We just finished our third stay at this Bellair Beach condo and it was just as wonderful as the first two times. The place is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels like a true home away from home. The location is perfect—steps from the beach, quiet and peaceful, yet still close to great restaurants and everything we need. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. We especially love the balcony views and the relaxed, easy vibe of the whole property. What keeps us coming back is the consistent quality and the care that clearly goes into making every stay special. Already looking forward to visit number four!Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming beach getaway.

Overall wonderful stay for 2. Listing was accurate. Pictures made the area look larger, but no issues for the two of us. We did not utilize the pool but was clean and not crowded. The beach was quiet and the beach chairs & umbrella were great. Communication with host was excellent. Self check-in was definitely a plus. Loved our stay here, very relaxing and accommodating property. The views are among the best we have seen in the gulf.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, the quiet beach, beach amenities, beautiful Gulf views, and our communication. We do want to clarify for future guests that all photos in our listing are of the exact unit, and we also provide the approximate square footage in the listing, as the condo is around 460 square feet. We always strive to be as transparent and accurate as possible so guests know exactly what to expect prior to arrival. We’re so glad the space worked well for the two of you and that you had such a relaxing stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back! Island Way Rental Properties Team

The Belleair Beach Club Condo was just as advertised, it was great! It was clean, the view was incredible, it was right on the beach so access was short and simple. The condo had everything you could think of and it was very comfortable for a couple. The bed was good the pillows were good, sometimes these things are overlooked! The Belleair area is fantastic, and a hidden gem, at least to my wife and I!We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet location with beach views, heated pool, very small balcony, comfortable bed, easy access to beach, pool and parking lot. We stayed with our two children a total of four, it was a very tight squeeze, would be great for two people. Very pleased with this vacation rental, would book again.

This is a great little condo. The hosts are very thorough and responsive, though we didn't have any issues with the property. Photos and description were exactly as advertised. The location is residential and we loved that about it, uber was easy and so was the trolley. Thanks for having us and putting so much thought into a great getaway spot.

One small issue with the electronic key lock. Kept on denying us access. Luckily they have a key box next to which we took out and just use the key to get in. Later on I tried the electronic lock again and it started working so I don’t know could’ve been operator error.Love the view, very clean and renovated property. will booked with them again.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful view and the newly renovated condo. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the electronic lock upon arrival. It is actually a brand new lock, so we’re not entirely sure what may have happened, especially since we went back and tested it afterward and it appeared to be working properly. For future stays, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us right away if you experience any issues at all — we live locally and are always happy to come over and assist, show you how anything works, or help with anything you may need during your stay.
