a perfect vacation in Cuenca. Also, wonderful views of the mountains and nearby river from the master bedroom and living room terraces. Our on-site condo manager Cecilia was invaluable in making our stay perfect. Overall, my wife Ann and I highly recommend this property for those visiting wonderful Cuenca.

Perfect Location with Fantastic Views

The condo is modern, well- equipped, and located in a perfect spot to walk to Museums, the old town of Cuenca, shopping and too many great restaurants to count. Cecilia, the property manager, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We have already booked another stay for 2024.

Great location. Great condo. Great property manager.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Was welcomed by property manager. She had fresh cut flowers in the place and Ecuadorian coffee and some other items. Teally made me feel welcomed. Place was very clean and with all the amenities. Can highly recommend.

Great spot for long term exchanges in Cuenca

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Cuenca is a great city with lots of things to do. We were warmly welcomed by the property manager when we arrived. The condo is excellent with beautiful views of the Rio Tomebamba and southern Cuenca. Nice people in the complex too. We hope to stay again in the coming years.

Spectacular Property, Conveniently Located

Secure property with multiple beautiful courtyards and access to Tomebomba river walking path. Very close to restaurants of all levels and Parque Calderon. Can't say enough about property manager, Cecilia. Very charming and helpful.

Beautiful views, exactly as advertised. Super clean and new, no complaints. Cecilia the manager was amazing at answering questions and helping us. 100% will be staying at this location again. Perfectly situated in the heart of all the restaurants and shops.

Great place in a great location!!

The title says it all. Up on the cliff between the lower south side which is newer, wider streets and sidewalks and the historic district. Three blocks to the Central Park, a block to an incredible fresh food market. Close to pretty much everything. This was the third time we rented this apartment and we’ve already booked it for next winter.

excellent condo

This is our 3rd stay at this wonderful condo. It is a great location, four blocks from main square plus it looks out over the river. It is a spot of tranquility with a very bustling city right outside the complex's entry door. It's comfortable, everything works. The building manager is very responsive to questions. Good info package. We've already booked for next year.
