We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Fantastic view of the gulf from the spacious balcony. I would definitely like to stay here again next time we are in the area.

The gourmet kitchen was awesome! ( the fridge!). Every kitchen tools n gadgets were there. Also there were plenty of plates and glasses, and cups…and silverware…oh my! Soaps, dishwasher detergent, shampoos conditioners were provided for you on the first night. Had enough linens and towels for 11 of us. The awesome view of the gulf and the 3rd fl. pool from the balcony…..and the balcony itself was relaxing…….spacious living room! There was a pull out bed hidden under the L-shaped couch. Love the showerhead in the guest bedroom!CONS….1. Floors tiles felt loosened as you stepped on it….not a big deal…but needs attention eventually. I noticed that picture frames were crooked in hallway n master bedroom. 2. Queen sized bed frames were creaky in the guest bedroom….mattress could be updated…too springy…(but i am spoiled by a foam mattress). We woke up with our backs aching. Toilet paper holder in the guest bedroom should be replaced as well. Hair dryer in the bathroom was a bonus. My teenage son used it. 3. If you could only add a keurig coffee machine. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 713C unit! The resort itself is amazing! You get the gulf AND the bay. This was like our 5th time here with our kids…eversince…they were young. Youngest was 3 then….now fixing to be 15 yo in a couple of months!

Glad the gourmet kitchen, plentiful cookware/utensils, stocked toiletries, ample linens, balcony view, and spacious living area worked well for your group — and thank you for returning so many times with your family. I’m sorry about the loose floor tiles and crooked picture frames; maintenance has been notified to inspect and secure the tiles and rehang/straighten artwork. I’ve also reported the creaky queen bed frames and springy mattress so we can repair or replace as needed, and we will replace the guest toilet paper holder. Housekeeping will continue to ensure starter supplies and amenities are stocked, and we’ll evaluate adding a single‑cup coffee maker. We appreciate your detailed feedback and hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

Caribe orange beach

Beautiful place ...property could use some tlc but overall it was a perfect place for my family reunion/ birthday celebration. Enough on property pools to keep every age entertained. Beautiful vistas and close to eateries and beach. I would definitely stay at Carive on my next visit to Alabama.

We Loved It!

Everything thing was great with this condo. Any questions were answered within minutes. There were a few things from prior guests, but they took care of immediately. We will be back.

Fishing trip

The property was nice had a lot of amenities but getting to the pool area was confusing and the furniture in the condo the living room is out dated needs to be replaced other than that it was nice.

Best Vacation Ever

This was such a beautiful place to visit had such a great view of the beach. We got to see a lot of boat activities through the bay entrance. It is very family oriented and the pictures of the place really don't do it justice. Better than in the pictures. Was prefect for all ages we have have 4 to seventeen so was just great overall experience for everyone. It was so much fun very family friendly place. We were all super sad to leave it

Absolutely beautiful!

We were there for 5 nights and loved every minute! The resort is beautiful and the condo is amazing! The resort had more than enough entertainment for all the kids. It was relatively easy to get a shuttle to take us to the beach and back. Convenient to grocery stores and shops. The condo itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated. All the ladies we dealt with at Liquid Life Rentals were super sweet and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Orange Beach!

Do again!

A girlfriend of mine and I brought our 3 little ones here for spring break. We were nervous as we thought we got a great deal and there were no pictures. This condo was so nice!!! It was a great surprise. I would absolutely rent this unit and stay here again. We loved it!

Loved this condo

I loved 713c. It was lovely. We had 9 of us staying here. The condo is huge with plenty seating for all of us. A bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful. The condo was very cleanand we never had to go out a buy a bag of ice withe the extra ice maker. The resort was beautiful pools were clean. Even with the construction that was going on i could not have been happier. Thanks to the host of 713c for making our stay the best.

Amazing family vacay!!!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! We couldn't have asked for more. Between location, space, amenities and views, it was everything we needed and wanted! My husband and I stayed with his parents and our 5 children, aged 24, 22, 12, 11 and 8. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pools provided hours of fun and we loved the miniature golf course. The trolley to the beach was convenient and there is a lot of other options for public beach access. We are already discussing our next visit to Caribe Resort.

A great condo with lots of room and great views

This was a great condo, in a great location, with terrific views. The unit was ready when we arrived and was clean. Checking in at a different location than where you were staying was a little odd, but outside of that, the condo was perfect. You don't have a lot of options when looking for a place on the beach that has the capacity to sleep 7-10 people comfortably, so this place is a real gem. The living and kitchen areas provided lots of room, even when everyone was together at one time. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and roomy. Mattresses were rock hard but we still slept well. Kitchen appliances were a little too fancy for our taste. Great view of the beach. The kids loved the pools and water slides. Fire alarm went off at 6am one morning but I don’t think it was intentional.

Awesome kid, family environment

We loved it! It has everything onsite for you to do where you don’t even need to leave honestly! The kids stayed so busy because of everything to do onsite! We didn’t ride the provided transportation for the beach, we ended up going to the next parking area to the left when you pull out, then was right there to your right that was on the beach! It was easier for me and my family!! Only complaint is group of 12, we ran out of tissue and wasn’t provided with more from staff! So we went and bought some. No big deal but I would suggest supplying extra! :) overall amazing and we will be going back!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
