Rambla Deluxe B - Habitat Apartments

Experience Barcelona from one of its most iconic avenues at Rambla de Catalunya. Perfect for up to 4 guests, this bright and stylish apartment blends modern comfort with a classic Eixample setting, just steps from Plaça Catalunya, and Passeig de Gràcia.

Starting July 6th, 2026, renovation works will take place in one of the apartments in the building. These works will not affect your stay or access to the property. You may hear occasional noise during standard working hours, but all activities are carried out by the community and kept within regulated daytime schedules.

Check-In Information
Check-in is in person with our representative for a warm and smooth welcome. Before your stay, you’ll receive:
A link to complete your guest registration (required by law)
A link to pay the Barcelona tourist tax
Confirmation of your arrival time so we can greet you and hand over the keys

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
