We had a brilliant holiday at Ca'n Pons - the views, gardens and pool are beautiful. The villa was exactly as described and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, walking distance to Soller and a short drive to the port. We've already booked to come back again next year.

Lovely traditional house of great character in hills above Soller, with shady garden and a fine pool (well secured for child safety), all with great mountain views. Steep hill to access from main road, and 15-20 min walk into centre of town. Excellent communications with host, highly recommended

Simply stunning. This beautiful old farmhouse (finca) is set within a paradise-like garden, complete with a gorgeous swimming pool and breathtaking views across the mountains, valley and the town of Sóller. In reality, it’s even more special than the photos could ever capture.Although wonderfully peaceful and secluded, the property is just a 10-minute stroll from the heart of beautiful Sóller, giving you the best of both worlds. The house is exceptionally well equipped, the air-conditioned bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the variety of terraces and outdoor dining areas means there’s always the perfect spot to relax, unwind or enjoy a meal with a view. It is genuinely one of the finest properties in one of the best locations we’ve ever stayed in.The hosts were an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent communication with the owners. Very responsive. A beautiful property with multiple outdoor sitting areas. Kitchen was very well equipped. Convenient to bus stops. Beautiful views of the mountains. The driveway up to the house is tight. We had larger cars due to the number of persons and bags but we made it without incident. The walk is steep but not too long. 10-15 to all the town has to offer.

A very memorable family holiday

This is the most amazing property to stay in.Stunning views over Sóller, but just 15 minutes to walk to the centre. The villa is fully equipped and spotless when we arrived -everything has been thought of. We all loved the very well serviced pool, especially the children. The communication with Piyush and Janneke via WhatsApp before, during and after our stay was quick and easy. Thank you both for a wonderful holiday.

Amazing villa!

Can Pons was the most spectacular place to stay. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. The house was spotless. Communication with the owner was excellent. The home has space that made traveling in a group of 8 very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, garden and pool! It is a short walk to town and the bus was close by. A great location if you are a cyclist. Soller and the Port of Soller are now our favorite places!

This is a deservedly well-loved family home, laid out, planned and equipped with everything you need for a totally relaxing holiday. Lovely pool, lots of outdoor space and a short walk into Soller. Excellent videos sent by the hosts helped us navigate the steep road up to the property, which is perfectly possible in a smallish car. Our family group (us, our children and their partners) came together from 3 cities in 2 countries to enjoy relaxation, sun, good food at the villa as well as eating out locally, and time together in lovely surroundings. We all agreed that C’an Pons was exactly what we had been looking for. Many thanks to Piyush and Janneke.

Wonderful

We had a great holiday with our 3 ‘kids’ (early 20’s) plus 3 of their partners/friends. C’an Pons is fabulous, the villa is comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. The grounds are outstanding, beautifully kept, and always a shady or sunny spot to be found. I wish I was back there now with a cool drink sitting on the terrace watching the swifts swoop across the valley!

Villa with a view of mountains

Lovely old but tastefully restored villa in a lovely setting with lots of outdoor space and a nice pool. Walking distance to soller town, with lots of nice bars and restaurants. If you are looking for vegetarian or vegan food, check out organic restaurant and shop. Drive up to house from main road is narrow and steep in places but not a problem if you follow instructions from videos supplied by host .

Very very special house

We were blown away by Ca’n Pons. Amazing setting overlooking Sóller and the mountains. Beautiful gardens with fruit trees and stunning pool. Immaculately clean and well furnished. Hosts were always responsive and instructions clear. The hill up to the property is steep but we got used to it quickly.

Stunning Villa

Villa was amazing. Stunning views of Sóller and only a short walk to the town and all of the shops and restaurants. We actually enjoyed the steep walk back up the hill to the villa, especially after a big dinner. Pool was perfect size and our children spent most of their time in it. Tram ride to the Port and it’s braces was convenient and fun.

The perfect place to relax

Villa Ca'n Pons was perfect for us with amazing views meaning you hardly wanted to leave the villa to explore, or go to bed! Everything was exactly as described. It is the cleanest and best kept villa we have ever stayed in. The gardens are gorgeous, with everything tended to with care by the very friendly Jaime. Janneke was always very quick to respond to any query and helpful with local information. We really didn't want to leave!

If you are looking for the quintessential Villa experience then this villa is it. Set on a hill with incredible views over the Soller village and surrounding mountains. It was a perfect location. The villa also has lovely gardens so you really feel like you are in your own oasis. The villa itself is also really lovely, tastefully furnished it has a great kitchen and living area too. The bedrooms are generously sized all with lovely views. We were there in autumn and the weather was perfect for swimming and al fresco dining. The communication with the host was also excellent which contributed to a seamless guest experience. My only recommendation for future guests would be to rent a car for easy access to the villa (small one, due to narrow road access), as it there is quite a steep road to the villa which may not be accessible on foot for some guests.

Highly recommended

The villa itself is superb, well-equipped and comfortable. The kitchen has every appliance and device you will need and the bed are super comfortable. The main attractions are the outdoor spaces and amazing views of the mountains - absolutely stunning. The outdoor spaces are even better than the photos show. The hosts are wonderful - really helpful and respond quickly to questions. Location is great too, as it's a short walk away from the town, shops and supermarkets. The walk up to the villa from the main road is a good work-out! Couldn't fault this villa.

Lovely villa with gorgeous views. The dining terrace alone is worth the price. Pool is beautiful. Two en suite bedrooms and two bedrooms upstairs that share a bath. Not for the infirm, as there are stairs. The driveway is steep but you get used to it. Automatic transmission is easier than manual. Walk to charming town is about 10 minutes. It’s a steep walk but easily done unless you have mobility issues. Excellent communication with the host, super clean, well supplied. Loved every minute.

Absolutely wonderful oasis…again

Our second time at Can Pons and we hope it won’t be out last. The communication, location, cleanliness, facilities and of course views and pool are 5 star. We love being so close to Soller and yet feeling away from it all. The pool, terraces and garden and views are truly stunning. The villa and facilities are so comfortable, a home from home, where the owners have really thought of everything to make your stay so very comfortable and easy. Thank you again for a wonderful break and for sharing your beautiful home.

The villa was stunning! It was beautifully appointed inside and out. Very well stocked kitchen.

Ca’n Pons is set in the dramatic vista of the Tramuntana mountains. Sitting by the pool offers endless views including the sparrows circling to feed and drink at a nearby water store. It is everything you expect and more. Communication with our host was easy and they are very responsive and supportive through your stay. The location is close to Soller with easy access to the port and anywhere else you wish to explore by bus, car or cycling. Highly recommended for families. Big thanks to Piyush and Janneke for sharing your luvly home!
