Thank you very much for your great review! Matagorda is the quietest area of Puerto del Carmen, with the avenue and the beach very close. There are also good restaurants and bars nearby. What else is needed to relax? Come back soon Jorge

Hi David, Thank you very much for sharing your experience in my villa with the rest of the community of travelers. I am glad that you liked the villa and the huge terrace. For me the most important thing is that you feel comfortable during your holidays here in Puerto del Carmen and that you enjoy the sun in the terrace. During the integral reform of the house, one of the improvements, was the installation of solar panels for hot water. Here we have one of the sunniest climates in Europe. The installation is prepared also with an electric resistance support to supply the solar energy during cloudy days or when there is a high demand for water. I'm sorry if you don't have enough hot water during your stay. The equipment should be badly regulated at that time. The good thing is that it is very easy to solve the problem and that the installation is ready to guarantee hot water. I hope to see you again soon! :)
