Wonderful hosts, property, and location. The flat was appointed nicely for a home like feel, and very clean. The check-in was super easy as the host gave us a lift from the airport to the property and provided some complimentary groceries to give us a start after a long trip. That was a huge help!And there are plenty of great restaurants within a few blocks of the flat.

Lovely apartment on a very quiet street close to two Underground stations. This made it possible to get anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment is compact with everything we needed. They even supplied laundry detergent. Dave and Shelley provided a warm and thoughtful welcome with snacks and a lovely loaf of bread. The air conditioning was a huge plus in the London heat. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely but very compact apartment. Wonderful hosts, great location but cramped for a family of four. Would recommended for single travelers or couples. Very well appointed flat, good beds and great linens. Small but perfectly formed accommodation. Would stay again but without children.

We have had many guests stay who have used, not just the 2nd bedroom, but also the sofa bed in the Living Room for which we supply with full bed linen, if requested. We absolutely loved our stay! The flat was the perfect pied-à-terre for exploring London in a wonderful, safe and quiet location, while still being incredibly easy to get around to all the main attractions. Earl’s Court Tube station and several grocery stores were only about a 7-minute walk away, and from there we could get almost anywhere in London quickly and easily.Dave and Shelley were wonderful hosts; warm, welcoming and very responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated them picking us up at the airport and how helpful they were with anything we needed.London was unusually warm during our visit, so the air conditioning system they installed was an absolute lifesaver and made our stay so much more comfortable.The flat is cozy but very well equipped and was perfect for our family of three. The two bedrooms were comfortable, and the lovely little balcony was one of our favourite features; a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a drink at the end of a busy day exploring the city.We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and would happily stay here again. A perfect London home base, with wonderful hosts and an ideal location—highly recommended!

Shelley and Dave are wonderfully generous hosts who made us feel very welcome, and much more like we were visiting friends than the usual vacation rentals. They shared lots of helpful advice prior to our visit, provided a complimentary pick up at Heathrow, and had groceries (including fruit, milk, juice, bread, and more) ready for us when we arrived, which were all very much appreciated when we arrived tired after an overnight flight.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well-supplied. It’s in a great location, within easy walking distance of grocery stores, a pharmacy, restaurants, and two Underground stations. There is a lovely green space for walks nearby at the Brompton Cemetery, which also has a small café. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. The walk to the tube was about four blocks and accessible to all points in London. There’s a coffee shop down the street and a few restaurants within a three block range. It was quite handy to have both the washer and dryer. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone spending time in London.

This was our second time staying at the flat when visiting London and had another excellent experience. It’s in a great location making it easy to get to restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and Underground stations to see the sights. The kitchen has what you need to put a meal together easily. A charming place to come back too after a day out in London. Highly recommend this flat! The owners make it an enjoyable visit.

Outstanding property & hosts! Listing is completely accurate. Nearby Tube station (Earl's Court) gives access to all London sites; short walk to the station passes grocery and dining opportunities. The flat/apartment is on a very quiet street (excellent sleep to cure our jet lag). Mature trees by the patio provide a shaded/relaxing spot after a long day touring as well as a peaceful start to the day for breakfast. Shelley and Dave were great hosts. Communication with Shelley was excellent from the time I first expressed interest in the flat till our departure. She provided very detailed information about nearby transportation options, restaurants, stores, etc. There is a bus stop around the corner and the nearest underground station is an easy 1/2 mile walk. As for the flat itself, it was plenty of comfortable space for my daughter and me. The larger bedroom can accommodate two people, but the smaller bedroom is better suited for one person as the queen bed occupies almost all the space. We arrived in London just as the heat dome settled in over the UK. The two portable A/C units were a godsend. More than ample to quickly cool the whole flat. The pickup from the airport by Dave and the groceries provided for us upon arrival were wonderful extras. The kitchen is small but well appointed with everything I needed to prepare a few simple meals. Overall a wonderful stay.

The trip started out with a very gracious airport pick up from Dave! They provided all of the essentials for a perfect stay including a few items for breakfast at the flat! The rooms were so cozy and warm. The location to the tube was perfect and Shelly even helped out with booking a tea for my wife and my daughter while the guys were at the Chelsea match. Dave stayed in touch to make sure all of needs were met. We love London and cant wait to return to the Charming Chelsea 2 bedroom with a private terrace.

We had an amazing stay at Shelley and Dave's flat. It's in a lovely and quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to the tube, shops & restaurants. Shelley gave us some wonderful recommendations which included a meal at an Indian restaurant that we will never forget. Dave was also kind enough to give us a ride from the train station as we were coming from Paris. They not only made our stay so easy & comfortable but memorable. But next time we plan on visiting when the weather is a bit warmer so we can take advantage of the beautiful garden terrace. Thank you so much Shelley & Dave!

We had such a lovely stay (family of 4 - 2 teenage daughters) Shelley and Dave made all the difference, their place is simply perfect but their attention to our stay even helping us with a wonderful tour of Stonehenge, Bath and a few other stops in some Cotswolds towns… our time in London was wonderful and we feel like we have new friends too! We were sad to leave but we want to return in the future! The hosts are just wonderful people thank you for everything!!

A week in London

We had a wonderful week in London. We toured for very long days and then came back to a lovely flat. The flat had everything we needed. The location is excellent! It’s an extremely safe neighborhood, with lots of local pubs. The beds in the flat are very comfortable and we slept well. The gathering area is artfully decorated and cozy.

A wonderful apartment

We enjoyed our London visit which was enhanced by having a lovely apartment. The hosts were welcoming and made sure all was well - which it was. There were good restaurants within walking distance.

I live with my husband and two teenage children in a small village near Guildford in the Surrey Hills. I very much enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside surrounding us, practising Yoga and spending as much time as I can with my family and close friends. We enjoy having our flat in London, using it ourselves as a second home - enjoying its fabulous location, being close to many of our favourite restaurants, shopping and Theatre. Our apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We would like to share our apartment with others who appreciate its location and comfort as well.

Our apartment is in a fantastic location in the heart of Chelsea and has a beautiful Roof Garden Terrace which is so nice to have - for al fresco dining and relaxing during one's stay. We are only a short stroll away from Redcliffe Square and the Kings Road for designer stores and chic restaurants.
My mother grew up in Fulham and this area has always been special to me as I used to travel up to my grandparents regularly as a child.

The Roof Terrace is lovely -
The apartment is in the heart of Chelsea -
The area is quiet which is a real advantage as so many streets close by are noisy and on main roads. Our road is quiet and gives a relaxing feel. The main bedroom is at the back of the apartment overlooking gardens - giving a tranquil feel.
