Aloha og velkommen til vores nyrenoverede lejlighed i solrige Poipu, Kauai. Denne privatejede, velholdte en-værelses enhed er kun få skridt fra stranden !!!

Du kan slappe af på Lanai, mens du nyder den smukke udsigt over havet. Det er perfekt til par og dejligt til din bryllupsrejse.

Stuen har fantastisk udsigt over haven og poolen.

Du kan høre havbølgerne fra soveværelset om natten eller slappe af på Lanai med smuk havudsigt. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med en standard 30 'komfur og mikrobølgeovn. Nyt 40 tommer LCD-tv med HD-kanaler til din fornøjelse i stuen. Derudover har jeg lige installeret et nyt 27 tommer tv i soveværelset. Alle tv'er har en Blue Ray-afspiller

Der er to sandstrande på tværs af gaden. Svømning med havskildpadder og iagttagelse af hvaler og munkesæler ligger inden for 100 fod fra lejligheden. Eller du kan slappe af ved poolen omgivet af tropiske haver, mens du lytter til lyden fra det nærliggende vandfald. BBQ-området er til rådighed for dig at nyde komplet med picnicborde.

Der er en række fremragende restauranter i Poipu-området. Butikker ligger kun få minutter væk i den gamle Koloa by eller Poipu Shopping Village. Glem ikke at besøge Spouting Horn og den botaniske have inden for gåafstand. Bare få minutter væk er golf, tennis og ridning. Ved Kukuiula Harbour er der åbne havdykker, havture, sejlsport og sportsfiskeri.

Amazing views to be had with tranquil mornings

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect apartment with an amazing view of the ocean right off the bedroom. Every morning was spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises while watching the parrots fly off to the mountains. The location was great as well, close to some action but far enough away we felt like there was seclusion. The historic park next door was beautiful as well. Inside there was everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They had items we could use for fun in the ocean as well as entertainment for a night in. All in all this was a great place to stay and well worth the price.

Anniversary getaway

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

Great stay

Beautiful complex and condo. Condo was equipt anticipating all needs. Host's personal artwork was displayed throughout, a great adddition to beautifful decor. Close to all south shore destinations and the airport. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

Cozy rental in great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great and the apartment was clean with an ocean view from the back balcony. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. The only drawback was that the pool closes at sunset. Given that the sun went down at 6 o’clock that was really unfortunate and unexpected as most other places we have stayed have pools that are open until 9 or 10pm.

Beautiful, peaceful place on the South Shore

We had a wonderful stay in Prince Kuhio 213! The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could need. We ate all our meals on the lanai, watching and listening to the ocean. We especially enjoyed the owner's art in the condo, beautiful and added a personal touch. We've stayed in PK many times, but this was our first time in #213. Will definitely try to book it for our next trip. Thank you, Alan and Jolly!

The grounds were very nice (pool) ponds. Condo well furnished. A little dated but nice. Front door should have an extra deadbolt, didn't feel verty secure. A couple nights some kids would run and bang on all the doors. (PARENTS??) Overall very pleased with our stay. Would book there again.

We did not have hot water the last three days. Other than that, our stay was great and the house was well furnished with beach equipment including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. I especially liked all of the containers to store food. The location is unbelievable.

Enjoyed our stay

This unit was a good value. Everything was as represented. We liked that 1) AC, 2) Parking structure, 3) Sun blinds on both ends, 4) Wash/Dry in unit. The local property management team was very proactive in communication. I forgot to display the parking pass one evening and received a courtesy note the next morning. I liked that someone was paying attention as the parking is very limited in this area. Did not take advantage of the commons but it appeared very well maintained. Thanks!

Lovely art, a well stocked kitchen, beach gear, and a very comfortable bed meet you each visit. The view of the sunrise, park, and the ocean from the lanai (balcony) is a wonderful experience and gives us a sense of serenity. Do yourself a favor, book PK213. If you see days available on the calendar book then as quickly as you can, or someone else will. We have stayed in this unit at least six times. Aloha!
