Announcement: Starting April 21st, we will be painting and performing maintenance on the balconies of our property. This project is expected to last around 30 days. During this time, we are offering special discounted rates on the condos. The listed prices reflect these special, reduced rates for the duration of the work. Unit 112 is clean, well equipped for cooking, and sleeps four people comfortably. Our on-site management team can help with any other questions you may have.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.
