LUKSUS Feriehus i Palm Harbor

Vores sofistikerede hjem er beliggende på en prime stedet med udsigt over Pinellas Biking / vandresti. Dette 3 etagers hjem har trægulve overalt, smukke matchende træ kabinetter i køkken, granit bordplader & både fuld bade har jacuzzi !. Den rummelige familie / pejs værelse har adgang til wrap rundt balkonen med udsigt til det nyligt opdaterede opvarmede poolområde / trail hvor du også kan slappe af og se solnedgangen.

Udenfor funktioner privat indhegnet pool område omgivet af frodige tropiske planter og blade, grill og jacuzzi. Der er også et fitnesscenter på første sal.

Kun 20 minutter fra berømte Clearwater Beach og Dunedin. Tæt på downtown Palm Harbor og Tarpon Sponge dokker. Minutter væk er mange indkøbscentre, restauranter, parker, strande, golfbaner og endeløse Florida vejraktiviteter at vælge imellem.
Opvarmet pool: Vi vil bede om at indsamle $ 20 gebyr pr. Dag (plus skat) fra gæster, der beder om poolen, der skal opvarmes under deres ophold.

The neighborhood and home were both very clean and in a great location. The house is right next to a walking trail just 15 min from a big playground with walking trails around the water. The house had everything extra we needed for kids including beach/pool toys, high chair, pack n play, and baby gates. The house in itself has all you need for a fun family vacation! The only negatives to say was our door code was wrong when we arrived and it took almost 2 hours for someone to message me back with the correct code. Also, we rented this property in December and paid for the pool to be heated everyday. When we got there Saturday the kids were all ready to swim but the heater had not been turned on so the water was ice cold. Maintenance did come over to turn it on within 30 minutes but it took almost 2 days for it to be really warm. Luckily the hot tub was plenty warm for the kids. Overall, a great experience!

Little slice of heaven

⸻We had an absolutely outstanding stay at this home! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained—everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The private location made it feel like our own little oasis, and the private pool was a major highlight—perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet. The area itself was great, close to everything we needed but still tucked away enough to truly unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Pinellas trail 3story

Overall the house is well maintained but the kitchen needs better pans and utensils.There is work out equipment instead of a pool table that we were disappointed with.There isn’t a direct access to the pool or the grill which makes it more difficult.

Family Ties

Great location! Felt safe and comfortable! Centrally located near many things to do/attractions-Clearwater Beach,Tarpon Springs sponge docks, Dunedin, Sunsets, Pinellas Trail. Owners and Staff were very nice and we plan on staying again.

Great Stay in a Beautiful Setting

We had a great stay! The house was clean and the landscaping gorgeous! It felt like we were staying in a tropical oasis. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We walked on the bike trail to Wall Spring Park which has great walking trails and an overlook with a beautiful view. It was also a close drive to Tarpon Springs and also Honeymoon Island’s beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Our 2nd time!!

This location and set up is so great this was our 2nd time at the property. The warm pool and hot tub with proximity to the pinellas trail make it ideal for little kids. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of towels, pillows, linens, etc. Owners were super fast to respond and even the neighbors are nice.

Christmas in Palm Harbor

We had a great stay at this property over the holiday week! There was plenty of space for the 8 of us including 4 teens. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the convenience of the biking and walking trails near the home. We would definitely love to stay again!

The perfect place for our vacation!

This was the perfect house for a family vacation. We used the pool and hot tub regularly, the house had so many amenities, and the owner was so quick to respond when I had questions. We were a short drive to honeymoon island and about 30 minutes from Clearwater. The house has so much privacy, and in a quiet location. Absolutely wonderful!

Second Time Around

We stayed in the Palm Harbor home in April of 2022 and 2023 and enjoyed our vacations both years. The location and amenities are great. It would help if there were instructions for use of the electronic equipment and the spa.

Wonderful

The home was exactly as listed. It was a beautiful space at the end of a cul de sac. Very clean and well kept. The pool and entire outdoor space was perfect and maintained beautifully. The pool exceeded my expectations and our kids would have been in there all day, every day if we had no other plans. Great location near many different Florida tourist spots. Although returning to Florida is not in our near future plans, we would certainly stay in this house again if and when we come back.

Fun family getaway

It was our second stay at this property and we can say enough great things! We loved the pool and outdoor patio. Being on the end of the culdesac, the backyard felt super private. The proximity to the trail, Wall Springs park and Crystal Beach was amazing! Our entire family loves this area and this rental! Can’t wait to come back!

Second Successful Stay

We spent our second in a row spring vacation at this lovely house. Back yard is a wonderful getaway and kids couldn’t leave the pool. Maintenance was quick to respond with a sink issue. Always had plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen utilities. Would recommend to anyone!

Quiet retreat

Great location for us. It was out of season so getting around was easy. So sorry it was too cold to use pool because it was inviting. They do an amazing job on the landscape. If you are a walker or bike rider the Pinellas trail is right next to the house. That was a bonus for us! They had useable bikes in the garage.

Family reunion

The house was equipped with everything a family needs. The property and house is well maintained and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and very clean. Plentiful in towels, beach towels, and pool towels. Beach chairs as well. It was a great location -close to biking/walking trail right out the door with bikes provided. Only 15 to 20 minutes to some great beaches Honeymoon island and Clearwater Beach. The house was very comfortable and all amenities provided. Beds were cozy and comfortable. Although at the end of a small neighborhood it is very private. We would definitely book there again!

FABULOUSLY FUN

Upon arrival we were ready a few hours before checkin and Virginia was able to accommodate us which was amazing!! The property is a little further out than expected however there is a trolly that takes you around and you can catch it right at the end of the street!!...The pool was a perfect size and the jacuzzi was a great add on as well. There were plenty of pool accessories and the gym was a very nice and useful as well. The beds were amazingly comfortable...my daughter even fell asleep on the couch and said it was comfy too!! We were golden on supplies like toliteries and all that it was all there for us. The two upstairs bathrooms have jet tubs which were great. The wrap around balcony!!!I loved it!!!...The scenery and landscaping was amazing she also has bikes avail and there us a trail right behind the house!!!...No worries tho this location is very quiet and private snuggled right in the bottom of the col-de-sac oh and the neighbors are great friendly people as well. Definitely worth it!!! Oh and she allowed an hour late check out!!!!! Absolutely will stay again if ever in the area it was PERFECT!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Palm Harbor tremendously! The location had everything we needed plus so much more! The property manager was easy to visit with and checked on us throughout our 8 day trip! I highly recommend this location and the property manager!
