Please leave some instructions on the local area - supermarkets, beaches, places to eat.

It was a true pleasure hosting Liz in our villa. From the very beginning, communication was clear, friendly, and respectful. They took great care of the accommodation, leaving everything in perfect condition upon their departure. We especially appreciate their thoughtful attitude and valuable feedback, which helps us continue to improve. We would definitely recommend Liz to any host and will be happy to welcome her again in the future. Thank you so much, Liz!

Great service from SOLHABITAT

Excellent service as always from Solhabitat. Villa is a little tired, lacked some essentials in kitchen, needs another fridge for the size of the villa for drinks. Outside space by pool needs a fridge maybe, probably wouldn’t book this Villa again unless nothing else was available, It really misses a great view. Needs air con downstairs

Family Gathering

When arriving at the villa it has a wow factor. The location is great within easy walking distance to the nearest supermarket and a couple of lovely restaurants. The sea view is breath taking . Although the kitchen and bathrooms are modern some of the fixtures and fittings are a little tired and in need of upgrading, that apart our stay was amazing and we would return.

Beautiful villa in a stunning setting!

Solhabitat is the best agency we have used in the 20yrs we have been spending our winters here! A special thank you to Hector and the team for the excellent service and attention to detail! The villa has signs of damp that needs attention. This was a minor issue and did not detract from a wonderful stay!

Lovely stay

Great villa for sharing between two families since bedrooms divided on separate floors. Nice pool area with close connection to the house and a short walk to the ocean. Modernise and extend the kitchenequipment, renew the sunbeds and pooltowels. Replace the keys with digital locks. Air condition out of order in the main area. Improve the wifi capacity.

A wonderful location with spectacular views

Location, views, comfort, accommodation. Well designed villa allowing nine guests to spread out comfortably to share spaces together and to be private when required. A lovely ambiance. When works were needed the Solhabitat team were quick to take effective action. Excellent service. Whilst the property was clean and well decorated, there were two broken stair edging strips that detracted from the pristine appearance of the property and did require us to walk around them to avoid creating further damage. We were not informed beforehand when the gardener would visit the property and this caused some confusion and embarrassment for guests using the ground floor bedroom

Dear John, We sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our villa. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location, the views, the comfort of the accommodation, the design of the space, as well as the service provided by our team. Comments like yours motivate us to continue working hard. We regret, however, the inconvenience caused by the slats in the staircase and the lack of communication regarding the gardener's visit. We have noted both aspects and forwarded them to the appropriate team to ensure the necessary measures are taken to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future. Sincerely, Solhabitat Team

Beautiful villa in lovely location

We spent two weeks in Moraira Dreams which is a beautiful villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac with views looking out to sea and Calpe Rock. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and the showers worked perfectly. It is a lovely place to spend a holiday. Unfortunately the weather was not too kind to us especially in the second week which brings to me to my one criticism. The satellite dish is only tuned to 1 English speaking channel and that is a true crime channel so if you are coming from UK bring a laptop so you can stream Netflix/Amazon. Overall I would recommend this villa for a family holiday. You advertise that the villa has a DVD player but there are no DVD's in the villa. I accept you do not normally come to Spain to watch TV but when it rains!!!

Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

My family had a fantastic holiday at the villa, the view is second to none and it is very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and it's well located. One of the sunbeds was slightly damaged but apart from that, we couldn't fault the place.

Amazing Views

My family and I loved the villa which had spacious accommodation and truly wonderful sea views. Very well equipped kitchen and utility room. The back of the property could do with a fresh coat of paint. Also, the wall surrounding the back of the property is in need of repair and repainting!!!

Dreams
