Description of rental property was on spot. 3-B (2-K, 1-Q) 2-Bath. Very clean thru out. A big tv in every room and they worked. A up to date kitchen. Strong wi-fi thru out the whole building. Fast elevator. Balcony overlooking the white sandy beach which is a very short walk. Well stocked with towels and linens. Great communication with rental agency, next day service. Central to all PCB attractions restaurants. Price is reasonable. Would rent again if in the area.

Condo was just as described and pictured. Very spacious, view and location was excellent! Pool is small but efficient. The pans and knives could be replaced but get the job done. I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!

The place was exactly as pictured, RealJoy was very responsive when we had questions. The best part was the view and sunsets from the balcony, also the jets flying by a few times a day! Plenty of good restaurants in the area. We can’t wait to return next year.

Beach front, beautiful view! Balcony furniture was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable spaces! Kitchen needs a couple more dish towels, there was only 1. The frying pans are going to need to be replaced very soon as the coating is coming off and handles were very loose. We cooked several meals and needed a larger frying pan. Overall very satisfied! This is our 2nd time to stay at Grandview East and will for sure be back!

our host was incredible. when we had a minor issue (at no fault of their own), they had maintenance there the next day. property was exactly as seen in pictures. all staff was amazing, except one woman who claimed to have worked with security throwing accusations at us. but other than that, i absolutely will be back and had an amazing experience!

This property was great! It was located near everything. The walk to the beach was less than 2 mins.

The property was spacious it was a great size to accommodate my family. The pics does no justice for this property. Though there were minor things that need to be worked on the overall experience was great.

Beautiful Location

We were amazed at the condo. Beautifully furnished and very large accommodations. The only thing that may hinder us from using this location again is having to park our motorcycles across the street in an unsecured location. Other than that, the accommodations were perfect and beautiful. Loved the extra large master bedroom and bath.
