Regarding the ensuite bathroom, while there is no door between the room and toilet, this is part of the design and does not impact the functionality of the space. The Property Management team and Property Owner are currently in discussions about the hole at the entrance, the backyard and the seating and are working on making improvements on this. The water leak marks have now been resolved - thank you however for brining these to our attention.
