Thank you so much for your beautiful review and for your kind words about our apartment! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the space, the cleanliness, and our complimentary drinks and snacks. Regarding your note about the street, we completely understand your reaction. In Portugal, in contrast to cultures with a historically more puritanical or prohibitionist outlook, sex work is not illegal. This progressive approach ensures that the activity is not tied to marginality, trafficking, or underworld crime. Instead, it is a fully integrated, safe, and peaceful reality that poses no danger whatsoever to residents or visitors. We understand, however, that seeing sex workers on the public street can be disarming for guests from different cultural backgrounds. For the comfort of everyone staying with us, we would like to remind future guests that the building benefits from two independent entrances on two different streets. Anyone who feels uncomfortable can easily choose the alternative route to access the apartment. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you so much for your lovely review, we are delighted that you thoroughly enjoyed your stay. We would like to remind future guests that the apartment is located on the second floor, in Europe. Here in Europe, it's the second floor. Please understand that the USA is not the center of the world, and there are more conventions, metrics, units of measurement, etc. The apartment is located on a second floor without an elevator, exactly as advertised. And we would prefer not to have to constantly remind you of this, as if there had been an omission or error in the advertisement, which there is not! It was a great pleasure to host you and we would love for you to return someday!

Thank you so much, Moni. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we're glad you enjoyed the apartment, its comfort, decor, and its excellent central location! Yes, this area is home to some of Porto's best restaurants, from the most traditional to some Michelin-starred, like Euskalduna, which is a two-minute walk from the apartment!

Thank you so much for your lovely review! It was a great pleasure to host you and we would love to host you again in one of our units. Exactly as explained in the listing, the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. Second floor because we are in Europe and not in the USA... It is important for tourists from the United States to realize that there is a whole different world outside the USA, with the old continent of Europe having its own conventions, systems and norms, which are worth knowing when visiting.

Thank you very much Paul, we are very happy that you enjoyed the apartment in the building we restored (with more independent units), the comfort, the decoration and the location. This is our goal, and we feel fulfilled that we were able to provide you with an excellent stay!
