Thanks for your opinion, we think it could be good to help others people and clarify it. Thanks too for appreciate the welcome details we offered you as welcome. Coffee and tes too. When guest confirm an stay with us they received the welcome information, at least 2 phone number and we keep on contact for any extra information guest can need about the check in and welcome. When if possible we offer early check in like in this case... We did it In advance. But sometimes, we couldn't confirm the exact time for early check in, in advance (5-6 days before) cause it depends on checks out of that day, etc. Guest checked in before the check in time, In this case. Finally, we think it could be easier for visitors text, call us directly In case any doubt before that call customer service.

Thanks a lot for your review. It is a pleasure when guest have a nice stay and experience in Granada at Meraki Suites. City center is not allow for private cars, only available for Taxis, buses and private cars with parking or especial permissions. Sometimes if there is and special event could be restricted trafic for those vehicles and it should be necessary walk until the apartment but normally taxi and public transport leave and take people in the main entrance of the apartment. «Meraki Suites Staff»

Thanks Robert for your review. You describe perfectly what's around the apartment, located in the city center, restaurants and cafés nearby and walking distance of all the main points of the city. Sorry once again about the delay on check in but when we organize everything and the person on charge of doing that had a health problem at the last time, we hadn't time to activate the plan B to welcome you at the moment we was talked. Wifi: Finally we could change the internet company and now is working well. It took more time that we would wanted. Now fiber company works almost perfect. we try to do each day our best and when problems arrives, we work hard to solve everything will be in our hands. come back soon!!!
