We had an amazing stay at the property, which was beautifully furnished and equipped with whatever we needed. Bev was responsive throughout, and we all had a great time so 5 stars all round.Thank you!

Thankyou for a lovely stay at your beautiful cottage,host bev, the accommodation worked out perfect for our family, The property was 5 star clean from top to bottom, and thankyou bev for the lovely welcome basket of biscuits and well needed drinks!!!! We spent a lot of time in your lovely garden and the the children made use of the garden toys and games, this accommodation was absolutely worth the very reasonable price Thanks again bev xx

What a great place to stay and only 10 miles to many beaches and attractions

Great cottage, great service

We loved staying here. From the welcome pack to the cleanliness to the text to wish us a safe journey home, this was very good service.

Beautiful

The home had everything we needed and more. The decor was lovely. Bev was so helpful throughout. Such a lovely area too,quiet but close enough to town for all your needs

Wonderful cottage and hosts

We were two families with young kids and a dog. Wonderful cottage - one of the best equipped and comfortable places we have stayed in. Easy check in and check out, and great communication and support by the hosts. Everything is exactly as per listing. We would stay again without hesitation!

Amazing short break

We loved our stay at Chasty House Barn. The location is very peaceful and the Barn extremely well equipped and well kept, we wanted for nothing. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise, including cider and yummy biscuits. We had a wonderfully relaxing short break and would definitely recommend. Bev's communication both before and whilst we were there was spot on. Thank you!

Fantastic property

Fantastic communication from Bev. Beautiful accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic layout for a family. Great location, fabulous garden. Our teenagers, dogs and baby all loved it as much as we did. Perfect location for beach dog walks, North Devon water park for the kids and shops for us. The facilities in Holsworthy were great. Supermarket, pub, shops. Overall excellent! Thank you

Gorgeous barn and great break away!

This was our first Christmas away from home and staying at Chasty House Barn made it perfect! The barn really exceeds the photos, so much space, so modern and everything you need to have a great, peaceful break away. With all different age groups in our party and a dog we never felt on top of each other or like there wasn't enough to please everyone. Bev and Mark have really thought of everything! The barn was clean, modern and had everything home from home. We were able to have some nice country walks , but also weren't far to go out to the beach for the day. Staying in Chasty House Barn we felt we had the best of both worlds, peace and quiet, but not to far for some fun. Well all had a superb time and would definitley go back. Thank you both!!

Beautiful well equipped holiday home

We had a wonderful week at Chasty House Barn. The barn is incredibly well equipped. We have two children and a dog and there were loads of board games, card games, books, colouring and even sticker books! The table football was a huge hit with the kids! For the dog there were towels, bowls, toys, poo bags! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with (and more) the bathroom had thick fluffy towels and even complimentary toiletries. There was washing liquid and cleaning products provided as well. The garden was huge, fully fenced in so our dog could run free. The sheep and fields behind the property made for a lovely quiet and picturesque view. Nearby were beautiful beaches, most of which you can take the dog. All in all I’d throughly recommend Chasty House Barn for a relaxing getaway. Thank you!

We were looking for somewhere quiet and dog friendly. What we got far surpassed anything we could hope for. Chasty house barn is a very special place. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything one could hope for in a holiday let and more. Our 11 month sproodle was very spoilt with a lovely large garden to run around in, plenty of dog bowls, towels, and a spaniel size dog crate for him to sleep in. Us humans were also spoilt with a lovely welcome pack of biscuits and and a Devon cream tea when we arrived (including doggy sausages for Dutch). The house was quiet with only the occasional farm tractor or horse using the lane. Holsworthy is well located for many attractions and beaches in West Devon / East Cornwall, including the Eden project, Brixham's Golden Hind, Lynton and Lynmouth, Tintagel, Bude and Widemouth bay beaches etc. All in all this has been a fantastic holiday at Chasty House barn and we would definitely stay again if we came back to this area.

A beautiful location, quality barn conversion, very comfortable interiors, including lounge & bedrooms. The bed linen & towels were the best we've experience in rental cottages. The extras available for in/outdoor use were amazing! An absolute gem of a holiday cottage, so clean & very well equipped. A joy of a holiday!

Excellent accommodation for our family holiday

We loved our family holiday and would definitely come back to chasty barn. It was perfect for our family and the dogs loved the run around in the garden. Bev communicated well with us throughout the whole booking until the very end. Beautiful house and would definitely recommend to others.

Chasty House Barn

Lovely house and garden in a very peaceful location, an easy 20 minute drive to the coast. House was very clean and well equipped, with a lovely garden which we and our dog thoroughly enjoyed.

Fantastic relaxing location

Fantastic location for a relaxing getaway! The house (converted barn) is incredibly decorated with tons of options for in-house entertainment. Incredibly clean and well maintained! Would definitely plan to stay again and recommend to anyone!

Lovely house in the Devonshire countryside

The whole process of renting Chasty House Barn was easy. From booking to leaving Bev was fantastic with any questions we had. Everything was dealt with efficiently.

Fantastic barn

Beautiful barn in a peacefully location, just minutes away from shops and pubs. The barn was more that equipped for a big family group. Great communication with Bev before and during are stay… big thanks .

Idilic and relaxing home from home getaway!

Bev was such a genuine and considerate owner who was always happy to help. The property is gorgeous and perfect for a family stay. Isolated enough for a calm and relaxing space yet close enough to all amenities. As a guest you feel you have been thought of and every form of entertainment at the property has been considered for the unfortunate rainy day. Perfect stay, thank you so much! We can’t wait to visit again!
