INDRE
Denne rummelige to-etages ende enhed tilbyder næsten 1200 kvadratmeter plads til dig og dine kære til at strække ud og have det sjovt i. Du har to reserverede parkeringspladser lige uden for din hoveddør og en dejlig stille gårdhave til at nyde golfkystbrisen kommer ind.
Som dit første skridt i vil du elske det åbne køkken, spisestue og opholdsstue, der er fantastisk til at nyde tid med familie og venner. Den komfortable kystindretning får dig til at føle, at du har rømt virkeligheden til et langt væk tropisk destination, men denne kystnære flugt er udstyret med moderne bekvemmeligheder, herunder et stort fladskærms-HDTV, gratis WiFi, køkkenudstyr i rustfrit stål, et fjernsyn i hvert soveværelse , vaskemaskine og tørretumbler og meget mere.
Ejendommen er pænt udformet med et soveværelse ovenpå, der kommer med to queen size senge og et privat badeværelse. Nedenunder er et soveværelse med en king size seng og badeværelse. Yderligere gæster vil nyde at sove på den komfortable fold out credenza med en memory foam madras samt queen size sovesofa.

Dyr er tilladt. Kæledyrspolitik: Kæledyr er kun tilladt i kæledyrsvenlige ejendomme. Der er et gebyr på $ 100 pr. Kæledyr for alle ophold 7 dage eller mindre, $ 200 for ophold på 8- 29 dage og $ 300 for ophold på 30 dage eller derover. Derudover er der også et gebyr til rengøring af kæledyr på $ 50 for ophold på 7 dage eller mindre, $ 7 5 for ophold på 8-29 dage og $ 100 for ophold på 30+ dage. Kæledyrene skal løftes på alle tidspunkter, når de er på stranden eller uden for hjemmet. Hvis det konstateres, at et ikke-rapporteret kæledyr opholder sig i en ejendom, vil gæsten blive opkrævet 500 $. 00 og blive bedt om at forlade uden refusion.


Sengetøj til hver seng og håndklæder til hver gæst er forudsat. Et to nat minimum ophold er påkrævet. Kontraherende gæster på Padre Escapes skal være 25 år eller ældre. Gæsten skal have en stats førers licens eller andet acceptabelt id.

I don’t understand how they get the units so clean but they are spotless upon arrival. Our family loves staying here and we’ll be back.

It would even work for a larger family as the sofa bed and hidden bed could certainly accommodate 4 more. The location was perfect, the Village by the Beach complex and unit itself were very clean. Everything was labeled from light switches to the shelves for plates, bowls, extra linens etc. which makes settling into a vacation rental simple. The location is perfect! Close to the pool, close to parking spot and walking distance to the beach! We give this unit 5 out of 5 stars!!

There were ants on the counter by the sink and I killed most of them, the water pressure downstairs was bad and every morning the lawn people were out and blowing dirt all over the patio furniture so we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the morning. Overall we did like the place and would go there again. The interior was well maintained.

Comfortable Stay Close to the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely condo. There was plenty of seating, and a patio with a hose to rinse off from the beach. The beds were all comfortable, and there was a washer/dryer, which is always nice, as well as a few kitchen appliances. I have two suggestions. The condo had some extra pillows, but not pillow cases for them. It advertised having a Keurig, so I brought pods, but when I got there, it was a regular coffee make. The pool is a few steps down the sidewalk, and the beach is about a 5-7 minute walk. We also appreciated that it was pet-friendly, but super clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Delightful condo, convenient to everything

We'd stayed in a adjacent property last year, and this one is just as convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Property was very clean and well stocked. (No foods or even spices, but this is standard in beach rentals.) Living area, kitchen, and master were all on the ground floor, so it was easy for people and dog to get around. I give Padre Escapes highest marks for a property management company. We have stayed at one of their properties before and their communication, friendliness, and professionalism are the best and most consistent I've seen. Would definitely stay at this property (or another Padre Escapes property) again.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: We had a great time at Padre Escapes. The pool was steps away and the adult side was warm. Had a shelf for toddler to play in. The beach was a short walk/drive away. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans and dishes. Loved having a full size washer/dryer in unit. The only cons we had were: toddler pool was not heated, no extra pillow cases, we have a toddler and the patio gate was awesome but would of been nice to have a baby gate at the top and bottom of steps. This was also the first place we stayed at that didn’t have seasonings stocked in the cabinets.

Ok..but large party at pool ruined weekend.

Love this condo

Great access to pool. Pool was heated, but could have definitely been a little warmer! Condo has all of the dishes, pots and pans you could need. Games and tv’s with Netflix and Amazon Prime we enjoyed. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 full baths (one with shower, one with tub/shower). King bed downstairs, 2 queen beds upstairs, and full size pull out bed in a dresser in living room. This complex is 1 block back from beach, so easy walk over to beach. Overall, we love Village by the Beach complex and would definitely stay in this unit again!

Bday trip/ Fathers Day trip

We usually stay at the island house every year for the last decade! but we wanted to try something different. You guys didn’t let us down! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The room was perfect! Everything was more then wonderful! Our entire family fit very comfortably. We had absolutely no complaints! The pool was beautiful the kids loved it! And huge shout out to Emily she was so sweet and went above and beyond! She helped get a bday sign up in the room, as well as a little cake! Emily you are the best! It made her entire day! It was more then appreciated! My daughter was very suprised and she loved it! You guys definitely won us over! We are all talking about our next trip already! Thank you guys for making this trip one to remember with our family!
