This superbly located villa is a 5 minute stroll to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants, shops & bars. The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a beautiful community. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with satellite TV with English speaking channels as well as free WI-FI, 2 twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room, and plenty of storage. There are doors leading onto its own large sun terrace where you will find sun loungers, a dining area and a gas BBQ. The villa comes with air conditioning cold or hot in all rooms. There is a further terrace leading from the lounge which overlooks the communal pool & gardens to the front. Another terrace to the back of the villa will give you sunshine until it sets.

The villa is also only a 3 min walk to Villamartin Golf course and within easy reach of the Royal Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses with many others less than 15 min drive.

Blue flag beaches are located at La Zenia, Cabo Roig just a short drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel around however, there is a bus service from the Plaza which will take you to La Zenia Beach or the Boulevard. The beautiful Zenia Boulevard shopping center has enriched the area not only giving you an array of clothes shops but many coffee bars and a whole floor dedicated to eating out which is open late into the night. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

€100 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm.
€25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
