Vacation Homes of Hilton Head was wonderful and provided us with anything we needed during our stay. The house did not have a hose to wash off feet from ocean to pool, that was our only complaint, but we bought a splitter and added a hose and sprayer to fix that problem. Great location, and really close to the ocean...views from house are amazing!!!!

December 2016 Stay

we were upgraded to this house after some furniture didn't arrive for the house we had booked. The staff was very helpful with the upgrade. this house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The views were amazing. There were some maintenance issues that hopefully the company will take care of that will make this the perfect house. Note that there are only 2 washcloths per room furnished with the house, but plenty of hand towels and bath towels. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was great!

So many small touches that make a great rental exceptional. Loved the new tissues and toiletries provided for every room. Small dish soap, dishwasher and trash bags. The owner stopped by and is very nice. The master suite is amazing. Huge walk in closet and bathroom. Wonderful view. Wish we could have spent our entire time there. The area was beautiful.

Fantastic Beachfront House for Large Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an updated, clean, spacious, comfortable, well stocked property. Our Family of 14 (8 50+;6 20+) had plenty of space. There is a rec room on the ground level where the kids could stay up late without disturbing the older adults and it also had a large commercial refrigerator which was great for chilling drinks, leaving us plenty of space for food in the kitchen unit. The view was lovely, the pool was better sized than other breach front houses we have rented. We also enjoyed Hilton Head in general. The water wasn't too rough, you could ride bikes on the beach and the golf was good (but go early, if it is hot). We would highly recommend this house. There is also a shaded park near by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an absolutely beautiful home, spacious and well furnished. The home was clean and well maintained overall. There are a couple suggestions for the property managers that we noticed - refrigerator: when you close one door, the other pops open and some of frig drawers are broken. Pool: loved the pool but a few of the side tiles had fallen off into the water and one of the children cut foot, we left the tiles on the deck table. Lastly, it was very strange but 1st time we ran dishwasher, water dripped down the light fixture. We did dishes by hand. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed this very lovely home, much gratitude to the home owners for sharing. BTW, this was our 3rd home we have rented on HH and the best yet!!

Sunrise from the big house

The so-called half bathroom is more like a small full bathroom, as it has a shower, so that makes a total of 6 bathrooms if you count a bathroom as a room with a toilet, sink, and shower. The property was clean when we got there and stocked with plenty of linens and some soap and toilet paper to get us started. The managers called twice before we got there to make sure we were good to go, and we had no problem getting into the property or finding the information we needed to check out and be respectful guests. All of the appliances worked as expected. We especially appreciated having a spare fridge in the garage.I highly recommend waking up early and watching the sunrise from the back porch, which looks straight out onto the beach and open ocean. If you need a place to house a bunch of people I would happily recommend this house even if it wasn't literally on a beach and a five minute drive from a good selection of stores and restaurants.

Fantastic home for large families

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our requests were answered promptly. We did find some trash under the beds in a couple of the rooms but otherwise there were no issues and the home was very clean.

The perfect spot

We had a wonderful family reunion visit with family from three states. The property was top notch, newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous! The management team was very responsive to our requests for vacation help. So nice to know they are available to assist in any way needed. We are hoping we can return next year!

Bad people skills at rental company

I have been in sales for 30 years...I have had customers that where horrible to deal with but you do. We had an issue that could have been handled so much more smoothly than it was if only we where given empathy and communication of what was being done. We were hit with attitude from the start and it was never communicated to us what was being done. We have been to Hilton Head 6 times in the past 7 years and have used your rental company the last 2 times. We will never use your company again. A little friendliness and compassion go along way.

Bikes arrived sunday morning as scheduled as well as the reminder of ur family. everyone was happy with the location and the home. Sll of our needs were met including the very quick response to fix the TV/cable issues on Sunday. Other wise we enjoyed a wonderful week of beach & pool time with Family.
