Quiet and peaceful

The property is in a residential area and was very peaceful and being with a private pool was great to relax in after being out for the day. The owner/host was so cheery and helpful we felt at home and would very quickly recommend

Villa sofia

The villa was great and the area was great plenty to do with in easy reach .Fernando and his wife were great very helpful we would definitely go again and would stay at this villa.

Needs a update

Very out dated villa really needs a upgrade no oven just a 2 ring hob no dishwasher shared washing machine with owner but you can only use 1 time in 7 days furniture very old and uncomfortable. outside area needs upgrading looks old and grubby . Was told by the son we could check out at 2pm due to flight time father shouted from his upstairs we have to leave ASAP due to other guests coming absolutely fuming. Area has 2 bars and a tennis club with bar all shut around 10.30pm the biggest problem is the hill back to the villa we are not old or unfit but about killed us so definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. We felt the price we paid compared to other villas we have stayed in is so expensive for what you get so will not return or recommend.

Lovely value for money stay in Tenerife

Lovely little ground floor apartment of a villa. We were welcomed by lovely Fernando, he showed us around the villa and shared instructions of where things were, guides to help with our stay and WIFI access etc. Very clean and well maintained with plenty of clean towels and bedding. Locally there is a little shop open from 9.30-2.30 and again 4.30 to 6.30, ideal for fresh bread and water, drinks etc though we used Lidl for our main shop. There are a couple of restaurants locally we used a couple of times which were decent priced too. Be mindful there is a hill to walk to these, however, this is quite normal for most of Tenerife. We hired a car and this got us to Los Christianos, Las Americas and Siam Park within 10 minutes which was great. I managed to cook at the villa, there is a 2 plate hob, there was no oven but a microwave combi with a grill, and I made sure to take enough clothes for our stay as I'd made note there was no washing machine. It was really hot and we were grateful of the fans available to help us cool down. Great value for money in a nice residential area.

Amazing gem in Chayofa

Fabulous villa in the beautiful Chayofa. Peaceful and close to all amenities. The private pool is a definite bonus with this property.

fab time!

Stayed here with the hubby and kids we all enjoyed ourselves we found the pool area to be extremely safe for little ones you can easily gate off the pool area we used a sun lounger mattress and artificial grass is perfect for them to play on. The villa is clean and in great condition the place was spotless when we arrived and it is only a short walk to the mini market, a few bars & restaurants and here there is also a taxi rank where you can simply venture into the hustle and bustle of las americas its only about 5 minutes in a taxi and we didn't hire a car.

looking to return

thanks for a nice stay here the accommodation was pleasant and its what we was looking for, everything was in order and it is well maintained, the terrace is positioned in the sun light all day long and it is also very private, the owner has also put more sun loungers around the pool there was more to what we saw in the photos

loved it

loved this place it was perfect for us its less than a 5 minute taxi ride to Los Cristianos and Las Americas but it was so lovely leaving the hustle and bustle and retreating back to peaceful Chayofa and to this villa with our own heated pool. Owner was very helpful the accommodation is fully equipped with cooking crockery and has uk channels which is what we like to have on holiday. overall excellent value for money

Amazing villa

Just like the photos Chayofa is a very tranquil community but only 10 minutes away from the beaches. The secluded terrace and private pool were a real bonus. The village is so quiet hardly saw or heard anyone and no traffic day or night. Thank you so much to Fernando you have a lovely villa.

Immaculate villa in great area

Thanks Tenerife Villas Online for a great stay at this immaculate villa we loved it. The villa had everything we wanted it was fully equipped inside and outside. The owner Fernando was very helpful and friendly gave us advice on local restaurants, we didn't bother hiring a car we had the option to just walk to the taxi rank it was only a 5 min stroll and we got taxi's into los cristianos and las americas on some nights. It was perfect would recommend to all.

Nice clean accommodation away from it all

Very well equipped accommodation set away from the busy areas. Plenty of bedding, towels including spares for the pool which was great!! 5 minute walk from local small supermarket and 3 places to eat and drink. Would highly recommend the Treehouse, an English bar with very friendly staff and excellent food. Would definitely recommend and hopefully returning next year :))

Lovely villa and good location! Would recommend.

This villa is beautiful! Situated in a great location. The photos don't do it justice we was so surprised when we turned up! Very clean and well maintained. The pool is a lot bigger in person and our kids loved it. You are 5 minutes from Los Cristianos and there is a taxi rank a short walk from the villa where it is very easy to get a taxi into the busier areas. We loved coming back to Chayofa a very relaxing and chilled environment. We would definitely recommend.
