Great Apartment!

The apartment was perfect for our family vacation to Rome. Excellent location! Great neighborhood with a taxi stand and restaurants close by.

Amazing stay!

This property was great. It had all the amenities you could need including close proximity to restaurants, a 24 hour grocery story and public transportation. Loved it and would come back again!

We stayed here as a family of four and had plenty of room to relax. We even had enough space to entertain friends who came to visit us from Torino. The apartment was comfortable, the building was quiet, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.It would be difficult to find a more perfect location in Rome. There are bakeries, grocery stores, cafés, bars, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Colosseo station is only about a five-minute walk away, and the beautiful Monti neighbourhood is just up the road.Nothing beats walking out in the morning to get a coffee while circling the magnificent 2,000-year-old Colosseum. It made every ordinary morning feel unforgettable.I would absolutely stay here again and plan to book this Vrbo the next time I find myself in Rome.

Lovely apartment centrally located for all the major tourist sites in a quiet street near the Colosseum. It has everything you need to self cater and good restaurants near-by if you want to eat out. The grocery store is just minutes away and open 27-7.

Great find in Rome!

Great 2nd floor apartment in Rome close to the Colosseum. This gem is walking distance to the Colosseum and many great restaurants. Two good sized bedrooms plus a fold out sofa - all very comfy. Easy check in and lots of great info was left by the host.

The location is outstanding! Very central, super short walk to Colosseum, Forum, and subway station. Sparkling clean! Nice restaurants right around the corner. Host is super responsive and cared about us having a great time. Thank you! Two thumbs up; I high recommend it!

Fantastic stay in a great neighborhood

Ideal location for our family of 4 within sight of the colleseum. Lovely, well-equipped apartment. Christina was an excellent host. Our kids enjoyed gelato every night at Il gelato di Costanza, a short walk from the apartment. Easy access to the metro and Roma Termini. I could have spent another week in the city, but grateful for the visit we had!

Had a great time and enjoyed the personalized check in by owner. I was a bit thrown off by the garbage disposal that was right in front of the entrance. After a long day of walking and exploring kids wanted to watch some tv but tv kept loosing signal. Overall it served the purpose and had a good time.

Stunning location

Beautiful apartment within a few minutes walk of the colosseum. Cristiana was there to meet us and give helpful information. Plenty of restaurants within few minutes walk and well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Little noisy at night as you would expect but blown away every morning/evening by being able to stare at the colosseum :)

Spacious with the best location!

Cristiana, met us onsite & thoroughly explained everything about the apartment & neighborhood. The other tenants in the building were very quiet & a few days we slept quite late. We enjoyed our stay so much that we reserved another two weeks in 2026. Just over a block to the Colosseo & our two favorite neighborhood restaurants Colosseo Cafe & Trattoria Luzzi where they are so friendly & remember us from previous visits.

The place is beautiful, it had everything we needed for the stay and we were greeted on time with all the details needed. We arrived very late at 12:00am but yet she was there for us pointing to the open restaurants or supermarket around the corner which was fantastic for many needs. I only wish we could had spent more time. Thank you so much for everything! Your place is beautiful. :)

Nice apartment close to Colosseum.

Very nicely decorated clean apartment. A small walk away from the Colosseum. Many restaurants to choose from at your doorstep. The City Centre is a short 5 minute taxi ride for those who didn’t want a walk. The only inconvenience was the 40 plus stairs to navigate as there is no elevator. Otherwise we appreciated the amenities of the apartment and its location was great. Thank you.

A nice stay. Served its purpose.

Would give this place a 3.5 if I could. The apartment was clean and in an excellent location-steps from the coliseum and around the corner from our son studying abroad. We really hade a nice visit to Rome. Our only issue was the very sporadic Wi-Fi connection. It made communication with our tours and car service to our next stop extremely difficult. And after a long day of sightseeing it was frustrating to not be able to relax and watch a movie because the router continually failed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Cristina’s place. The flat was decorated really cute and was big enough for my husband, 2 kids, and I. The place is so close to the Colosseum, Metro station, restaurants, and small market. Cristina was very friendly. If you have a hard time climbing stairs don’t stay here. We didn’t have a problem but, there no lift and you will have to go up and down stairs every time. I would recommend this place and if we ever go back to Rome we would stay there again. Thank you

Perfect Location, and great apartment!

The location is perfect, just a block away from the Colosseum. You will find a supermarket, pharmacy, Luggage store, great restaurants, pubs, Cafe, gelato, Taxi Point, and everything you need within a block's distance. The subway is around three blocks away. You can also walk to the main Rome exciting points. The apartment was spotless, and the check-in and check-out process was easy—perfect beds, blinds, and window shutters (if you like a dark room to sleep). The neighborhood is very safe (the police station is close) and quiet at night. The kitchen is very well equipped. Cristiana was very communicative and helpful with my questions before and during my stay. I would definitely come back with my family.

Nur zwei Minuten vom Colusseum entfernt. Zentraler kann man nicht wohnen. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars, Pizzerias und den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Leider funktionierte des Abzug des innenliegenden Bades nicht richtig. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem mit vier Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt. Cristiana hat uns in Empfang genommen. Die Kommunikation über die Webseite von FeWo Direkt lief gut und unkompliziert.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Leider ist es in der Wohnung sehr laut. Genau unter der Wohnung stehen 5 Mülltonnen , in denn gefühlt die ganze Nacht Glas eingeschmissen wird. Die Decke im Bad war überzogen mit Schimmel. Der Rest der Wohnung war aber grundsätzlich sauber. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist für 4 Personen ungeeignet und diese war nicht Mal zu zweit gemütlich, dafür waren die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage ist natürlich top. Man ist in 5 min. Beim Colosseum.

Très bel appartement spacieux, idéalement situé près du Colisée, décoré avec soin. Points négatifs: - très bruyant la nuit, à cause de la proximité des restaurants et des poubelles et conteneurs juste devant l'immeuble, dont le verre est collecté très tôt chaque matin - la taxe de séjour annoncée initialement sur le site, a été considérablement augmentée par la propriétaire, sans explication claire. - l'absence de four ou de micro-ondes (seulement des plaques à induction), ce qui pourrait être pratique

Gute Ferienwohnung mit sichtbarer Abnutzung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine top Lage und ist im großen und ganzen auch sehr sauber. Lediglich ein paar Oberflächen waren dreckig, da sich im Appartement einfach zu viele Gegenstände und Oberflächen befinden können nicht alle perfekt sauber gemacht werden. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Heizung ist auf 18 Grad gestellt was unseren Aufenthalt im Februar relativ kühl gemacht hat. Es waren zwar konstant 19 Grad, jedoch ist das zu niedrig wenn man nach einem langen kühlen Tag in seine warme Wohnung will. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das mag auch am italienischen Standard liegen, als Deutscher ist man da einfach keine Löcher in der Wand bei Heizungen gewohnt. Dies stört jedoch nicht großartig, da man trotzdem wunderbar Urlaub machen kann. Abschließend würden wir wieder das Appartement buchen jedoch empfehle ich dem Host die Heizung ein bisschen wärmer zu stellen.

Thanks for the review. Regarding the heating, I just want to point out that it is set but can be changed at any time independently by the guest, adapting the temperature to different needs.
