Great little unit in Ocean City. We were there for a week. Great condo, clean, very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, on Oceanside so a few steps to the beach. Host was responsive. Definitely recommend!

Great location, step outside the beach is 20 steps away, owners were easily accessible and helpful - great mini-vacay getaway !

The place was super clean and cozy! We loved it and it was perfect for what we needed. Whenever we go back to OCMD, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay!

What a nice place! It was beautiful and the owners were awesome! I would recommend it to a small family or a couple looking for a nice getaway.

This is a nice place in a nice location, and overall the property itself was as expected. However, we were very disappointed to find out upon arrival that there were no linens, pillows, towels, or basic bathroom supplies provided.When we contacted the host, he responded that the listing did state that linens for the bed were not provided. After going back through the listing, I was eventually able to find one small sentence mentioning that linens were not provided, although it took quite a bit of searching to locate it. More importantly, the listing did not clearly state that towels or other basic bathroom supplies would also not be provided. Ultimately, we had to go purchase all of these supplies, costing us considerable time and money.I feel this information should be much more prominently disclosed so guests know exactly what they need to bring before arriving. The location is nice and the property itself is good, but the lack of clearly communicated information about these basic necessities negatively affected our stay.

We just spent 5 days at this property. One quick walk to the beach The place is beautifully updated and stocked with everything you will need. The hosts were quick to respond to communication. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent!

We have stayed here multiple times in the last several years. We love the location and cleanliness of the condo. Easy beach access with lots of food and activities within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Clean & updated with great proximity to beach and activities

This little apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway! So close to the beach, and easy walk or bus ride to restaurants and activities. Very clean and updated, the kitchen is spacious and great for bringing your own snacks and food so you don’t have to spend all your money in restaurants.

My trip was great. The property manager was easy to reach with any questions. This place is very nice, and updated. Love the kitchen. Shower is also beautiful. Just a few steps away from the beach so that was great. We had to go by pillows and sheets though so that was a bit of an inconvenience but everything else was great. Plenty of storage space and toiletries. I would highly recommend this spot. Thanks again for having me.

Just as described

We wanted a place that was close to the beach and also not far from stuff to do. It was very close to the beach and is also in the middle of getting to things downtown but also towards north OC. You can hear traffic as this is a first floor but with the air-conditioner running it was not bad. All the amenities were provided. Will be stayjng here again!

Nice, Convenient and Clean

We enjoyed the condo. It was well supplied with all we needed and very clean. It was convenient to the beach...steps away, restaurants and shopping. It would've been better if it were quieter inside the condo. Coastal Highway is literally one sidewalk away making it way too noisy day and night. All in all, except for the noise, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice weekend stay

The condo was ideally located—within walking distance to many restaurants and other activities. Also it is only a short walk to the beach. The condo is very tastefully decorated with modern updates. The only reason for an overall 4 star rating is because the unit is located on the first floor within steps of coastal highway so the traffic noise is constant. Therefore, if you are a light sleeper the noise may be an issue. In addition the AC units are very loud as well. But a pleasant stay nevertheless. Owners are very responsive too.

Although it says linens are not provided, please note there are no pillows as pictured in the listing as well. This is not a walkable location for anything on Ocean City Boardwalk. It is beach adjacent, but not on the beach. Host was quick to respond, but when I was panicking about not having linens for our honeymoonn since I misread the listing the host wanted to charge us over 300 to provide the basic necessities, luckily there is a linen rental company that provided the necessary items for 3 days for 80. Also there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so we ran the dishwasher.

The condo was clean, centrally located, and an easy walk to both the beach and restaurants etc. There is a deck with a few chairs right at ground level. To help other travelers that may be considering this location, bring your own linen means bring everything; pillows, comforter, sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc. The location is on the first floor within easy access of the parking spot. This also places the bedroom window on coastal highway and the associated light and noise. I would recommend room darken shades or a curtain on that room.

Location. Location. Location. We were in town for a dance recital at the Ashore hotel. This condo was 1.5 miles away which was less that a 5 minute drive. The beach is steps away and one of the best buffets is across the street. Driving to Walmart for sheets, toilet tissue, and cleaning supplies took us back over the bridge away from the strip by about 20 minutes. But, no complaints. I would stay here again.

Wonderful!

Excellent location to both the beach and food/stores/activities. Modern condo that is exceptionally clean. Hosts were great to communicate with and made the check in/out seamless. Highly recommended!

The condo and location was great and convenient to get to the beach

The place was very clean and spacious for 1-4 guests. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. Very modern with, what appeared to be, updated everything. I would (and probably will) definitely stay here again. Very responsive Property Manager as well. A+

Short stay

We were happy to find a 1 bedroom close to the beach that had availability during the week. The unit was spacious, clean with an updated interior. The check in process to obtain an access code was less than desirable. It was close to 5:00 before we could get in however the landlord was very apologetic and resolved the issue quickly. The only request would be to supply basic toilet paper in the unit for guests.
