Host and check in person were both great with comms. The villa is a fantastic location, quiet during the day and only a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped! Only negatives were there is no table tennis table (ignore the listing) and the safe wasn’t there as someone had broken it. Apart from that it was perfect for the week.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this wonderful villa. Check in was easy and communication good and the welcome gifts were a nice touch. The villa was very well equipped with a lovely outside dining terrace, amazing pool and air conditioning in all bedrooms.Punta Prima is a small, quiet resort with a few shops and restaurants and a beautiful safe beach, ideal for our two young grandchildren. The two small supermarkets were very expensive so would recommend going to a larger one outside the resort. We didn't have a car so did rely on them for everyday items but we ate at one of the restaurants most evenings. My only criticism of the villa is that the Vrbo details need updating and I have let the owner know. The Splash Park has been closed for 2 years and there is no games room/arcade, ping pong table or dvd player at the villa.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Excellent in every way

This is the best Villa I have ever hired. The description was accurate in every way, Imma the Property Manager catered for our every request and everything was just as expected. Sonia the Owner has responded to our every need and went out of her way to ensure that the 3 year wait was well worth it.

Wonderful villa for a three generation family

We were a family of 6. Two grandparents, two parents and two sisters aged 8 and 12. We all had a wonderful holiday at Villa Itaca in August 2022. From check in to check out, we had everything we needed for us all to enjoy our holiday. The villa is large and airy. The kitchen has everything that you have at home. We used it to prepare breakfast and lunch and mostly ate dinner at local restaurants although we had a couple of bbqs using the pool side kitchen/dining/bbq room. The bedrooms are well appointed with very comfortable king size beds in three of the rooms and two single beds in the fourth room. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and three of them had air conditioning which was a godsend for a comfortable nights sleep during August. The children basically lived in the beautiful pool and the adults enjoyed lounging on the sunbeds and taking an occasional swim to cool down. From poolside and the roof terrace there is beautiful view over the beach below to the lighthouse on the Isla of Aire. The gardens are well maintained and the property manager pointed out two tortoise eggs to the grandchildren. They were delighted to see the tortoise a day or two later and they fed it salad leaves and gave it some water. We had a very happy holiday at Villa Itaca and thoroughly recommend staying there. Thank you to the owner Sonia and her husband Riccardo for making this villa a home from home on the beautiful island of Menorca. Wendy Fry and family xx

Wonderful villa

Villa Itaca is a beautifully presented villa. The newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen were a lovely surprise. The villa was very clean and it felt like everything we needed was on hand. For example, a number of inflatables for the pool, first aid kit, sewing kit and even children's colouring books and pens were found in a cupboard. The only thing that was missing was air conditioning, as it was very hot during our stay. The check in process was completed with ease and the property manager was very helpful and responded to us very quickly. Punta Prima is a lovely town, close to the airport and we would definitely plan to visit Villa Itaca again.

Perfect

We stayed here mid September 2018 and found Villa Itaca perfect for our needs. Well situated for beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of room and exceptionally well equipped. Generous supply of necessities so didn't have to rush out to buy them. We were a party of 5 adults and 1 child so had no problems, but not sure whether there would be enough shade for more people in July/August and whether the room fans would be adequate. We felt the owners cared whether their guests enjoyed their stay and had gone to considerable trouble to make them comfortable and welcome.
