We had an amazing time in Cortona and couldn’t have asked for a better location and view. The apartment was just perfect with everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to take a walk to and from town for dinner and drinks in the evenings. The friendly owners were a bonus all around with tips on our plans saving us time and money. Thank you for a fabulous week.

Apartment Luna is perfectly situated for a stay in Cortona. Within walking distance (although very steep in the beginning ) of the town but with its own terrace and seating area - perfect for breakfast - with stunning views. It accommodated our family of 5 adults and 1 baby quite comfortably and we would thoroughly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Cortona. A steep walk into the town but lovely to enjoy the fantastic view from the outside seating area. Matteo and Sabrina and Luna were welcoming and gracious hosts, the apartment is well equipped and charming. Matteo booked us a table at his cousin's restaurant which turned out to be one of the best in Cortona. Would definitely stay here again.

Bella Casa Caterina

This is a beautiful property in an ideal location in Cortona. There are many beautiful touches within the home and it was very comfortable and warm. The hosts have clearly gone to trouble to make their guests feel comfortable and we absolutely loved our time there.

A Tuscan hillside farmhouse apartment and a warm welcome by a lovely family with a charming dog named Luna. I felt like a member of the family and loved the kitchen! I started my days with a hike up to the fortress of Cortona!!! Enjoy your stay, Belinda

So, in short - we had an absolutely fabulous stay at Apartmento Luna. It was all and more than we anticipated. We will most definitely recommend your company to our friends. We wish to thank Gloria particularly for the extra effort and help she provided, not only with our original booking, but also coordinating a transfer for us to and from the railway station. We loved the place! It was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a large kitchen & drawing room in the ground floor of a nice house situated on a hill right under the ancient and beautiful town of Cortona and above a beautiful valley and a magnificent church. The hosts were most friendly and helpful, and the place and the whole area around the house are peerless. We would certainly come again.

If you and your family are planning a trip to Tuscany, you will have the trip of a life time by staying at Casa Luna! My husband and I, along with our two teenaged kids, stayed here for 4 nights. Every aspect of the stay was a delight from getting to know this lovely family, enjoying a private cooking class, short walks to the town of Cortona, the incredible views from the yard- all magical. We will be back to stay and look forward to keeping in touch with our new friends!

Love, love, loved this stay and this location!! The family is warm, welcoming and delightful; the apartment is comfortable and well provisioned; and the view is one of the most spectacular that we have ever seen!! The property is on the edge of Cortona, surrounded by olive and fruit trees and gardens, overlooking the valley all the way to Lake Trasimeno. It's a short walk into the center of Cortona, but also an easy drive to go out for day trips. Counting the days until we can stay here again...!!

We stayed 5 nights in Luna apartment. The location and the views are spectacular! Sabrina and Matteo were very hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and welcomed. The apartment is spacious and provides all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. The walk to town is steep but a short 7 minute walk. Sabrina treated us like family and we love her. If we visit Cortona in the future we will stay here again!

Amazing!

Beautiful views, clean apartment. Exactly like the description! About a 7 minute walk into town. Big hill into town, but we went every night. Hosts were kind and welcoming. They picked us up from the train station at arrival and then took us back to the train station at the end of our visit. Would highly recommend and will stay again sometime!

Love in Cortona

Fantastic experience, Mateo and his family were very accommodating. A great space with plenty of room for 2 or 4. Daily breakfasts where lovely and the view spectacular. The pictures do not justify this apartment. A 7-10 minute walk uphill to the center of Cortona. Thank you family Paci.

This was an amazing place to stay from so many perspectives. The location is great, you are just outside of the old town but can walk in in 5 minutes. This allows for a great view, a garden setting for breakfast and end of day but also the convenience of town and restaurants without having to drive. The hospitality was amazing, the family was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of little touches that made the stay great, felt like a genuine Italian experience in the countryside. Cortona as a town is in a great location to do lots of really interesting day trips. Would definitely recommend this place. Breakfasts were available for a bit extra, would highly recommend, all homemade food which was delicious.

The house is amazing. It's very spacious and warm in every little detail. You feel like home and you just don't want to leave! It's very comfortable and fully equipped. It has a incredible view and a great outside area. It's 5 min walk from Cortona center, and even carrying two babies it was very easy for us to reach city center. Cortona itself is amazing, our favorite town in Tuscany, full of character and without the annoying tourist buzz of other towns. The owners are lovely and welcomed us as if we were family. We loved our stay and strongly recommend the experience!

What views from this wonderful apartment. Every evening the sunset was warm and comfortable on the lounge chairs and mornings perfect -sitting enjoying the fruit and olive trees and distant mountains. A perfect place to paint if inclined. The inside kitchen was very well equipped and we easily made a few meals. We were fortunate that it was olive harvest and I offered to help rake the trees and collect the bounty. Sabrina and Luca drove us to the town olive press and we watched the flourescent green liquid pour into the container at the end process. This year’s first pressing. What a wonderful experience! Their sons gave us information about the little working farm and its history and local treasures not to be missed. We easily drove to Pienza, a very charming hill town, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno and Arezzo. Very high recommendations.

Memories

Beautiful view & cute accompdations. Had to pay extra for air condioning (only place that charged for this) Host was helpful with a ride to bus station. We opted ti give her 4 Euro to compensate her. Relaxing place to stay & fairly close to oldctown Cortona. The walk there was mostly uphill & in the heat, it proved quite challenging. Dudnt appear to be any nearby public transport

Staying at the Luna Apartment in Cortona was such a memorable experience for us. You have your own path up to the road just a couple minutes from the entrance to town. The perfect spot to quickly access it but also enjoy the quiet, peaceful feel of the Tuscan countryside. We used the washing machine multiple times which was clutch in the middle of our long trip. And I have to comment on the lovely family who lives in the upper floors of the house! Sabrina and Mateo were so kind in picking us up and dropping off at the train station in Camucia. The bus service does not seem reliable and taxis are often reserved in advance so it was a lifesaver that they were so willing to help us. We had multiple lengthy chats with Mateo and it was so nice getting acquainted and learning some of the history of their farm. You can tell they really enjoy getting to know their guests and making sure we enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular views!!

I can't say enough about this property! The hosts were so kind and helpful. The breakfast Sabrina prepared each morning were delicious with many of the items homemade. Her son Mateo was very helpful in organizing taxis to and from the train station and just full of information about the town. Luna the dog greeted us each day with a wagging tail in search of head scratches. She was adorable!! The view of the valley was awesome. It was just beautiful at night with all the lights. The house itself was surrounded with flowers and a lovely garden. You truly felt as though you were a part of the family and not just a guest. I would definitely stay here again!!
