Clean, modern studio apartment with W/D, kitchenette, and large fridge. Bathroom quite nice. The bed was a bit lumpy and like ALL of the Brickell apartments and condos late nite Lamborghini and muscle car backfires are common. Our host was polite and left earplugs on the bed when we. Checked in. Given its location, I would stay there again.

Good getaway

Nice and quiet place for a getaway. Good views from the balcony, great location to try restaurants and to see things in Miami. Would go there again when I visit again.

The view of the city was AMAZING! However, the cleaning of the room could have been better, esp with COVID-19 going on.

Hello Toni! Sorry so much for the inconvenience, if you had informed us about any cleaning issue at your arrival or during your stay, our housekeepers, who are every day in the building, could have taken care about that in a few minutes. For your information, at Miami Vacation Rentals, we are now taking extra precautionary measures due to COVID19 in all our properties: • Our apartments are now extra sanitized. Counters and all other surfaces are specially cleaned with Clorox or other options, as recommended by the EPA. • We clean and iron our towels and linen professionally, which means they are exposed to higher temperatures that when done at home or in the apartment. • Our personnel will not shake hands or have any physical contact with guests. In any case, they sanitize their hands after each check-in. • Our apartments do not have shared central air conditioning so that you do not get air from other units or guests, unlike most hotels. • Our check-in personnel have a non-contact thermometer to check guests' temperature upon their arrival. Although this is not mandatory, the vast majority accepts and is pleased that we do it. In case of a doubt, we proceed with extra sanitation and ozone cleaning. We could also include for FREE the condo cleaning/disinfection with an Ozone machine if requested 48 hours before the check-in. I hope we could have you as our guests again in the future. Surprisingly good and efficient

I stayed at the same building complex 8 times but never got this quality of service! Cleanliness, quality of sheet and towel, toiletteries, coffe capsule and expresso machines, washing machine detergent, water and wine ready in the fridge... a Paradis

SAFETY SUGGESTIONS FOR THE STUDIO. VERTICAL HANDLE NEEDED TO ASSIST ENTRY TO SHOWER. NON SLIP MATS IN BATH NEED CHANGING. FRONT BED BASE LEGS ARE SHARP COULD BE ROUNDED ? THE LOCK BOX WAS NOT WORKING.

Amazing Studio Great Location

Everything about this place was great. Center to everything, walking distance to amazing restaurants/bars. Scooter, Uber or Bus it anywhere all from downstairs. Whole Foods down the street to stock up if staying for a while. Washer and Dryer in unit. Views were spectacular. Honestly the only complaint I have is the bed frame sticks out about a 6-12 inches past the mattress and it's very low to the ground so I kept banging my ankles against it. But that's just me and not worthy of losing a star. Thanks so much would love to stay again!

Terrible English and Customer Service 0

Very hard to deal with whatever you ask took forever and they are constantly trying to cheat you they even overcharged us and took us mentioning authorities before this was refunded. I strongly urge to stay away from these guys.

Nice room for 2 people, great views from the balcony. the kitchen is very functional. Amazing pool

the only negative thing is the elevator which can take time during peak hours. But overall super place.

The condo was exactly as described and the property management staff checked on us regularly to make sure we needed anything. It was just my husband and myself so the condo was the perfect size. Loved watching the boats go down the river and back. So relaxing. The balcony was my favorite.

Beautiful Property

Had a relaxing week. Beautiful property as described. It was nice to be greeted upon check in. Enjoyed the amenities. Definitely take advantage of the parking pass. Would definitely stay here again !

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.
