Solrige sydlige studiolejlighed med aircondition. Dette ombyggede, ekstra rummelige (520 kvadratmeter) lejlighed i studio-stil med frodig udsigt til haven.

Studiet har et separat køkkenområde og lille spiseplads, men sengen og sofaen, stol, endeborde og sofabord og tv er alle i et stort rum. Der er en gang bagpå enheden med hylder og en kommode på vej til badeværelset. Der er ingen Lanai på denne lejlighed.

Meget kort gåtur til en fantastisk snorkelstrand eller nyd en forfriskende dukkert i resortets swimmingpool kun få skridt fra dit condo.

Grill nogle friske øfisk og dine andre yndlingsretter på den delte grill eller Spis på en af Poipus mange fine restauranter og caféer. Spændende menuer tilbyder en bred vifte af køkkener.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was the perfect size for us. Spacious bathroom and ample room for our clothes. The kitchen was tight, but worked well. The location was great, close to Poipu Beach, we could walk across the street to the beach to watch sunrises and sunsets, and it was easy for us to get everywhere we wanted to go. The parking was great, right next to the building and covered from the heat. We did not have a lanai, which was our choice. We sat by the bbq place to have a beer outside. We met a few nice people, but it would have been nicer to have had a bigger area.This was great for our purposes and would gladly rent again.

Shower curtains wouldn’t stay closed while showering. Shower is really tiny. A smaller kitchen would have given the shower more room. We managed but larger people would have a big problem. At minimum, get larger shower curtains that don’t insist on bunching up when the shower is on.

Nice location & property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was early May, but we were still happy to have the portable AC unit & used it. There is a small beach across the street that has really good snorkeling. You just need to watch for the rocks when getting in & out of the water on a windy day. The property was nice & a short driving distance to restaurants & Poipu beach. My only complaint would be that the shower is very small & the shower curtain was problematic, but nothing major. It was great that there was snorkeling gear & other beach items that had been left by prior guests that we were able to use. Almost everything is really expensive in Kauai, so just be prepared for that. Overall, we had a wonderful time & would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location, super efficient

This small (essentially studio) apartment packs an amazing number of amenities. Everything you need. Pool is great. Location excellent for excursions. Pretty much equidistant to Waimea and western attractions and Wailea (East) and the Nepali coast (North). Walk to a choice snorkeling beach across the street. Poipu beach is a 5 minute drive.

The studio was perfect for my stay on island. Poipu is always a great choice. This unit was located 2 minutes walk from one of the best sunset spots on island. The convience of a full kitchen was greta and the bed and pillows where super comfy!

Lovely!

Wonderful location in Poipu! Awesome to have snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for beach days. Nice view of the pool and tropical gardens, and a walk downstairs and around the building led to being able to see the ocean. Well furnished, good condition of cookware and appliances, and easy parking (the Lawai Beach Resort was the most convenient). Thank you for having us!

It was close to several nice beaches, away from heavy traffic, close to Long's Drug store, and close to the wonderful town of Koloa and several nice restaurants. The studio was a perfect size for 2 people with a reasonably sized kitchen, a sizable refrigerator, and the complex has a laundry room. The swimming pool area and condo grounds are beautiful... Lots of wonderful plants and flowers. If you are exploring the southside of Kaua'i, it is idea. We stayed in March, not sure what it would be like to stay in the summer, etc... It does have a standup air conditioner. Keep in mind, it has a small shower, no bathtub and there is no hot tub available, however, the swimming pool is wonderful. I'd certainly stay there again... Mahalo!!
