Thank you very much, Joseph. We’re delighted to hear that the apartment was quiet and comfortable for your group, even though it’s located right on the main pedestrian street, which allows you to experience and observe the life of the city firsthand. It was a pleasure to host you, and you will always be welcome back in Toledo.

Thanks for sharing your experience . The hot water system turns on automatically, you only need to open the hot water tap and it activates itself, you manipulated the heater and blocked its ignition, which is why you could not enjoy the hot water. We are also sorry that you did not warn us about this during your stay so we could have resolved it.
