Villa Bernat is a lovely villa with stunning mountain views, a spacious terrace and a refreshing pool, all surrounded by a mediterranean garden with lawn area.The Villa is situated in a great location within a short walking distance to the beach and village of Puerto Pollensa.

From the lounge with cozy sofas, sitting and interior dining area there is a direct access to the corridor and the comfortable bedrooms of Villa Bernat: a double bedroom with bathroom en suite a twin bedrooms with mountain views and a second double bedroom furnished with wardrobes. All rooms are brightly and friendly decorated in a modern style. There is also a fully fitted family bathroom in this area. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

There is an easy accessible third full bathroom with shower in the pool area of the Villa.

The unique location, just a ten minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa, makes this villa an ideal choice for travellers who don´t want to drive during their stay. From the Villa you can walk to the beach (10min) and in the evening participate at the numerous activities in town or visit the idyllic restaurants by the sea and local bars the village offers.

Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort offering everything you will need for your perfect stay in Mallorca. The beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa offers a wide range of water sports activities to choose from. During the day time you can relax at the beach or for our more active guests there are possiblities to practise windsurfing, jetski, sailing, etc.

In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.

There is a large supermarket just at the entrance of the town, only a 5 minutes walk from the Villa.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.

Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.

There is a virgin beach called Cala Boquer near Villa Bernat. The only access to it is by walk, and it can take around 1 hour excursion to finally meet with pure nature, clean and blue water, peace and wonderful views.

A car is not necessary due to its wonderful location and proximity to Puerto Pollensa, though there is private parking available, in case it is decided to rent it to discover the beautiful and picturesques places around the Villa.
